      I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to speedway yesterday and got only 21.00 dollars in gas y’all took 126.00 out of my account twice which is 252.00 for 21.00 in gas so 273.00 all together. Now your people tell me it’s the banks fault they can’t help me. Bank says it speedways fault. Anywho goin to bank in the morning and police will be meeting me at speedway right after I report to bank I’m reporting it to police. This is theft no matter how u look at it. Plus my card won’t let me go over so their is no reason for a gas company to put a hold on my ****..make sure u pay inside and pay cash at any speedway or just don’t go to speedway at all

      I am 62 years old and have regularly been purchasing cigarettes at the Hermosa, Colorado Speedway store for over 18 years. They "know" me. They know that I'm beyond legal age for buying tobacco products. Beginning this past week, they are refusing to sell me cigarettes unless I submit to a computer scan of my Colorado Drivers License.
      I consider this to be a gross invasion of my personal data privacy!
      The manager/clerk at the Hermosa store says that her hands are tied, that the corporation has removed the override button, and she can't sell me cigarettes unless I allow the invasive scan.
      Please Help?

      I had just purchased a pack of cigarettes and left them behind....The clerk CHASED after me, for quite a bit; crossing a major 4 lane road with heavy traffic! He finally caught up with me and I had ear buds in so I could not hear him calling me! I couldn't believe that he did all that just to give me my cigarettes! This was at the store on Rt 57 in Liverpool NY...I don't have the receipt....if you look into it they will remember me Im sure! Next time I am there I will find out!

      My son was born with a rare eye condition and he stopped at the Speedway located at 1608 main st in Plainfield. The cashier told my son he looked really stupid that he could barely see his eyes!!! My 16 yr old son told the cashier he was born with a rare eye condition and the cashier said oh sounds like a good condition to have!! Who does that!!! I called the manager, filed a complaint with Corp, been to the store 3 times to talk to the manager and they refuse to do anything about it! I can’t even get a call back from district manager!! I am outraged!!

      Robbing money constantly won't use speedway no more. Nothing but problems putting holds on your money when you pay inside ect. Some staff are amazing but this company doesn't deserve them let alone do they deserve to serve the people lol what a joke.

      This review is specifically about the liquor stores attached to Speedway-
      They have had the wrong prices on the shelf for about 3 years. When an item rings up you have to point out that it says the wrong price. Now, there’s a sign away from the products that says “prices may not be accurate.” The thing is, ALL of the prices are inaccurate by $1.00 to $1.50. There is one bottle of wine that is off by $83.
      This really shouldn’t be allowed.

      I went to the Speedway location @ **** * **** *** ********* ** ***** on the morning of 10/21/2022. I needed to add money to a cashapp card. (I have done this multiple times with no issues). The woman who was working (Brandi) which is also the manager of this location was the person I dealt with. I needed to add $641.00 to my cashapp card. She was not friendly at all and would not do anything until I gave her my money. This was odd for me, because normally the barcode on my phone is scanned and the amount is input in the register and then the money is given to the cashier. Before she even scanned the barcode on my phone she dropped the money in the safe. Then she proceeds to tell me my cashapp is no good and she will have to give me money orders. I was no ok with and wanted my money back. She refused to give me my money and proceeded to print out 2 money orders, 1 for $100 and another for $500. I was mortified by the way she acted towards me. I was in tears when I left because that was bill and grocery money. I immediately called the customer service number and the woman I dealt with was as helpful as she could be and told me to go to Walmart and try and cash them. I drive to Walmart and was not able to cash either Money Order. I then again tried yesterday morning and was only able to get the $100.00 money order cashed but this cost me $4.00 to do so. The $500.00 one was still being declined. I went yet another day without my money. I ended up having to drive all the way to Indianapolis this morning and was able to finally cash it at a company called PLS, but there was a fee of $14.95.. At this point I am out $18.95 which was not of any fault of my own. I went all weekend not having money to buy groceries. I am so absolutely disgusted and upset by this entire situation and I feel like I was completely not treated as a customer should be and I don't feel this "manager" has any type of customer service whatsoever.       I went to the Speed in Milwaukee WI. This speedway has been in the neighborhood since I was a kid. It's unfortunate that they hire people that don't want to work and are rude and belligerent to there customers. Perhaps this is why they deal with so much shrinkage and attempted robberies. If you misstreat your customers you can't expect them to come in the store and be respectful. There are many small standing stores in the neighborhood and they don't have these same issues. The small business stores build a rappor with there customers. If neighbors see an issue at these small standing stores they step up to help the business owners I am filling this complaint after being treated disrespectfully by the same person on multiple visits to the same location. As a small business owner myself I prefer to do business in the vicinity, to support my local business, but the location at *** **** ******* **** ********* ** has the rudest employees by far. The one in particular that has made it unpleasant to visit this story is Adajja L. This time a confrontation occurred because I asked her if she couldn't tell me what was the correct button to press on the small machine that you swipe your card to pay. I did not have my glasses on so I was having a little problem seeing the screen. She started being rude and swearing at me. It appears that they have an issue serving people with any type of disability and that's unfortunate and a bad business practice. Someone may sue for discrimination. I sure hope Speedway looks into this and addresses this ongoing situation. My transaction # is 1533243.

      Speedway is price fixing in San Juan County, New Mexico. For the first time ever fuel costs more in Aztec, New Mexico than it does in Durango, Colorado. It’s $4.19 in Durango and $4.69 in Aztec. Fuel here is more than a dollar higher than in Albuquerque. These companies have been doing this ever since the gulf war in 1991, but Speedway has taken the theft to historic levels. I have contacted the State AG, but I doubt he’ll even bother with it. We need help!!
