So I’d like to know why it is that when I pull up to the drive through at one of your ******* pa locations at 11:31 pm I’m now told that because you quit selling chili at 11:30pm I’m not able to order any?!? And the explanation I get is this…. “Well we stop selling the chili at 11:30pm so that it has a half hour to cool so then we can put it in the cooler to be sold tomorrow” GTFOH! Not only that but EXPLAIN TO ME why 2 hamburgers faves singles as a matter of fact and two medium fries with nothing freaking else costs 21.00!?!? What the hell is wrong with Wendy’s?!? The Wendys in ************ always lock the doors when it starts getting dark then we have to go thru the long drive thru to learn they never have chili or a Bake potato they have been doing this for a year or more and someone needs to know you are losing customers and bad service every time no one can walk in after dark to order food if u cant get no better than that close it DOWN!Initial Complaint

Wendy's support has offered me a refund for an order that was placed on July 15, 2024. Informed me it would take 10-112 days to receive it. I waited over that time from to be placed on another 10-12 day wait again. Waited that out and still have not received anything. There are 2 support teams that continuously blame each other getting nowhere with my issue. I even contacted the store where the order was originally placed with just to be told by their manager that "I should either drop the case or get a lawyer and sue the company as the company does not care for it's customers nor its employees." I was actually shocked by this. I continue dealing with support which they continue to blame each other. It has now been 2 months and still no work on anything. They claim they have escalated this multiple times with the last escalation actually giving me a case number (#********). Order number in question is **********. I attempt to order food on 9/7/24 at 11:52 am. The service was terrible. There was only 1 car in front of us. At 12:05p they finally took my credit card. They charged me and then said I would need to continue to wait. I said I wouldn't and wanted a refund. It has been too long at that point. I was told "I ain't refunding shit" by ****** who is apparently the general manager. She closed the drive thru window refusing to acknowledge me. The restaurant doors were locked in the middle of day not allowing anyone into the dining area. Eventually **** came out with my food. I again demanded a refund. She refused. I want a full refund and the operator to investigate her actions. She has no business dealing with the public or representing their organization. I want access to ***** footage of the incident to ensure my consumer product was not tampered with. These are non-negotiable.Initial Complaint

The ******* location at *********************** in ************** is adjacent to the **********************************, which until recently, was regularly occupied by vagrants and drug users, and strewn with garbage and human waste. The ************** have recently been able to clear the platforms of such people; however, they have migrated to the *******, with the apparent approval of the store staff. I recently visited this *****'s with the intention of dining in, but decided against it after observing a number of vagrants outside the store, and being ignored by staff while they socialized with the vagrants inside the store. None of the people I observed on the property seemed to be consuming meals; one or two people appeared to be consuming drinks, and it appeared to me that they had only purchased the drinks so they could call themselves customers. To my knowledge, *****'s is the only business at the intersection that has this issue. I have decided to stop patronizing this location because of this. Furthermore, I live nearby, and take issue with a business allowing this sort of behavior on its property, as it is detrimental to quality of life in the neighborhood. I have attempted to complain directly to *****'s about this issue, but it is impossible as their online complaint form has a 500 character limit.Initial Complaint

I was at this location ***************************************************************. It had one of those self service kiosk, while I was putting in my breakfast order, the older lady had changed the board. So when she sees my order she says, we are not serving breakfast anymore why do you think I change the board. I informed her that I was not watching her I was using the kiosk . The rude lady never even realized she should have apologized after practically calling me stupid. Hello,I now that I am not the only person with this problem, but why is the majority of your coupons SPICY. I can not eat SPICY. And this is unfair to people that cant eat it. When the coupons first came out they were good. Now there just not anymore. Now I like Wendys but if the majority of the coupons are spicy I will no longer be coming to your establishment. I order food on doordash 6 days ago. And there was large peice's of plastic in my chili that I choked one. It was reported online via a customer solutions ticket. But i have gotten no response for this. And still have the chili frozen. If you need it. The store said that peices of the bag may have been left in the chili. But I was never refunded or anything. This is a complaint about a very rude and unprofessional employee who worked the drive-thru window named *****. This was the Wendys located at ***********************************. I visited on Wednesday night on August 21, 2024, at 9:41 PM. ***** is a young Caucasian female with glasses and blonde/brown hair. When I pulled up, I heard her cussing and saying bad words through the drive-thru window. It was easy to hear her. She was nasty and rude to me. When I asked her why she was treating me like that? she laughed and slammed the drive-thru window in my face. Then I witnessed her yell and scream to her co-workers, This woman is crazy! This woman is driving me crazy! (as she referred to me). I didnt leave and she opened the drive-thru window again. I asked to speak to a manager and asked for a refund, and she just laughed at me and slammed the window again. An elderly lady working there by the drive-thru window was kind enough to write the rude employees name on the receipt: *****. About 5 minutes later I pulled up to a gas station to fill up my gas and noticed that the credit card I used to pay was missing so I drove back to that Wendys at the drive-thru window, and ***** SCREAMED through the speaker, WHAT DO YOU WANT?! I asked her if she returned my credit card to me, and she ignored me. I pulled up at the drive-thru window and she yelled that she gave it back to me. Then she laughed at my face again. I asked her what is so funny? I finally pulled in the parking lot, and I saw another employee outside the door (A Caucasian female with pink colored hair). I got out of my car and started to walk to her and said, Excuse me **** because I wanted to know if they had the credit card. The employee with the pink hair saw me walking towards her and she immediately IGNORED ME and walked in the door and locked it. I made a complaint on the phone on Aug. 22, 2024, and my case number is ********, but I heard NOTHING back. Full detail report attached.Customer Answer

Hi I noticed the company ignored my complaints and the BBB complaints. Can you please mark this case as UNSATISFACTORY and that the business did not respond? Also, if there are any other negative marks you can document, I would like any negative ratings for this corporation as well. ******* corporate ***** and so do the employees at the restaurant I complained about.
