      Where do I even start! So I use the truck pumps everyday and you have to do 5 laps to find the one that is actually working. Then all of the pumps the keyboard and card reader are so boogered together it looks like im gonna get scammed. The employees that work the kitchen look like they picked them up from a trap house. Hygiene looks like it's on the last of their priorities. Then you go in the restroom and never has soap or paper towels. Explain to me how every employee must wash hands after using the restroom? I am so happy that sheets is building gas stations across the street from damn near all speedways. Cause it aint just 1 speedway, it's 95% of them. 0 stars if possible and im going to start reporting them to the health department.

      been trying to change my speedway card for 2 years now. old one dont work any more but there system wont let me delete or combine the cards the web sit wont let called speedway all i get is the system is updating try back later. just cant get any help seems like there dont care about there customers

      I was simply trying to buy a couple of things and the clerk called me sweetheart. I asked him not to and he responded by telling me he wouldn't wait on me and continuing to call me pet names. I called a Lyft to leave and was waiting beside the building away from those crazy people and they came out harassing me calling me a cu**, shaking their butt at me in the road, etc. I have video and voice recordings I can email.

      That overnight staff do whatever the hell they want they close the store for hours with no explanation when it’s clearly a 24 hour store management sucks along with the crew

      As I went to pay with one of my cards for my purchase of 59.02 Unfortunately I grabbed the wrong card that only had a balance of 57.88 so naturally my transaction was declined due to insufficient funds so imagine my surprise when the 57.88 was still taken off my card yet I still had to pay the full price of 59.02 on my other card The cashier did not know why this occurred so I contacted both speedway customer service as well as my bank as to why the money was taken from my card despite the transaction failing Speedway was essentially unhelpful saying it’s their policy an it should go right back in my account after pending status is complete which could take at max 30days but the norm is 7-10 business days did I mention that money was for my auto insurance so I call my bank they tell me if it’s still not on my account within 48hrs to give them a call back we just hit the 24hr mark an it’s still pending THIS IS THE ONLY STORE IVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH THAT TAKES YOUR MONEY FOR A FAILED TRANSACTION!! Speedway please do better!

      Can't give this franchise any stars...from the many posts all over the USA, it's a corporate dysfunction and responsibility for not keeping up with good ethical practices toward their employees and stores. How can 1 employee handle the cashier, clean the food and coffee stations which are disgustingly gross and dirty, clean the bathroom, another gross encounter, stock shelves, keep paperwork all by themselves and especially at night with no security or additional help? All Speedway perks for gas are not credited; garbage is all around outside store; the amount of pure junk foods and drinks is terrible and employees are not nice because corporate is abusing them. There's always a new employee and then they're gone. This place needs to be shut down

      How many of you have Speedy Rewards and use it at gas pumps?
      I use mine Everytime I get gas.
      It says save $.10/gallon using your Speedy Rewards card.
      Well yesterday I went to get gas and it was listed at $3.33/gallon but with Speedy Rewards card you would pay $3.26/gallon.
      Well after pumping for a few seconds I noticed I was paying $3.31 and not $3.26.
      So I only saved $.02/gallon not the $.07 that was on the flashing price screen at pump.
      Has anyone else experienced this and feel the need to complain??

      The evening staff have treated me horribly more than a few times. The website and hours posted for this location are not correct. They close early when the hours posted say they are open 24 hour. They will lock the doors and only let who they want into the store. I was recently let in by one employee then kicked out by another. I was just trying to buy a beverage after work. No one in the service industry has the right to treat paying customers the way they do. They have also shorted me on change more than a couple times. They blame it on their change dispenser being broken. It's obvious they don't know basic math and refuse to count in order to send a guest out with correct change. They will refuse your business if you do request exact change from a purchase.

      Hello,I've been a long time customer,but lately the speedway store on 44th st wyoming .mi is absolutely in disrepair. The cashier are lazy, never any pizza made. The floors are dirty. Cardboard on the floor. The shelves are empty. The donuts are stale.lazt unclean store
