      On April 22, 2024 I placed an online order for delivery from the ******* on South Alliance Drive in ***********, ** for $19.98 which was immediately debited from my gift card. About **************************************************************** the app. I have been calling, emailing everyone from customer service to the delivery ********************** they said I had to call. Each time I am given a ticket number (which does nothing) and told my refund would be issued in 10 business days. Kind of sad that customer service does nothing and that a business that was as respected as *****'s was would allow theft of their customers.

      This gift card was purchased Aug 26, 2023. Evidently it wasn’t activated. Due a a tragic accident involving death, the card was put in a drawer until recently. When I tried to use it they said it wasn’t activated. I took it back to ******* **** to get activated. The sales clerk checked it saying there’s no money on it. . Keep in mind that 2 other Wendy’s in *********** had said it wasn’t activated! I called and spoke with 2-3 different ppl at your customer service center and the first told me they can’t do anything. Take it to ******* **** store which I already did. After waiting 1 hour and 2 minutes to speak with another rep suddenly he couldn’t hear me and hung up after telling me there’s too many numbers on the back of the card. I don’t understand! I’m just disgusted that the responsible ppl won’t just activate the card making this right! !! Plus I have called their phone number 4 times and nobody answered! Please help me get this resolved! Thanks ****** *******

      In regard to the $20 Wendy’s gift card that was given to me As a gift of appreciation,, I have been to the restaurant three times in person and spoken with three or four different people in charge. I was told they were waiting to hear from someone higher. Every time I went back, it was a different story. They insist this gift card has been used. The gift card has not been used. The woman who gave it to me assures me. It has not been used. Her mother died in a car wreck right after it was purchased and she put it in a drawer and didn’t give it to me for several months . I was also given a ****** **** gift card at the same time and I’ve had no problem using it. I don’t understand how a corporation as big as Wendy’s can’t take care of a $20 gift card for me. Thank you for your assistance, ****** ******* .

      On 7/5/24 I went through Wendy's drive-thru at 2:36 PM, and placed an order (receipt attached). When I arrived home, I discovered the meat on the sandwiches were their "Jr. patties", not their 1/4-pound patties. In addition to this, the patties were old, dried out, cold, and without the extra onion, as I had ordered. The buns were cold, stale and falling apart, and the french fries were soggy and cold. I returned to Wendy's, went inside to talk to a manger. I sat both sandwiches on the counter, unwrapped both sandwiches to show the manager the patties (I held one patty up, sideways, so she could a visual of the slop they had just served me) and started to explain the many issues with this order, and this manager rudely interrupted me to tell me she would have them replaced. I told her I didn't want them replaced, and that I wanted a refund. She told me they "don't do refunds", and then launched into a tirade about "throwing food at her", which I did not do....I am a 67 y/o man, who doesn't have a habit of throwing food at people! I'm sure she was embarrassed by this encounter, as there were other customers at the counter. I asked her name, she wouldn't give it to me. I asked if this was a corporate store, or a Franchise, she would not answer the question, at which point I told her I'd find out on my own, and be back in touch. I returned home and called Wendy's Corporate to lodge a complaint (###-###-#### @ 3:09 PM Case #********), and talked to a fellow named *******, who was as good as gold, and relayed to him the food issues, and the disrespectful way this manager treated me. He told me this manager should have refunded my money and been apologetic, instead of disrespectful. ******* took my information, filed my complaint, and told me it would be 5-7 days before someone would get back to me. Today, 7-29-24, it's 24 days later, I have heard from no one, and my money has yet to be refunded....thank you!

