I used **** to fix my grandmas ******* necklace and they damaged the *******. They came through for me though! They are going to replace the ******* and are amazing enough to return my grandmas back to me as well. I was devastated because my grandma passed 3 yrs ago, she was a jeweler as well so this was handpicked by her. They knew how heart broken I was and they made it top priority to make it right. You always hear the negative so I thought I would leave some good as it is deserved!Signet Jewelers

To whom it may concern;I am writing this letter in regards to inappropriate and discriminatory actions taken by ***** and its owners.First, I was a satisfied customer with ***** for the last few years. Within the last year I decided to reopen my account with Zales to up grade some jewelry. Well over the past year I tried several different ring items and was unhappy with how items looked in person, once I received the item via mail. So, as Zales policy states you can return an item if you are unsatisfied with the item and you have 30 days to do so!!! So, unfortunately I returned several items multiple times. NOT MY problem if I dont like what you are selling and I shouldnt be forced to keep it either!!!So, now because of the multiple returns, my credit account is blocked!!! I have never questioned my account for fraud or suspicious activity, so why am I being targeted or discriminated against, because I didnt like what I purchased?? I spoke with a customer service representative ***** today and she explained that my account was permanently blocked!! What rule or policy have I broken that would cause my account to be flagged and restricted?Signed, Unacceptable customer complaint Please help to resolve this issue!!Signet Jewelers

I bought a ring for my wife and the store. The customer service was good, as was the Ring's price. They offered me the life repair insurance and the option to pay it within 18 month. I took both offers, and set up the auto payment. One month and few days passed and payment was done on time, but and when I looked at the staments they are some "scam" promotional fees charged. Are you a con-business that said don't charge you interests, but came around with another name for junk hidden fees?Signet Jewelers

I had a great experience with the sales woman at Kay Jewelers when I bought my fiancs ring. Shes was kind and informative and I actually happily gave a great survey. However, I purchased the ring over a month ago, it wont be ready on our wedding day, and has had to be sent out for repairs multiple times but each time we get a call that its ready, theres something else that needs to be taken care of. I work 3 jobs to support my family and its been a hassle and costly for me to rearrange my schedule multiple times to go to the jewelry store, just to find out the ring still isnt right and Ill have to come back anyway. Poor customer care and service.Signet Jewelers

This nightmare experience started back in 2020, purchased a wedding ring for my wife. Within a week, that ring caused irritation to her finger causing severe redness and dry/ blistering skin. I went in to this location and explained the situation and was told it was the material of the ring causing the issue and if I spent a little more and got a different band that this issue would not occur again. I did exactly that, I spend more thousands and again, almost right away the same issue started to occur. After going back in to a different location at the rim in ***********, I was told that the irritation was caused by soap and water getting caught in the ring. I knew that couldn't be the case considering my wife wears other rings of MUCH less value and they do not cause any sort of issues with her skin..Yesterday 11/25/2024 we go back to the location at the rim and explain to the assistant manager what we have been dealing with and my simple ask was to swap the ring out with another one of equal or LESS value of a different material considering the manager agreed that the material of her current one was known to cause issues like this.. I was told that the only thing they can do for me is they will take the ring back if I spend DOUBLE the amount on a new one. Knowing that this is a very simple resolution and they will ultimately just sell the ring back at the same price I paid making money off the situation and handling the customer service issue is an easy decision to make. I was told I had to be the one to call customer service and the store management could not assist me at all. I called, was told they 'escalated' the issue and I would get a call back. Shockingly enough... that has yet to happen.Signet Jewelers

Purchased a ring from ***** in August returned the ring and they never credited our money back to our zales account. We are still getting payments for a ring that we do not own. We now have to hire a lawyer.Signet Jewelers

Absolutely horrible, I walked in today shopping for earrings. Both associates were on the phone, neither one greeted me or said I will be right with you. I walked out and that was that. I dont patronize stores like this, they dont have to worry about me ever returning.Signet Jewelers

Zales committed fraud against me and did a bait and switch with my diamond. My husband originally bought my 1carat engagement diamond in 2006 from *****. In 2012 he bought me a 1 carat diamond that went into a pendant from *****. In February 2023 we were upgrading my 1carat diamond to a 2-carat diamond. We purchased the 2-carat diamond from Zales and traded my 1carat diamond that was in my pendant, also bought from Zales. The 1carat that was in my original engagement ring was not being traded in it was to be put into my pendant and the one in the pendant was to be taken out and traded in. I have documentation that shows the one in the pendant was being traded in. We gave Zales at ******************************************** my 1carot engagement ring, the 1carat pendant and then they had the 2carat diamond they were putting into my original engagement ring setting. All 3 of these diamonds were sent off to their jeweler. Zales had 2 rings and a pendant necklace. We were to get back the 2-carat engagement ring that the diamond was now in my original setting, and a pendant with my diamond that was in my original engagement ring from 2006. We just discovered on September 23, 2024, that they stole my original engagement diamond from 2006 that was not being traded in and left the diamond that we were trading in, in my pendant. Zales has done 3 inspections since this all transpired in February of ********************************************************************************** the ring, this is fraud and breach of contract. The store manager confirmed on 9/27/24 that the diamond I am suppose to have in my ring, the diamond that was purchased in 2006 is not in the pendant, she looked at the physical diamond in the store and the paperwork. They just keep telling us they need to do more research. We were not aware that this had happened until the pendant needed repaired in September of 2024 and we found out they stole my diamond.Signet Jewelers
