      Wendy’s in Oakwood OH needs to be shut down for good I placed an order on the mobile site to get there the manager was rude told me I had no order their and wouldn’t give me her name I called Wendy’s corporate office for a refund of $30 they lied and said I would be refunded and I never received my money back nor an apology

      On May 15th, 2023 I made a mobile order purchase with the intention of going in the restaurant, eat in the restaurant quickly, and head home. After placing my order, the mobile application told me to go straight up to the counter (bypassing the line) to receive my order. I stood near the front counter for an extended period of time before an employee even acknowledged me. I explained I had a mobile order and the manager shouted from behind the team member speaking to me “she is going to have to get in the end of the line.” I was extremely confused and embarrassed that I was being spoken to like that when I could see my food and drinks (already bagged) just sitting there. I waited in line for 10 minutes after that, just for them to turn around and grab the bag and drinks and hand them to me. The reason I was in a rush, is because I had my two infant twin girls with me and I knew that I needed to feed them soon and that we still had a good 45 minutes until we got home. By the time I finally received the food, it was cold, my babies were upset and I had to leave the restaurant without eating the cold food. I contacted corporate the same day asking for a refund. I have contacted corporate a MINIMUM of 4 times, was promised a refund each of those 4 times, spoken to the district manager and given my name and address to that district manager where he promised to mail my refund. Most recently was told I would receive a call and text from a corporate manager and guess what? I’ve heard nothing. I’m so disgusted by this company and the fact that it’s been over two months and they have yet to refund my $19.36 order. I am done giving them the opportunity to make it right, and I refuse to be their customer anymore.

      Wendy’s in Alcoa, TN has the rudest GM on day shift anyone can ever come across. Even the other manager and cashiers was rude. I went there last night to get food when I made it home some of my items was missising call back to inform to come back the next day and have it replace. I get there and go through drive through and explain she tells me she ain’t got to give me nothing and I get the window slammed in my face so I pulled around go inside and they threatened to call the police b/c all I want is what I paid for. If you got to treat your customers like that then you in the wrong business/ field. I will never step a foot or burn my gas to go there again. B/c anytime someone shows me they don’t need my money then I’ll take my business else where.

      Wendy’s in Independence, OH Was given molded fries and when I took them back I was told I was lying! Completely unacceptable!!! Told me she could not give me a refund.

      Wendy’s in Reidsville, NC needs to be closed. This is the 5th time I have tried to get food from Wendy’s and have left empty handed. I am so fed up with this franchise I am not even going to eat at one in a different city. Tonight the problem is they can only accept cash. This is the third visit I have made to Wendy’s and heard that. If you can’t keep your equipment in working condition then you should close your doors. The other two times I have tried to get food from Wendy’s, they were out of the food I wanted. I am going to start telling everyone at work tomorrow about this episode and I bet some of my coworkers have had the same issue. I wish this review would help to influence the BBB to give their establishment a bad rating because that is what they deserve.

      Wendy's in Petoskey Michigan I came through the drive thru got stuff for me and my wife pulled up to the window gave the cashier my card he never gave it back and claims he put it in my drink holder who on earth puts a card in a drink holder it should be handed to the customer directly makes no sense I locked my card and having a new one sent just irritates me!!!

      Hot Springs, AR - Refused to order after Manager ***** walked up to the registered deleted both family orders of chili and stated item was mobile order only and walked away. I requested ***** to return to speak with her informing her I was trying to order on the app but the app was having technical issues. She stated thats the only way to order and walked away. I cancelled the rest of my order and left. If the app is the only option for already items on the menu I will never return to any wendys. Then to top it all off NO-ONE HAS FOLLOWED UP ON MY COMPLAINT!! Filed Complaint on 03/11/23, 04/01/23 & 05/18/23 still no answer from Wendys

      I will say that they were busy but I had 2Dave’s double that was pink and 2 triple pretzel bacon pubs that were pink I don’t know who is running the grill but food shouldn’t be pink

      Hi, please do not go to Wendy’s on Merrick road in Lynbrook, NY. One clerk took my order last night which consist of 2 baconator fries, 2 chicken sandwich and 2 regular fries. I noticed she added double baconator I ask if it comes like this answer was yes. So I proceed to place my order, give my payment and soon as I get my order I’m verifying what’s in the bag and I noticed hamburger I said this is not my order that’s when the clerk started screaming at me and as I’m saying stop screaming at me she then proceed to show me her different level of screaming and said “this is screaming” I ask to speak to the manager she said “ I’m the manager” I keep insisting she slams the window shut and continue screaming. Someone else did come to ask about my order and proceed to give me what I originally ordered. This is really disappointing, shameful to see what customer service had become. This young lady do not deserve to have this job it makes it bad on everyone at this location. I had to ask for my receipt on top of it to see her name but I believe it was altered anyway. I hope someone from headquartered really take this matter at heart. This person need to taught how to deal with customers. Hope she learn her lesson.

      I went today for lunch at west Colorado Ave, Colorado
      Springs co It's wifi showed up on my phone. I asked for the password and I was told they didn't have wifi.I asked for a refund.
      Then, the manager came and demand Ed I apologize.
      I had heart surgery recently and did not need the stress.
      I am a73 year old retired middle school teacher and have developed a lot of patience. But, the manager tried to pick a fight with me.
