      Absolutely horrible customer service on there customer service credit card line! I set up automatic payments to pay my balance off before 18 months to get the 0% interest on my upgraded wedding ring.. supposedly even with setting up automatic payments doesn't mean it will actually calculate the balance to be paid off in 18 months...I had $78 left on the account after the 18 month period...which doesnt make sense as we set up automatic payments... they still even 6 days after "the date to pay it off" they will still make sure they charge you $3000 of interest and not care about taking care of a loyal customer that has spent more than $30,000 over the years. You lost a great customer because of a measly $78 wow!!! Extremely disappointed and will make sure when people look at my $15,000 ring I will guarantee to NOT recommend them to go to Jared!! ABSOLUTELY BELIEVABLE!!!! I am speaking to a lawyer as well... good luck winning this one

      FIRST I WANT TO APOLOGIZE FOR THE LARGE REVIEW BUT IS ONLY INTENDED TO HELP FUTURE ZALES CLIENTS. I ordered a pair of wedding rings. This order was cancelled same day and Zales sent me an email which I never received. Now I understand they have procedures, but I thought a company like this would give clients a courtesy call to let us know that a "time sensitive" order will be cancelled and try to fix whatever the problem is instead of just sending an email. I found out about this 3 weeks later. Spent 2 hours on the phone. He was trying to find similar rings at the same price that were arriving before the wedding date. In the meantime, I asked to speak with a manager and he told me that to be able to speak with a manager you needed to place a request and they are supposed to give you a call back within days, I'm still waiting. We hang up because there was no way to find a solution so I went straight to the closest Zales store. Once there I found a very similar ring at a very close price. I paid for it and then I asked to re-size it BUT the re-sizing process takes about 2 weeks and after all this situation the manager of the store was not able to have them due it faster so I have to take it somewhere else and pay $60 dollar for that service. On the other side I was already with the second agent on the phone for the man wedding ring I found online. After another hour and half I was able to place the order with a discount was given to me. I paid and before I hang up I asked the lady if she was a 100% sure this order was going to go thru with no problems since I had the cancellation before due to billing information and she said YES everything looks good. I was supposed to receive my order on the 7th but today I called just to make sure everything was ok. My order was cancelled again no calls. Another hour on the phone for them to tell me I needed to call their bank MYSELF, which I did and all was fine and when I call back the ring was double the price. DISAPPOINTMENT!

      Ok my fiance purchased a **** **** sapphire engagement ring for over 5 grand . Two days after the purchase one of sapphires came out so we took it back to ************* mall in **********, ** to get a new one. Well the new one came in same ring and fir the second time it happened again. Now I'm the female writing this. The quality of the Jewelry especially a ******** ring made by a famous designer was garbage. I demand ******************************* to get a full refund and not another ring from this **** store that takes peoples used jewelry of failure and resale it as a new collection or a clearance he does have a Cas number and Noone keeps their word on returning calls to dolve the solution we will not be purchasing another replacement there our business is going somewhere else he spoke either a girl name *** case number ********

      I bought my wife a foreverus engagement ring. They had to size it down to fit. On the website you can only go to size 5.5. So we had to size it down a second time after it got to the store. When they size down your ring, they keep the extra gold that they take off and do not tell you, discount you nor credit you for that. I said that is theft and I would like the gold I purchased. They gave me the gold from the secondary size down. I had to remind them that there was more gold that I paid for. The MANAGER ***** acted like a teenage girl and made faces and kept saying that she has never been asked this before and she doesn't understand. She was very unpleasant and down right combative with me. I asked her to stop making faces at me and I didn't care who asked for their gold back or not. I wanted the gold I paid for. She flagged down some ***************** who was not a manager to help her. He told me that "you will get what we give you and that is it." I told him I will be leaving a review and he told me to bring it on. He told me that they don't want my business and if I come back I will not be welcome. I told him "you think I would come back?" He said we don't want your business. I said yes you do. I said "I won't be back." He said "We won't miss you." I said "What did you say?" And he said "have a nice day. If you don't leave we will call security." I said no you don't need to. Then I left. I called customer care and created a complaint ticket with a detailed description of this event. Waiting for a manager to call me. 1 week later the guy is giving me dirty looks as my family walks next to the store that is located in the mall.

      We purchased a diamond necklace and earrings as a graduation gift for our daughter. This was our first time shopping at ***** (and will be the last after our experience with them). Our daughter did not care for the necklace/earrings, so we attempted to return them for a store credit. We missed the 90-day exchange policy by three days. They refused to give us a store credit. I recommend shopping at ****** or ***'s Club who have a generous return policy, higher quality and better prices.

