    I accept the business's response to resolve this complaint. The company just sent a response stating I was in fact told they would send the 6 months worth of medication and they are now going to send it. Thank you for helping me navigate this issue.

    I ordered a 3-month jumpstart program from IVIM Health on March 31st. I received three 1 mg vials of semaglutide, totaling 3 mg of medication. However, their prescription instructs me to take 0.25 mg for 4 weeks, then 0.5 mg for 4 weeks, and finally 1 mg for 4 weeks, which would require a total of 7 mg.

    Problem #1: I only received 3 mg of semaglutide, which is not enough for the prescribed 3-month course. (This is now irrelevant as the medication isn't effective.)

    Problem #2: The semaglutide was mixed with B12, which I did not request. (This is also irrelevant now due to the lack of effectiveness.)

    Problem #3: Their product is ineffective. I experienced zero side effects, no weight loss or appetite suppression; in fact, I gained weight while taking it. I used semaglutide from another company in March and can clearly feel the difference. This product feels like injecting water mixed with B12. I have already returned to my previous provider and can attest to the effectiveness of their semaglutide at the same dosage, even after just one injection.

    I contacted IVIM Health to return the remaining vials and request a refund, but they refused because I had opened one vial. I don't believe this is fair. I only opened one vial, and how was I to determine the product's effectiveness without trying it? I am requesting a full refund, to cancel my membership and will gladly ship all the vials back to them.

    On 3-10-25 I had an appointment with the ** to change from *********** to tirzepatide. The ** said she would write the prescription for 10 mg starting and taper up to 15 mg. The ** sent the script/invoice same day. I bought the 6 month supply for 1194 the same day. When I received the medication on 3-14, I received 3 months of 10 mg. I immediately emailed customer service that it wasnt the correct dose and was supposed to taper up to 15 mg. **************** said they were fixing the problem and got the new order of medication sent out. When I received the new order on 3-23, it was exactly the same as the last, 10 mg with no taper. I reached out again and customer service said I had to meet with the doctor again. I met with the ** and she said the note put in by the previous ** did confirm it was supposed to be 10 mg and taper up to 15 mg. IVIM Health said I could not have a copy of my medical note. I reached out again and now they are telling me that I chose 10 mg for the whole 6 months and would have to pay extra if they could even change it. The prescriber is the one who wrote the prescription for that dose, I did not choose that. Im not sure why the prescriber would write for a dose that was not discussed. The 10 mg dose does not work and now I am out of 1194 plus the monthly *****. I am asking for a refund since the medication is not what was discussed with the provider and does not work.

    They literally left me without medication for WEEKS because they shipped to the wrong address and refused to address it until well after I was out of medication. I was told I would be contacted by pharmacy deparment. Waited a week without medication, nothing. Called several times to be on hold for 45 minutes and the have the phone hung up.

To clarify, a thorough internal review of patient communications show no history or mention of efficacy concerns with any received medications.

    The customer received the medication that the customer ordered - a 6-month supply. Our repeated attempts to resolve this matter with the customer appear to be unsatisfactory to the customer. We apologize for the apparent misunderstanding and that result. Our resolution is consistent with the refund policy that customers agree to at checkout before placing their orders, and which is also available on our public website.

    the time to be available should be before a complaint is made. In 3 months I paid for a service that was not available, hard to navigate and the medicine provide was questionable due to its lack of effectiveness. I am not the only consumer with the same complaints.

    To restate, patient communications were responded to within one business day in this situation, and the Ivim team was able to provide thorough answers. The path to resolution provided was posed to the patient, and the patient has not taken those steps. Immediately upon receiving the original BBB complaint, outreach was made and the patient did not respond to direct outreach via their email of record with Ivim.

    The customer received the medication that the customer ordered - a 3 month supply, and did not reach out to Ivim support until the end of the medication plan. Our repeated attempts to resolve this matter with the customer appear to be unsatisfactory to the customer.     Again, the time to be available and provide the service that was intended would be during the period in question. 
    The product they sent was ineffective and concerning now that I’m receiving it from a different provider and its effects were immediate. 
    if I could pay to test what was sent to me, I would because I believe it’s nothing but saline.

    I ordered a terzepatide compounded product and less than 24 hours later I was told that I could not cancel the order which was for $1197. I ordered the wrong medication and they would not accept a cancellation or refund. I was also not able to cancel my subscription fee which is 74./month.

    ***********: they made no efforts to rectify or make the customers satisfied. They don’t care about retention. Once you come to them with a complaint they give you an oh well attitude, because they already have the money. I will take the medication to an outside lab and have them check to see if it’s what they say it is. Then I’m going to make sure my supporters know that this company only cares about money and to spend there hard earned money else where.
