I have been having issues with the Wendy's APP. It has had many issues and ********** at HQ has resolved some of them for me. This has been on going since May 27th, 2022. Our last communication was by phone and email on 8-5-22. In that email she promised to send me something (free meal coupons) in the US mail for all my trouble. Soon after that date I forwarded my mailing address to her. Nothing has been received in the mail! I have reached out a couple times and gotten no response. Filing a complaint seems to be my last resort to get the business to honor their promises and to keep a long time customer.Initial Complaint

I have contacted Wendy's customer service 3X's now (8/22, 8/31 & 9/12). I was assigned Case #******** for the incident and I have been assured that the matter was escalated to the District/Area Mngr., however, to date, NO one from Wendy's local or corporate has reached out to me to address the matter.Initial Complaint

These pieces of **** stole money from my children and then on top of it haven’t done anything about it at all no refund or anything , this place is a complete **** hole and I’m telling you now if something isn’t done ima handle this **** my self and it’s not going to be pretty , I’ll make sure Wendy’s loses 200 times the amount they took from my child !!!!!!Initial Complaint

On Sept 1, 2022 I ordered through the wendys app to have our meals delivered. We do this often, at least once every two weeks and have never had much problem before. It took an hour to receive the order. When the delivery driver arrived he had someone else's meal. I told him that the food was not mine and it would have only been about 1/4 of what we ordered. The receipt even had someone else's name on it. He said he would go back but he didn't. I tried chatting with wendys but the chat function doesn't work anymore. I tried calling and was on hold for over 30 mins until the call hung up. I also tried calling that specific wendys location with no answer. I tried emailing wendys customer care that same day and still have received no response. I spent $39.34 and never received the food.Initial Complaint

I ordered a a Dave's single combo number 1 I told the cashier the whole combo and I ordered the pretzel bacon pub combo with no munster cheese combo she gave me two sandwiches and one fry and two drinks I told the other lady they were missing a fry in our combo and she said we didn't order the fries for the first order which was a lie then I told her yes we did the other cashier was saying that she admitted she made the mistake and the other lady was saying we can't just give it to her for free that I would have to pay for the fries when it's their mistake they made wendys in Thomasville has some sorry lazy nasty people Tha work evening shift they mess up people's order too much and the manager needs to get on their butts at night for not doing their workInitial Complaint

I stopped at Wendy's on Thursday approximately mid-day. I ordered 2 apple pecan salads and I was given 2 salads without the pecans. I did not realize this until later on that evening when I attempted to eat one of them. I called the manager and talked to ****** and ****** the next day. ****** was very barbarian, rude, and insulting. The entire time I was talking to him he was yelling and being sarcastic towards me and in the background I could hear someone else laughing and making fun of the situation the entire time. ****** commented that I should be able to look at the salad and know that the pecans were missing, yet the salad had sliced chicken on top and it is impossible to see what is inside the salad. This establishment was very unprofessional and insulting. When I purchased the 2 salads no one informed me that the nuts were missing and gave me the option to STILL get it or not. I feel as though they were negligent in this situation. The pecans are the main ingredient that gives the salad its taste yet I paid for something that I did not receive and then was treated badly because of it like it was my fault.Initial Complaint

They do not pickup the phone. I don’t have a car. I can’t find out if dining room is open. They won’t pickup. So I go there and found out dining room was closed but drive through open. If they don’t want to pay market wage and staff at a reasonable level, I will not waste an hour of my time. I need to be reimbursed when they cut costs and I lose the time. Ordered Wendy's online, order never came. Customer Service never answered, after two hours on hold. website has no contact information, just a template to contact, recieved no contact back. apparantly this happens often, wendy's is stealing peoples money and has no system in place for refunds for orders that do not come. i want to make sure the world knows to not use their delivery service.Initial Complaint

The Wendy's app does not work properly. It has never worked properly. It fails to work across different devices. Today, I repeated the ordering process a dozen times like usual because the app won't work. And when I finally saw that my cart had ONE item. I checked out only to be double charged. I was literally standing there feet from the counter, so I said cancel that order. They all acted stupid and refused to do anything. They even prepared the order!!! I called over 119 times, but no one answers the 888 number no matter what options I choose and no matter how long I waited on hold. Terrible customer service by the lowest paid workers, obviously. So refund my order. Send $13.27 right back to my checking account. Please add $1013.27 for my pain and suffering or will remain unsatisfied and will shame you on social media. I'm not wasting my time to upload any proof as you have my information and you have a computer. So look up my last order and refund my money.Initial Complaint

Purchased food from Wendy’s located in Rochester at 744 East Main St Rochester NY 14605 8/15/2022 the food had a soda flavor top in my fiance fries and also rubber in the fries i purchased the food came up to 13.82 it’s not about the money it’s about being sanitary and those fries could have easily went to a kid and they could have choked not being aware this needs to be fixed
