      We made a large mobile order ($48) on 12/21/23 in San Angelo, TX. We arrived to the store at 6:01 and waited for 5 minutes. We got to the speaker at 6:06 pm and told them we were picking up a mobile order.
      We pulled up, and they handed us a small bag and walked away. We told them they gave us the wrong order. First, they couldn't find our order so they said we must have ordered to the wrong store. We didn't, and the mobile receipt shows the time 6:06 pm, the time we got to the speaker.
      We went inside. After waiting, the manager, ****, said they had no record of our order and said we must have ordered to the wrong location. We showed her the receipt again. Then she said the order had already been picked up. We told her if it had been, then they gave our order to someone else. She said then there must be a problem with the app. We asked for our food or a refund. She told us she couldn't help us and walked away.
      After ignoring us for a few minutes, **** finally came back and said there was nothing they would do. I asked her several times what we needed to do since my credit card had been charged. She said to contact the app and just walked off again.
      We went to the parking lot and called support. When we got through to someone, they confirmed to us that the store had received the order and filled it. We went back inside, told **** this. She said no and walked away again.
      As I spoke to support, an assistant manager came out. I let him speak to support. He went back to check their computers, and support apologized for the way the manager **** behaved and the problems. The asst came back and apologized, but he couldn't find the order. They couldn't refund us or give us our food. At least he tried to help.
      Customer support said the local management team would contact me and refund me. It's now over 2 weeks later, and they still will not contact me or refund me. I've initiated a dispute with my card company.

      Wendy's on Eastern Ave. in Henderson Nevada Is terrible. Ordered bacon egg and cheese biscuit and sausage egg and cheese biscuit, potatoes and coffee.
      Got both biscuits with just bacon on it, no egg and no cheese. Potatoes too spicy to eat and coffee ice cold. Stay away from Wendy's.
      *****, #3002 is an idiot. Doesn't Wendy's care who they hire?

      Wendy's spends millions of dollars on their ad campaigns but yet their store in Dallas Georgia is horrible service and will never return there again

      Last night my husband and I were cussed out and flipped off because we ask the manger to correct our order she messed up twice!!!!
      She was very aggressive and did all of this in front of her young, teenage coworkers.
      I'm contacting the corporate office today for the Springfield, Ky location and I hope she is terminated!!!!
      I've never been treated this bad in public!!!

      Long hair in my chili … gross. The old the guy I was wanted an original flavor frosty he said he had no idea about asked if he could ask a manager he saw f he was and basically didn’t care. I then got him ame and my chilis were half full with a pc of long hair as a present. I do not recommend this location.

      If your going to have an App that has the availability to Pre-Order food for pickup and it becomes a mission to do so, then you might as well shut down your App and close up shop early. I literally order from the App from 3 different Wendy's by me, the 1st one the system was down even though I had placed my order online so they said I had to wait 15-20 mins before I could get my food. What the point of ordering "Fast Food" if you have to wait around. 1st one cancelledt through the app. The 2nd one even though I ordered through the App again before I got there, some lady took 10mins to order so apparently my pre-order counted for garbage cause they said I had to wait cause she placed two different large orders so 2nd order cancelled and left, My mistake was trying a 3rd time for the one by me, once again place the order through the App so I could just pick it up and go. Get to the Window then get told have to wait around the corner. I waited then just had enough, went through the drive thru to cancel my order then got some story that they were getting moy order ready and I had to wait after I told them I just want to cancel, get my money back and leave then told me some bogus story that they couldn't refund my money and I have to come back in the morning to get a refund so I just left without any food after 3 different locations. My advice is don't waste your time and money since the words "Fast Food" don't mean crap anymore especially for what they charge these days. Better off going to a diner if its still open and getting food there because it'll definitely be faster and probably cheaper.

      Today I went to Wendy's *** ***** *** ************ ** ***** I ordered drive through 4 Biggie bags and one apple pecan salad.
      When I came to office, I realized that there was no salad, so I had to go back and said there is no salad and she said it was not paid so I have to order newly. I checked my bill and there was no salad charged but 1 dollar donation was charged without my consent. I called manager and explained, and she said what is your problem!!! and do you want to your 1 dollar back... I said No but at least you have to say sorry about all mistake you made... I had to spend all this time trying to get right for your mistakes... She, manager, said "I am not sorry and she went away...
      I might not be only one who was treated this way or this kind of service... Wendy's headquarters should know about this
      1) They made a mistake of charging donation without asking.
      2) Not taking order properly
      3) Naver say sorry about their mistake.

      Wendy's on Atlantic Blvd in Jacksonville FL had no salads which I ordered & paid for on their app. I have been waiting for 2 weeks for my refund. I am a senior on a fixed income, so getting a $9 salad is not a regular purchase for me. It's a treat. I want my refund!*

      I was having a wonderful day until I went to a Wendy’s in Tallahassee, Florida. The young lady at the register entered my order wrong, and they gave me the wrong burger. When I asked them to remake my hamburger, the cashier began arguing with me, and after explaining a second time, I asked her please don’t argue with me just remake my burger. This is when things went really bad. The manager came to the counter and got in my face and told me to get the F out of his restaurant, you will not talk to an effing woman like that. I was absolutely stunned by his reaction. I tried to calmly explain that I just wanted my burger to be remade, and that is when he became excessively violent and acted like he was going to come across the counter, and then he threaten me with physical violence. He use the F word constantly, which is absolutely appalling as the restaurant was full of families with small children. Even the cashier got into it at this point and told me to get the F out of her restaurant. I said give me a refund and I will go. The manager kept on attacking me verbally as his staff held him back. As one of the calmer employees was getting me the refund, the manager broke loose from the people who were holding him back, and he came at me again. This is absolutely insane to have a manager who comes unhinged and becomes violent that quickly. By the way, I am a 62-year-old man and this manager was in his mid to late 20s. This level of violence chilling, I will never darken the doorstep of another Wendy’s. I went down the street to dairy queen and they took great care of me!

      Only 1 star because I can't leave zero. Thus location hasn't been worth anything in over 10 years. I had heard it was recently remodeled so I wanted to check it out. Apon walking to the door, it was propped open with a wet floor sign. Walking in there was a big puddle of water. Should have known better at this point to leave. Ordered our food and it was all correct shockingly. Sitting in the restaurant my son points out a big black cock roach. Complained to an employee and she giggled. Went to the manager and she even laughed. The original worked came back and said there was nothing to be done about the situation. This location needs to be shut down.
