      We moved in this home 9/2023. Upon moving, we have been very vocal on the issues with roaches and a dishwasher that was never fixed. Multiple maintenance requests put in and each maintenance guy would mark as complete when job is never complete. We know it says we are responsible for pest control, however this is preexisting. We have went a couple months due to us having to come out of pocket for expenses such as high utility bills (poor insulation and BLACK MOLD), hotel fees due to our ceiling starting to fall apart, and all we wanted to do is just transfer to a new home at this point. Walls are caving in, roaches are so bad, we barely been able to COOK in this home. We have sent emails but only a few response other than when rent is late and evictions are filed. We need help please. This is all we ask. We have a newborn and kids. We cannot keep getting sick in this unsanitary, unsafe home!

      The absolute WORST rental company I have ever rented from. Maintenance request incomplete, never calls or assistance with billing, must wait 2-3 business to speak with a live person, no air conditioning, lights not working, fire alarm checks or battery replacements not done.. The worst business I’ve ever rented from, I’m willing to break my lease and not give them anymore. Safety Hazard everywhere!

      I have a rat problem. Maintenance came and gave me sticky pads. He didn’t look to see where they were coming from. Needless to say I’m afraid to go in my kitchen because I see droppings under my cabinets by the dishwasher and the stove.
      I’ve had a bug problem since I moved in. My rent went up a 100 , however no maintenance or up keep has been done to the house. 1600 a month . I need pest control, not maintenance

      Terrible Terrible company. When i first moved in we had a water leak in the hot water tank which resulted in a ridiculously high bill. At no point did they take accountability. When I initially signed my lease they wanted all utilities in my name which was fine. Upon renewal they stated that all utilities must go in their name due to tenants moving out and not paying. Within 3 months of the switching everything into their name my electric got shut off because they didn't pay. 6 months later I recieved a disconnect notice for my water due to them not paying on time. We will not be renewing our lease again and if I can find a way to break my lease early I will

      Been trying to reach out about a leak on property since June, Little to no response even with work order put in. Get a $1500 dollar water bill in august before they respond. “We have now found and fixed the issue ourselves.”They say someone from water company will be out to do a leak test on sept 30, over another month away. And when we ask about how long it is and about being reimbursed for them not sending someone out to check the issue they ignore the question and say the water company isn’t coming to check for the leak we have been complaining about, but to do a yearly leak test. They wont even respond about our complaints at all and expect us to just do what needs to be done on our own, but isnt that what a property manager is for? So we don't have to hire and fix things on the property ourselves?

      The worst rental company I’ve ever had to deal with! Absolutely unprofessional & shady business practices. Impossible to get a hold of anyone, you have to call an “answering service” for everything, then wait days before someone gets back to you. The maintenance department is rude & unprofessional (I’ve put in 8 tickets for the same issue & I'm still dealing with it) & this is just scratching the surface of the issues I’ve had with this company! I don’t normally write reviews (especially bad) but if I can save any renters out there from dealing with these people hopefully you will avoid this company at all costs!

      I rented from them for 2yrs and didn’t have a problem with them until I moved out and tried to cash my deposit that took 1 1/2 months because the micro numbers didn’t match the banks. I was In Georgia and the closest bank was 1.5 hrs from where I live. I lost time from work on 4 different occasions and not one time did they offer to reimburse me from something that was wrong on their end. They issued me another one and I go to Walmart and they say they couldn’t cash it because of the numbers on the check. The fourth time it finally got cash. When you get your deposit hopefully you won’t have the issue I had with my money I put down as a deposit. Not one time in 2 yrs was I ever late with my rent.

      The absolute worse company I’ve ever rented from. There’s no point in putting in a maintenance order. The maintenance guy they have look like he on drugs. I was switched from a company before this and didn’t know until it was time to pay rent so all of my work orders were null and void. Reading the complaints from other tenets im pretty sure I’ll be the one to blame. I also saw they had a lawsuit against them.
