These are completely false accusations.
On the one hand I have been an artist since 2021 and for my two EPs these are not huge figures.
On the other hand I have never had any problems with *******, my album is still online and streamed (see screenshots).
Oddly the response given by Songcast is the same one given to a fellow artist. (see screenshot)

I am very surprised, I saw when I logged into my account that my work either my albums were deleted on Songcast, or the distributor with whom I signed a contract to distribute my work, my music.
The mention "review for unusual activities" is present in the Royalties section. Either I cannot access my income which allows me to pay all my costs (studio, advances, productions).
I don't understand why my access is blocked. I have always made sure to communicate cleanly and not use playlists or anything else through my paid advertising.
I find this totally unfair and I don't understand why my work was destroyed without warning or otherwise.
No technique to get more listeners was used, whether it was my partners or me. Something I can attest to on my honor.
I am now in an uncomfortable situation and want compensation. I am not responsible for the listening ways of music app users. I am only asking to recover my salary which is rightfully mys for the work provided and the subscriptions paid.

Je ne pense pas avoir autant de stream mensuel sur mes albums, par contre en effet, des écoutes proviennent surement de soirée et autres, car la musiques fait partie de différentes playlist dans différent bar, boîtes de nuits, pub et restaurant. Ces streams là proviennent bien de comptes payé (peu importe le site de streaming). Je rappel que je suis artiste, et que je n'ai aucun pouvoir sur les écoutes de mes musiques, chacun les écoutes à son bon vouloir.
Je trouve désobligeant d'en arrivé à passer par bbb pour avoir à résoudre ce problème, car j'ai toujours respecté Songcast, de part mon engagement avec vous, les abonnements et l'acceptations des conditions d'usage à votre entreprise.
