      I've been a long time customer but the last few years the service has declined. The past year almost every location has pump issues. Many just marked out of order, many card readers not working. I'm done, moving on to more reliable gas stations.

      I purchased a physical gift card for my dad for his birthday a month ago, and it never arrived. I reached out five times to your customer service line in one week, and only got through ONCE to your gift card line, where I was met with extremely rude behavior from the rep, and she not only didn’t resolve the issue, she left me on hold for 30 minutes until I finally had to hang up. ?? The second week in May, I continued to call in, and no one answered the phone. Ridiculous! Third week in May - I finally emailed in, and although the rep was nice, my matter still has NOT been resolved. She claimed that “upper management” of your third-party servicer for your gift card provider had to review my case and she could not give me a timeframe of when that was going to occur. How is that possible? I didn’t even want a refund. I just wanted a replacement card or a digital gift card sent to my father immediately. THAT WAS IT. That is what MOST B2C companies who have retail products would do to resolve issues like these. But not Speedway, it seems! To date, we have NO gift card and I gave NO refund, and last week, when I requested an immediate refund via email because I am sick of the back and forth now, it has been radio silence - the customer service rep hasn’t responded anymore.

      This is THE worst customer service I have EVER experienced. HORRIFIC. I am screenshotting what I am writing because I don’t want anyone else to experience what I have, and also in the event that your marketing team chooses to delete this, as I don’t trust this brand whatsoever any longer. I was a longtime customer - NO LONGER.

      Store 45568 needs some attention. The clerk, young lady, who rung me up was more interested in her phone call. Saying how drunk she was and she don't really remember much. The language she used would make a sailor turn red from embarrassment. All of this happened at 14:37 on 04/30/25. This needs to be addressed.

      The Speedway Convenience Store in Eden Prairie MN today Nov 29 is that is a health hazard. The women's and men's restroom had no toilet paper, the hand dryer was broken and dried urine all around the toilets. The clerk was testy and dismissed our complaints. This store has always been sketchy but now it's awful.

      It say 24 hours but is never open at certain hours of 3am 4am 5am like right now 409am on thanks giving morning employee car parked outside doors at store locked every time this employee works

      Very unprofessional management. The supervisor,skinny,low pony tail woman was very unprofessional was calling my husband a retard. He is mentally challenged. This woman also banned me for just simply asking her name. I have for the past 8 years always spent my money,gas,doordash, and Uber from here but will take my business elsewhere since the owner doesn't want to fire the unprofessional staff!!

      I went to the Zimmerman speedway to get smokes and some other things I WAS a regular but I no longer go there. There was someone new that worked there she asked for my ID and I asked was their anyone else there she just stared. Somebody I noticed came walking from the back but she doesn’t like anyone and gets her trills from calling tow trucks on people 1 min late to get their cars. I asked her to vouch for me she got super loud and ignorant saying she don’t have to sale me nothing yea she seen your ID but that don’t mean nothing by law she don’t have to sell you nothing and walked away. The cashier stir at me so I said can I get the stuff that’s rage up I’ll just grab my ID. I came in slid it on the counter and said is Tami still manager she slides it back and said she wasn’t going to sale me nothing I could leave. Log story short she called the cops on me I waited peacefully and patiently. When cops got there she started lying the cop caught her in the lies then they all went to the back to watch the video of me just being a customer. Cop came back talking about they wasn’t going to press charges but they were reusing service. I HAVE 3 protected classes! I came the next day talked to management and she stated they could do that. BUT THEY CANT!!! I know my rights. I was so messed up because I’m the nicest person I have EVER SEEN and because I’m black gay and disabled royal city people think they can just be racist NOPE!

      They quit selling tourney cigarettes. Iv smoked them for 20 years and 711 bought them out and quit making them. Im.done with speedway hope no one shops there again

      Hey girl named *** that works nights. Try to get me to buy some. Weed off of her Plus she sent me a picture of her nude and try to get $20 out of me.
      She works at the speedway on forty one in ***** ***** **** ** ** When I said no
      She got very mad And would not let me pay for my drink.
      Let me buy cigarettes. I'm sorry that she's homeless, but she don't need to try to get extra money.That way.There is other ways of doing it She asked me when she was on break. Sitting in her Van, smoking a cigarette. And when I told her I want to buy a drink and a pack of cigarettes, she said, no Since I would not help her with money something needs to be done before I go to headquarters about her. It's a good store.
      But this ain't the first time She tried to get money from me.
      And she is very rude and disrespectful to my mother.
      Who was also in the store? Buying a cup of coffee I spent a lot of money every year in Speedway. You will lose a good customer if something ain't done about her I still had the picture that she sent me. I will report it to the cops if nothing is done

      Charged my card for an amount higher than the receipt amount. Called customer service to resolve the issue. The first representative hung up on me. The second representative was incredibly rude. She demanded my credit card number and told me she couldn't help me if I didn't give her my credit card number. I told her I did not feel comfortable giving my card number to her over the phone. She told me she couldn't help me then. I told her that I have the receipt in front of me and could provide her with the store number, exact date and time, the term number, and any other information on the receipt. She was suddenly able to find it given that information. She then told me the amount charged, when I told her that it didn't match the amount on the receipt, she said that it didn't matter because that was the amount charged. I ended up just having to dispute the charge with my credit card. ABSOLUTELY SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