      This is the worst card to obtain. Do not apply for this card, I repeat - DO NOT deal with Jared or Kay Jewelers, they are both the same and it's not worth it. Both companies credit cards are serviced through *************** This is the bank behind major retail credit stores although it has the name of the retail store. ************* is a fraud, they will butcher the h*** out of your credit on purpose while you are paying on time. They do not report accurately and have not reported my credit for over 4 months. Since I am in the middle of applying for a mortgage, the lender is needing accurate information to be reported to reflect my balance that is under 30% which it is. Because they have not reported in over 4 months, the balance is still reflecting 50%. The managers, sr. account specialist, customer service rep are not knowledgeable about anything. They have lied to me and given me fake case numbers as if they are assisting but when you call on another day, the case number is not even real. I've had to reach out to an attorney, better business and Transunion to dispute the inaccuracy. The reps have been saying they chose not to report because of a system migration -LIES!!!, I am a technical person and a migration does not take 4 months to be implemented. They are lazy , unprofessional, unethical and because of this I won't qualify for the mortgage. RUN!!!! Do not let the store sales people talk you in to this card that's a misrepresentation - This card is a fraud and it's trash - The Jewelry is not even worth it anyway - a headache. Stick with a major credit card and avoid any retail cards, especially Jared - they are all run by ************* and this bank is the worst - they are not a real bank.

      Fraudulent CREDIT CHECK! I did not know, approved, not requested, was done without my knowledge. I went to Jared to look at RingGuards - Enhancers. My husband has a Jared credit card of $5000. He was not with me, but gave approval to use over phone after answering private questions. I picked ring guard out $ ******* on August 27,2022. Then **** spoke to supervisor who then asked that my husband would take picture of his DL& email to them. Husband is not tech savvy - still has old flip phone - doesnt know how to do. So then I gave sales person my discover card. Didnt want a **********. Went to the bathroom, then came out and sales lady disappeared. So I stood with my purse on counter. Few minutes later she came back and gave me my purchase and I left. Several days later, I found out the lady via Experian, Credit Karma, Credit wise, Discover that a credit check was ran on me from Jared. I had no knowledge of this, I did not sign anything, I did not approve, I never received an approval or denial letter, nothing. It ****** me off. Ive been trying to call JARED. Phone is off the hook! Or someone is talking on the phone for hours. I want that hard credit check removed. Its fraudulent! I want this fixed! I am going to the police tomorrow.

      I also tried calling Jared - at the Hamilton Place Mall area all day today, unfortunately their phone was off the hook or someone - an employee was using the phone for over 6 hrs today - Sept 14,2022. I also called tJared Corp and spoke to customer service and once I told them about this, I was transferred to credit card approval - an automated voice recording - which doesn’t give you an access to a person, if hangs up on you..

      Just purchased a full set that the so called gold and ***************************** face fell off due to poor manufacturing. My gold on my necklace is fading out on the 2nd day of having my set. After reading the fine print saying that I have to take my jewl In for lifetime caring but that's not true... it's a lifetime of replacing natural elements with artificial pieces. Huge scam, why are they on our land? Are we being robbed blind??????

      We originally purchased a mens wedding ring on August 28th 2022. The ring arrived to our local store via **** The ring has a brushed center, but this ring had scratches that would not polish out at the store. We were informed that because the ring had already been checked in by the store they couldnt damage it out and be able to request a new product. My questions is where is the quality control? Why is the vendor sending damaged products and why are local zales stores checking in merchandise without inspecting their products. So, because the ring waschecked in we were informed the only option would be to return the product and it would be left upon the customer to place a new order. When we raised the concern that the sale had ended and the product was back to full price we were informed that nothing could be done and would have to wait until the next sale. Luckily, the ring went back on sale the following day for Labor Day. We proceeded with the return and re-ordered the ring on September 1, 2022. The new ring was shipped and arrived at the local Zales on September 7, 2022. Once again, the ring was checked in and no inspection was done for any damages. Upon our personal inspection of the ring there were cloudy smudges that could not be polished away in store. Once again we were informed that we could return the product and try to re-order due to no inspection before being checked in. The other option that was given was to send it off for a special cleaning andcoating replacement. This is terrible customer service, poor company polices and I fail to understand why I have to use my warranty and return window to correct this companys mistakes and poor quality control.
