Despite my efforts to address this matter with your company, the response I received merely reiterated the correctness of the balance, disregarding the unjust financial burden imposed upon me. The so-called investigation conducted by Kay Jewelers was insufficient and lacked transparency, as they absolved themselves of any wrongdoing without proper review or consideration of the facts. It is alarming that despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, the company's representatives were unable to locate my account using my phone number, demonstrating a severe lack of competence and professionalism. Furthermore, the evident language barrier and rudeness displayed by outsourced agents further highlight the company's disregard for the standards of customer service expected in ******************** reiterate, I originally purchased the ring for $5,200. After diligently making payments, I managed to reduce the balance to $2,000. However, within just two months, the balance escalated back to the original amount, effectively nullifying the progress I had made. It is unconscionable that I am now expected to repay the full $5,200 for a ring whose true value is a fraction of that amount. This blatant exploitation of a customer in a vulnerable situation is appalling and must be addressed immediately.Kay Jewelers' unethical practices and disregard for customer welfare warrant serious scrutiny, and I firmly believe that such behavior should not be tolerated in the U.S. marketplace. It is imperative that action is taken to hold Kay Jewelers accountable for their actions and ensure that they are prevented from engaging in further exploitative practices.Signet Jewelers

These are the worst jewelers to ever work with. They have the worst customer service ever and will do everything they can to not guarantee diamond replacement even after paying for lifetime guarantee. DO NOT get your diamonds from Zales as they do not honor warrantee or their work. They are horrible! I would give it zero stars if I could.Signet Jewelers

We would like to clarify that our Diamond Guarantee is complementary warranty and covers the replacement of lost or damaged diamond provided that the required six-month inspections take place. The inspections are for our mutual benefit as they can identify issues that can prevent the loss of diamonds before they occur.

So frustrated with this company. Our mom passed this past January. My older sister is the executress of the estate. She had my mom's rings appraised and the sisters then pulled names to see who would get them. I won. Tried to get them insured but ***** says no since my sister's name is on it. They were just appraised on March 18, a little over a month ago. My sister tried calling ******** to have the name changed but they never responded to her. I've been on a text chat with ******** B from 8:21-8:59 am today and text ended with her saying she would call store when they opened. NEVER HEARD BACK. I got on the text chat again, this time with ****************** from 11:15-11:51 and text ended with her saying the company will reach out to me in 3-10 business days. I then googled the store and called the number and had to leave my number for a callback. This time actually spoke with live person, ******** from 12:06-12:37 who told me I would need to get a new appraisal. IT WAS JUST DONE LESS THAN 2 MONTHS AGO!!! I wanted to speak with a supervisor about this but she said they were busy and she'd get back to me. We already paid for the appraisal!!!Signet Jewelers

This is the most unrepresentable so called jewelry store Ive ever experienced. Very unprofessional and they are scammers. My son ordered a necklace for his girlfriend and it arrived rusted completely! We were told we could return it and when we returned it, it was sent back to us with no refund! 1 starI brought in a white gold necklace to have a new clasp put on. The lady I was dealing with told me that the cost would be $60 so I went ahead with the work order. We just received an email that the chain is now ready for pickup and to call them. Once we called them they now told us that the repair was going to be around $150 instead which is almost 3 times the amount we were quoted and were told the lady we were dealing with didnt know what she was talking about. I was so excited to find a replacement necklace for my favorite one that broke on their website. I debated on purchasing for a while as its relatively expensive around $200ish. I purchased it and the checkout did not work. I tried it again and it just gave me an error notification that the item was out of stock. I was disappointed of course but no big deal. A day or so later my card was declined when I tried to use it and I thought how can that be I have over $1000 in the account. Upon investigation I see Peoples Jewelers placed not one, but four holds on my PayPal account for the item I was not even able ti purchase. This totaled over $800. This is all for an item the website already configured was out of stock. My account is now overdrawn, and incurring fees. I dont have money for gas, food, for anything. I have contacted them repeatedly only for them to say so sorry youll have to wait 30 days for it to fall off. I dont think it is ethical that I should have to wait 30 days for their $800 mistake to release. They refuse to do anything to rectify this situation. I contacted PayPal who assured me their PayPal manager can release these holds but they refuse to do so. So my account is overdrawn over $800 with additional fees. I have no money for food, and I dont even have an actual transaction, or order confirmation for even the $200 product as it was out of stock to begin with. PayPal has also sent them information concerning how they can release these funds but they refuse.Signet Jewelers

Horrible experience getting my fianc engagement ring repaired at the ************** (***************) location. Was called a liar and treated poorly by an employee there. Was told itd be done in 2 weeks. They ended up shipping THREE different times which took over a month to get it back. No one emailed or called me to update me, I had to call several times to check on the status. Talked to customer service several times and nothing was done. Not professional at all!!Signet Jewelers

Brought a wedding band for size adjustment to my local Jared store in August 2023. During the adjustment they broke one of the emeralds and had to send it out for repair. It took several weeks until I got my ring back. After less than 7 months the "repaired" stone fell out. I contacted Jared for warranty services but was told that they only cover their shoddy work for 6 months. They could do a larger rebuild to fix their workmanship but it would cost me $400. ******** ********* team reached out and offered a discounted price of $350 to fix their mistake. If they failed to place a single stone I shudder to think of what would go wrong if they tried to rebuild the whole channel.Signet Jewelers

Absolutely horrible experience. Will never go back. Purchased my husband's wedding ring and insurance and the ring only lasted a year. Take it back and was told that the trade in amount for the new ring would go on my card. NOPE! Now three months later, STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN the refund check. Having to make daily calls to customer service to get the $185.00 I am owed. Can't even count the amount of hours I have spent on the phone trying to get this resolved.Signet Jewelers
