      After waiting for 5 hours, I was told there was something wrong with my car, flashing dash lights and all safety systems off line, and I would need to take it to the dealer. I called Toyota and they said that only happens when the windshield has been recalibrated wrong. Safelite still took my deductible. I also was out of pocket for $525 to be reimbursed by insurance. Trying to email safelite customer service or call a manager was unsuccessful. All emails and phone numbers on business cards were not working numbers. Received an email the next morning stating my recalibration was successful! I had demanded the error print out(All 4 pages) before I left the day before that clearly showed nothing was successful. Fully disgusted with this company and their shady business practices.

      I am so disgusted on? the treatment and unprofessionalism here at safelite auto glass 2001 Rt 70 WCherry Hill, NJ 08002

      How you can be a Store Manager of your business and do not know who is doing what or doing the order for parts! I am very understanding person and know that things happen I get it. But why lie to your customers saying that the part got there broken, when actually the parts was never delivered in the first place. Then what makes it worse have your receptionist getting confused with the story and told two different stories. Furthermore, I asked for the manager because the story was not adding up or making any sense. The manager got on the phone and I said I am not trying to be rude or ignorant. However, be honest with my because I am hearing to different stories was my part order yes or no. The manager first said no, then said we did, but the manufacture never got the order, then oh I don’t know who did the order for you last week??? I was confused the order was done at your location and I spoke with someone at your location and you don’t know what’s going on in your store? When you are the store manager. I even got an email to come in today to drop off my car and the email is down below! I have to pay someone to take me to work to Philadelphia and back to then to be lied too be more professional. If you do not have the part ok not a problem the problem you lied and trying to make it seem like you was not the problem or like no one in your store failed to communicate with each other. Lastly, it is not my fault that I went to your place of business to get my windshield repaired and it was not installed properly then to get poor customer service later to get it back repaired. This is unacceptable!

      Ridiculous prices and poor communication. Can never get ahold of them and they ordered the wrong part!
      I had my windshield replaced for $400 cheaper at another place.

      I made an appointment for 9:30am to get my windshield replaced and made an app for 9:30am. My window and new wiper blades were done in 1 hour!!!! People there were soooo kind and helpful, I will be sending people there to help them. I picked up some of there business cards and **** was very thorough and kind and I’m sooo proud of the job he did for me????

      I had a mobile appointment on 8/2 fir window replacement. Tech arrived promptly and did a good job. However at end he couldn't get car to recalibrate because the window installed was one with known issues of not calibrating. I was then scheduled via email for facility appointment on 8/4 @ noon. I arrived only to be told I was actually on their schedule for 8/5. While sorting issues, I received a call to see if I could come in 8/7 @ 9am. I arrived 8/7 @ 845. I was told it should take about 1.5 hrs. My cars service was not taken back until 1015am. I didn't get my car back until 1235pm. I had to take car back for warranty work as rain sensor didn't work so I was given a 3pm appointment. I arrive at 250pm. A couple who arrived at 3pm for their 430pm appointment but was called and told to come in at 3pm was taken before my car. My car was not taken back for service until 340pm. Even though the staff has been friendly, the service has been horrible. Why would they install a window that has known calibration issues? How did a 1 5 hr service appointment turn into a 3.5 hr wait? Why did I get a recalibration certificate on a windshield that they knew was failing after install? Why did they want to charge me $1030 for the windshield that they charged insurance $330? Why am I returned my vehicle when all sensors are not checked? I won't be using safelite ever again. Seems like poor customer service

      I had the windshield replaced on my Mazda, CX five at the Pueblo Colorado office. This required, them removing the rearview mirror. A short time after the repair, I noticed a sticky liquid dripping from behind the cover of the rearview mirror. I found that the tabs for the cover had been broken and the cover had been a fixed with sticky tape. On hot days sticky liquid will drip down. I contacted the office multiple times and have had no action. Not only did they hide the fact, they broke the cover, they fixed it with tape, which obviously won’t last on hot days. They are impossible to contact by phone.

      This location charged me $500 and did not do professional work. Their technician also stole items from my car that have yet to be returned. The store manager and “district training manager” gave not a care so I disputed the transaction with my card company. Do what you’re paid for or you won’t be paid at all!

      They simply lie to you every chance they get. I made three scheduled visits to this store and they still did not have the replacement glass ready from their own warehouse. After the first time I was told they didn’t have the glass because there is a “curve” in it after dropping off the car. They told they needed to order it from the warehouse. Second scheduled appointment I learned that nobody ordered the replacement windshield. So they ordered it and the third scheduled visit they still didn’t have the replacement glass after manager ***** specifically stated he would let me know if the glass did not arrive. So I made three separate appointments and couldn’t get them to do anything. This is a criminal shady store that needs to be closed immediately.

      A few years ago safelite replaced the windshield on our truck. Later, we found out it was not sealed properly and we had to pay over $2000 to replace the PCM and BCM because it had become water damaged from the poor job they did.
      We decided to give them another chance. Bad decision. On Saturday 8/5 I scheduled to have my windshield replaced on Friday 8/11 between 8am and 12pm. The day before my appointment they texted to confirm. I confirmed. On Friday I sat around waiting all morning. Then at 12:40pm I called and asked when someone was going to come out. The man who answered the phone put me on hold and then while I was waiting on hold someone called me to tell me no one would be able to come out until 8/17 because two techs had quit. I understand that they cannot control that, BUT WHY was I not contacted in advance?! Why was my appointment confirmed??? Absolutely horrid customer service. They made no effort to correct the situation and just said “sorry”.
