      order Wendy's with delivery from doordash did not get the food called them, they could not get ahold of driver and asked if we wanted refund or food sent again, got transferred to wendys and it rang till we got hung up on called doordash back and they said they would refund it (I got a email) after a week of not seeing a refund I sent a email with no response my girlfriend called and was told it would be fixed another 2 weeks went by and had my card hacked but wanted to get my refund before canceling card sent another email to no response my girlfriend called again and was told someone would call her from wendys that day or the next and that was 3 days ago

      Wendy's app ne er works for the deals for years I have tried to use app for deals always try later, this is ridiculous and sick of it. Not a reputable business.

      Given the wrong food, employee wouldn’t address me whatsoever after he slammed the window. Didn’t even let me give the order #. Absolutely disgusting dirty restaurant. Horrible woman called me and when I told her I was unable to call because their line isn’t working she hung up on me. I want my money back

      Your Mobile App has multiple issues that should be addressed IMMEDIATELY. I placed a mobile order for Pickup and went to the local Wendy's in Rochester Indiana to retrieve the order. When I arrived there they didn't even have the mobile order as it went to the restaurant in Plymouth Indiana instead of my phone detecting my location and preventing me from ordering there, it placed the order they made it, threw it out and charged me for it.

      The other issue is that once I figured out the issue WHILE STANDING IN THE WENDY'S IN ROCHESTER, IN I re-placed the mobile order for the correct Wendy's. I then had to get a refund from them and cancel the order because they were OUT OF GRILLED CHICKEN. Your app should be aware of the location and inventory of your stores and prevent these issues from happening. It would save lots of customer service headaches and refunds needing issued if your app were improved. The McDonald's app won't let you even pick a restaurant that is farther than a certain distance. The order was placed at 1:28PM EST for a total of $9.93 the order number is *********.

      Your app also fails to produce any kind of order confirmation email.

      On 2/20/2023 at 1:15 pm I drove through Wendy's drive thru and placed an order. I gave the Wendy's employee (I'll call him ***, not sure what his name was) my order with the coupon code plus other items I ordered. I drove to the pay window and ask *** why the bill was so expensive as I handed him the coupon. *** said he didn't put the coupon on the bill even though I gave him the coupon code. *** took my credit card and we could hear *** using the F word as we set in our car. We politely told *** he shouldn't be using that kind of language and he shrugged his shoulders and said "Oh well, that's me". I asked to speak to the manager and *** gave me all kind of excuses why the manager couldn't talk to me. I insisted on talking to the manager and *** ordered me to pull out of line, I refused; I told *** I wanted to talk to the manager before I would leave. *** once again told me to get out of his line; I felt threatened. I told *** no and finally the manager showed up. I talked to the manager, a Hispanic woman, and explained what happened with *** but it didn't seem like she would be doing anything about ***. Does Wendy's condone this type of actions and treatment of their customers. Worst drive thru EXPERIENCE ever! *** should be fired!

      I tried calling Wendy's customer care twice holding for over 20 minutes both times.
      I tried using the Wendy's web site and after filling in all of my information and hitting submit, the site said there was an error.

      I truly like Wendy's but this all has been ONE BIG PROBLEM!

      on January 26, 2023, I visited the Wendy’s drive-through located at 3535 Hollywood Blvd., Hollywood, FL. From the menu I ordered a Parmesan Caesar salad. On the screen the price displayed was $7.99. At the window, I paid $8.19. Both of these prices without tax. Also, the Parmesan crisps provided on the side expired in September 2022. This is not the only store where I received expired Parmesan crisps.

      We were traveling East on interstate 64 towards Waynesboro, VA on Dec. 23rd at 7:15pm EST we placed an order on the mobile app for $52.66. Order #********* for Wendy’s at *** ****** Street, ************, Va. We scheduled to pick up at 7:30pm EST. When we arrived at the restaurant there was a sign posted on the door “system down, closed” and no one in the store. We attempted several times to call the number for mobile order issues and were disconnected by Wendy’s each time. So we used the email address and transcribed an email that same evening explaining what had happened. We have yet to receive a response. This wouldn’t be an issue but Wendy’s had already taken money from my bank account. I am just looking for a refund of $52.66 for a meal I never received.

      On December 2nd I went to Wendy's located at 1049 W Oakland Park Blvd and presented them with a coupon, code number 34, which stated that I was to get two chicken meals for $10.
      I was charged $12.50 and when I questioned the error of a $1.50 it was explained that it was just tax.
      The receipt shows they are charging the public wrong.
      I requested to speak to the manager and he said that's how it rings up.
      Instead of arguing at the window, I called the corporate office, waited a half hour, in order to issue my complaint. They said the district manager would immediately take care of it.
      On the following Tuesday I had to call the corporate office again, never hearing back from the district manager.
      It is now been a week and I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission and
      maybe a class action suit.
      I would like my $1.50 return to me and an apology by the district manager not bothering to look into my complaint as well as being compensated for the time it took to call the corporate office twice as well as fill out this complaint forms with the Better Business Bureau and other agencies.
      BTW the fries were overdone and cold and I received ice in my drink after requesting no ice three times.

      I simply wish to send the company a complaint about the wendy's in Clintonville, but they make it impossible unless you're given a receipt (I wasn't). Their store locater on the website gives a number that elicits an error code. So I tried calling was on hold for a half hour (no answer) and then disconnected. Therefore, my primary complaint is that they will not allow a complaint to be recorded.

      --Doors LOCKED. At 6:00 on Tues. A customer let me in.

      --Waited 20 min for small order
      --Watched customers come to the counter because parts of orders missing.
      --No cups anywhere, or napkins
      This used to be a GREAT Wendy's. I actually sent compliments to corporate and rated five stars on Yelp.
      It's two minutes from my house and I'll never return.

      I pulled up to the Wendy’s drive thru and was told the mobile order number described above did not exist, although the charge could not be reversed because the Wendy’s mobile app processed the order and took funds already, and the order could not be cancelled or reversed. I had to pay for food which resulted it being charged twice by Wendy’s. I want the full amount described here refunded to satisfy my complaint, we will not be ordering using the Wendy’s mobile app ever again since it appears to randomly fail and steal funds from the customer when it does.
