      We have been customers of the speedway in oceana wv for many years.We stoped in thier todsy and my husband ask for a key to use the restroom.they told him they didn’t have public restrooms..How can that be it’s a public business,they sale hot foods.cold drinks ,gas snacks..and this place can’t afford restroom for thier customers…this is crazy ,I would like for the BBB to please check in on this ..       Horrible customer service!!
      Grove city on Broadway. The man working is a complete jerk and called me a liar about a price and he looks and sees I was right and he doesn't apologize and continues to charge me a different price than what is shown and what I've always paid!! Pure theft!! ZERO stars!!!!

      Speedway authorizes their employees to smoke dope in their cat right next to the front door of their location while blaring loud x rated rapping and managers to park at the closest spot to the door also. Would you patronize an establishment like this? Me? NEVER AGAIN

      Gas was good but the restroom and cleanliness is the worst. Never been in a dirtier facility. No matter where I stop it is always the same; dirty especially the rest rooms. And they serve food there! The rest rooms are always disgusting and something led u have to use them. Gross and it is obvious they have no one supervising these locations

      If you are using the app upside, don't use it at Speedway gas stations. At 2 separate Speedway gas stations, they have not paid me. And I had to submit a receipt and I am still waiting. The gas stations are located in Bedford Park and Burbank.

      Your employees at *** ***** **** *** ** ***** ******** are the rudeness people I have ever encountered at any convenience store. Your managers do not follow company policy and will not honor manufacturer coupons. The people who work there wear anything they wish, no name tags wearing hoodies and sweet pants. Your employees seem to follow their own version company policy,even when it's wrong.

      The speed way in Williamsville at 4895 Dinius Rd, Williamsville, IL 62693, your over night employee sucks, first I went to get coffee around 2:15 am there was a sign that said be back at 2:30 am on break ok I went back to my truck waited until 2:45 am went back in and yep the store was opened but anyone could have stolen everything out of your store, I stood at the register for a good 15 minutes with my coffee and some snacks another customer was waiting to pay for gas and he walked out, after awhile I just left my snacks on the counter and left, he never came to the register, he was no where around so anyone couldn’t pay for anything, I was already drinking my coffee so I took that with me, maybe this company should retrain your employee because anyone could have walked out with anything in your store, now the employees from the night before when I parked around 6:00 pm on 12/20/23 were awesome which is the only reason I’m giving you 3 stars.

      My wife comes to this location all the time to get gas. Her car takes 87 (regular) gas, The employer gave her the wrong fuel grade after she already purchased the gas. The employers down to the rude ass manager name Que refused to transfer my wife gas over to 87. Que was in his phone the entire time while my wife was voicing her concerns and turned his back on my wife and said "well you gone have to wait for 3 days until it returns to your card because we not paying for your gas".... Meanwhile my wife is 6 months pregnant and was 10 miles til empty and was going to pick up our daughter. So of course she ran out of gas on the highway trying to get to another gas station. She could not pick our daughter up and she was stranded on the side of a dark *** highway with 2 other kids and pregnant until I was able to make it to her which was 40 mins due to work and traffic. DO BETTER SPEEDWAY!

      he cashier Saturday night at 1030 in mentor ohio was very rude and said she didn't know how to do the lottery and she wasn't doing it period. She said she has a right to refuse service and told a 69 year old veteran to leave the store because he was trying to tell her he could Walk her through the steps to get his online lotto tickets this was the worst customer service ever not only did she refuse service she told him to leave she was angry and mean to a kind elderly man also very embarrassing this wrong I hope corporate steps in and watches the video and sees how this employee treats customers and takes action
      I hope they will not tolerate this behavior.

      I went in a speedway last night omg what a filthy store. I can't believe you serve food, plus the hotdog warmer was disgusting. Don't your employees ever clean the place.
