      I placed an order on 7/25 through the mobile app for pickup in the Drive Thru. After checking in at the speaker I pulled up to the window and was told they were out of grilled chicken. 2/3 sandwiches I ordered were grilled so I asked the lady to please just cancel the order. I was told my order was cancelled, I asked for a receipt and it showed my name and total of $0.00 for mobile pickup. My debit card was still charged the $20.38. I was told electronic transfers can take between 7-10 days while pending but this has processed and pulled from my account. I attached a copy of my original receipt and banking statement showing the $20.38. I really just want my money back and I haven't received a response and it's been over 2 weeks now.

      Their app stole 300 of my reward points. They have no support options. They do not respond to emails, answer their phone, and the chat option in their app is always unavailable.

      For over two months now the Wendys app section that allows you to input your receipt info within 24 hrs to get credit for your points has not worked. Today 7-29-22 my subtotal purchase was $4.98. I enter the receipt info and then it reads "Oh Snap internal error". I have called the 1-888-624-8140 to speak with a representative but after being on hold for 20 mins no one ever comes to the phone. I have done this 10 times over the past two months. When I do live chat via the app no one every comes to the app. Are these employees working from home and not really doing their customer service jobs? Please give me my 49 points. But over the last two months I have lost over 500 points. I would appreciate it if you could credit me the other 500 points I have lost to my account ***********************  Please fix your website.

      The last 4 times I got food from Wendy’s on 4474 Montgomery road in Norwood ohio it was old and stale. Last time before this bad experience it gave me food poisoning and gave my family food poisoning. Then this time I
      Ordered a mobile pickup. The staff was high as a kite and they said too bad my order wasn’t getting filled because they don’t see the order on thire computer. I had proof that I had placed the order with my fiancé that I was supposed to be there by 915 pm to pick it up. They refused to even check my phone and said I had to leave. They stole my food, charged my debit card and left me with nothing while laphing and joking at my expense wich I could hear over the intercom . This is illegal.

      March 30, 2022 at approximately 3:00 pm I went to the Wendy's at 11898 Chase Plaza, Forest Park, Ohio, 45242. I pulled into the drive thru to place my order. One car in front of me was just leaving and there were no cars behind me. I ordered a Baconator combo and a double cheese plain, onion only. Total was $17.30. I pulled up to the widow, gave the girl my card to pay and received the drink, no receipt. As we sit at the window 3-4 minutes, 4 female employees were just standing around with the window open, gossiping and using foul language. Very unprofessional. After about 4 minutes a car pulled in behind me to order and they asked me to move up. I did. After approximately 6 more minutes, an employee banged on the window for someone to let her in. The diningroom was not open and the doors were locked. I asked her to let someone inside know I wanted my money back, I had waited too long. Thete was only me and the car behind me. An employee asked me to come inside to get my refund. I went in and stood at the counter about 3 minutes while they continued to stand around and gossip, doing nothing else. Finally the girl who let me in said "she wants her money back". The largest girl in the group who seemed to be the intimidator of all of them asked "why". The girl told he I thought I had waited too long for my food. The large girl said something to me and I said " I think 10 minutes is too long to wait for 2 burgers". The large girl responded, " It ain't been no 10 **** minutes! Don't make me come over that counter at you!". Scared, being the only customer in there, with the doors locked, I stayed. About 3 minutes later I was asked if I had my receipt. I said " I didn't get a receipt yet, but I got the drink". I was asked to go out and get it. This was when I decided it was time to leave. I went to my car and left. I called the Forest Park Police Department and made a complaint then to be on file. All attempts since then to contact The Wendy's Corporation have failed.

      I purchased through the mobile app at a local restaurant and each of the four items was either incorrect or incomplete. I cannot get in touch with Wendy’s. I’ve tried calling. I’ve left messages on their website, their Instagram page and their Twitter page. They have never responded. I was willing to have the order replaced but now I have no intentions of returning to the restaurant and want a complete refund.

      On 07-22-2022 we ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches on the Wendy’s app. Store 5499 Coral Springs Fl under #*******. We arrived to find out this location suggests they don’t offer the sandwiches order and do not offer grilled chicken. We had ordered the same sandwich one day prior at location 10 blocks east. They said it was not offered yet on mobile app also. Manager, **** could not void the sale so we could go to other location. He suggested we would need to deal with Wendy’s directly. Interestingly enough Wendy’s is NOT open on weekends and has not way for client to cancel order. So essentially Wendy’s stole the funds and location was so filled with incompetence, that they could not cancel an order they would not fulfill. Multiple BBB complaint appear below for same issues with Wendy’s not properly providing resolution and contact for website and mobile app errors.

      Ordered dinner through the Wendy's ap. Went to pick up my order and the restaurant was closed for business for some reason. All the staff was there and it was within normal business hours. Unexpected things happen so no big deal and I went elsewhere for food, expecting the charge to my card to be refunded or drop off.
      A couple of weeks later the charge was still there so called to get a refund (30+ minutes hold time btw).
      The lady said she would process it. Fast forward to today and I’ve still no refund despite calling one more time (again with a 30 minute hold time). Hate to file a BBB complaint over just under $10 but I paid for food I didn’t get.

      I placed a mobile order which you have to pay for the order inorder to place it. I get up to the window and was told I needed to pay for the order. I said no I don't because I already paid in the mobile app. The manager and another employee kept arguing with me and refused to give me my order. I then showed 2 forms of proof that I paid and then was told my phone was lying. I ended up leaving without my food and out 9.44 because they were paid. I then called the corporate office the next day and they were supposedly appalled by the treatment I received and said I would get a full refund and that the district manager and the regional manager would be calling me. Well I am still waiting for phone calls and I still have not received a refund and I have called at least 3 more times and have been told I would get my refund and calls. I want my money refunded immediately or I will have to take further steps.

      On April 26, 2022, my wife, children, and I went to Wendy's to purchase food for lunch. I went to the driver thru and placed an order. When I proceed to the check out the individual was profane. The lady used profanity and foul language. Further, she used vulgar gestures. I am attaching pictures depicting the vulgar gestures she made to my family and me.