      Had bought a 2 meals from this location. Experienced such a bad case of diarrhea that I defecated on myself and had to buy all new shorts and underwear. This condition continued for 3 days. I did stop back at this location on my way home

      Hi I placed a mobile app order on 7/8/2024 and never received my food and requested a refund I was told the refund would be issued I still haven’t received my refund this has been going on since 7/8/2024 I was hung up on multiple times never received a call back yet from a supervisor and I requested a call back on the day I placed this order and never received my food I have called delivery support I have also called Wendy’s but they are blaming each other for me not receiving my refund I have waited longer than most businesses have ever had a customer wait on a refund this is my money not Wendy’s or Wendy’s mobile app I have requested a refund on 7/8/2024 today is 7/25/2024 why haven’t I received my money yet Wendy’s need to retrieve the call log and see how many times I have called regarding this and how many times it’s employees have hung up on me (a customer) or gave me the runaround regarding my money this isn’t Wendy’s money I work for my money and don’t feel like it should have been taken and I didn’t receive my food today I also was hung up on by Wendy’s support team I want my money!

      Mobile App. The app is not allowing me to use the considerable number of rewards points I have earned through past orders. I have spent a week contacting customer service and have received no help. Promises were made to correct the problem and to contact me but neither has been done. I have spent money acquiring these advertised rewards points and I am being prohibited from using them. Since the problem can’t or won’t be fixed I feel substantial compensation is in order for this refusal to deliver what was advertised.

      I paid for 6 kid's meals using their scamming app. The app won't let me use my rewards and keeps removing my points. Upon getting the foods, I tried 1 fry and it was soggy. FYI, *****'s fries are the best if it's hot and just off the fryer but they get soggy if they've been sitting there. The fries were soggy. I immediately asked to new fries. I was IGNORED by all the possibly illegal Mexicans including the Mexican manager. There was a short little Mexican supervisor woman there too and she was pouring ****** into her drinks then she drank them. She's serving the customers while she's having diarrheas? That goes to show how safe that place is. I honked and beeped for ************************************************************************ I called the Police. They said they won't come. Then I walked in there and the all ************ started yelling and cussing in Mexicans against me. I was scared shitless. Then I tried to remember what **** and ***** would have done? I ran outside and called the Police again. I left their foods on the counter. The manager yelled out I'm not refunding your money. The cops finally came and he told he cops to call the app for a refund.****, I don't know if you're dead or not but the Mexicans have taken over your restaurants (in ******** too) and they're not the ******* I used to eat at when I was a child in the 80s. I used to enjoy the chilli a lot.So, they got their food back but where's my refund. Is it really that hard to just give me some fresh fries that I paid for? It's not like I'm paying them with pesos.

      June 17,2024, $9.98 (salad and baked potatoe) 11:36 am. I made an online order and paid online. my lunch starts at 12:00 *****'s is 5 mins away. I went in restaurant with my printout. when it was my turn i told the lady my name she checked drive-thru and other places they didn't have my order. i was going to show her my receipt. then they were making my order as at least 5 to seven other people made order at count and got their food. at 12:37 i couldn't wait anylonger lunch ends at 12:45 I asked manager for a refund because my food still wasn't ready. manager **** since i bought online i had to request refund online. there isn't anywhere online to ask for refund. i called the customer service line to get refunded. the refund was suppose to ocur 7-15 days/I have called twice since 6/17/2024. each time they the person on the phone giving me the run around

      I have now had numerous issues at *****'s locations and have not seemed to receive any genuine follow up and customer care simply provides an apology with no remediation or contact from stores. Receiving food, that is not eatable, is unacceptable and due to numerous experiences such as this and *****'s failing to hold its franchises accountable, this will serve as my final notice before I total the receipts for the previous poor orders and pursue reimbursement via small claims court for these balances. I am very upset and disappointed with the poor example of service *****'s has shown and hope that a solution can be reached without filing district court filings due to monetized damages that can be displayed and proven with receipts and photo evidence.

      Upon going to Wendy’s, I asked for the $5.00 biggie bag and they told me they did not have $5.00 biggie bag, that they only had $6.something and 7 something bags.
      Location was Wendy’s on *** *** * ********* *** Why does t.v. Say one thing and Wendy’s say something else.
