      I would not even leave a star but I have to. This companies put my mother who is 85 on a payment plan. When she contacted them about sending a check to them she was told it would arrive late so she would be charged a $41 late fee. She asked to put it on her credit card and was told only her debit card or bank account and routing numbers. When she started asking why she was hung up on. Calling back she was hassled trying to close a credit card she was signed up for that she did not want. I payed the whole thing off and asked for an email confirming this was done and was told they dont have email. And in 5 to 10 business days my mother would get letter confirming this and that the credit card was closed. This was the most convoluted conversation and dealing with a company I had dealt with.

      Store in ****** IL is not able to tell me when my $500 order will arrive. Very very poor service unprofessional i feel ive been scammed I will be making a charge back if the owner cant contact me to resolve this.

      Don't waste your money here. Wife had her ring maybe a month and it snapped. ********************* wouldn't do anything because we didn't buy the extended warranty. Clearly it's a defect.

      My fianc got my ring 2 years ago and he just proposed 2 weeks ago and it was in the box in a safe for 2 years right he proposed on may 8th and for a year he was coming in and paying it off but the ladys that work at zales in ********* outlet did not tell him he has to come in every 6months for a inspection so I wore the ring for 2 weeks and the main diamond falls off we have insurance and warranty but since we did not know about the 6months policy they are not gonna pay for it but they sold us a faulty ring in the beginning cause how can the diamond fall off after 2 weeks of wearing it and they want us to pay for another diamond the ring was faulty from the beginning. I was just grocery shopping and it fell out and thats on zales

      It's the worst jewelry business! I would never ever refer anyone to them! I don't care if everything in their store was $5 I would tell everyone to RUNNNNNNNN! Worst business ever

      I have purchased the Lifetime Battery Warranty for my Movado watch from Jared. I had brought the watch in for battery replacement, and they had sent it out. About three weeks later, I received a call from Jared stating that they could not replace the battery because I need a NEW MOVEMENT and the cost will be $285.00. I declined the repair and had asked them to return the watch and to please include a new battery with the return. I then took my watch to a local jeweler asking them to inspect it, and to use the battery received from Jared, and to inspect the watch to see if it needs to be repaired. First thing they found was that the battery supplied was not for a Movado watch. After further inspection, they discovered that the watch only needs a new coil.Total charge for the new coil, battery, and work totals $50. I had brought the watch in yesterday and had picked it up today.I had called the Jared store and had explained the problem to an assistant manager, and she said that I should bring the watch and battery in, and they will check the battery. I told her that I'm calling about the estimate from Jared vs. my local jeweler and she said that she would give me the customer care number. I had asked her for compensation for all of my troubles, however she said that there is nothing that she could do. This individual was extremely unprofessional, and she should not be working in the capacity she is in. To have me bring my watch and battery in for inspection does not make any sense, however this is the mentality in this store.Now for the Jared repair situation. They are a complete scam and totally out to take advantage of the customers. A lawsuit should be filed against them for unfair practices. To inform me that I need a complete movement which costs $285.00 is simply ridiculous. Something needs to be done about these scammers. Jared should take complete responsibility for this issue. Don't ever buy the Watch Warranty. BEWARE, IT'S A COMPLETE SCAM

      The Ring I bought broke within a couple weeks. I attempted to take take it back, they didn't have the right size and was told they would order one and it would be on the next truck. Several weeks went by, and it never came in. Went back again and they said it was past warranty. Waste of time and money.

      My goal is to register a grievance against the Jared store, which is situated at *****/*****************************************. They encouraged me to establish a credit card with their bank after I bought jewelry from them. The false information on the missing leading months' APR interest was untrue. There is no free interest; instead, it accrues after the monthly promotion and must be paid if the account is not paid within the allotted time. I was misled and never informed of this crucial information by the agent who persuaded me to open the credit account. Additionally, there is no indication regarding this crucial account information on the Jared online portal system. How can clients rely on their information while creating an account and be trustworthy? no i am $732.00 interest more in my account due to all the misleading information. don't get a credit card they lie to you about the terms. now I have to hire an attorney to help me with this matter.

      I purchased my wedding engagement ring from Zales Jewelry in 1996 and I purchased a lifetime warranty. I had the lifetime passport that showed the date I purchase it.Recently my diamond fell out of the setting. I went to ***************************************** and stayed there over two hours trying to get it repaired. The assistant manager walked me to the mall and said they can repair it for $60.00. She ignored my lifetime warranty. Later I talked with *******. A supervisor in ************** Ironically the department is called ************* when they don't care about customers they are there to quote policies. Why do we need employees to quote policies when an AI can do that!? I have been a customer with ********************** for ** years. I also purchased my husband's wedding band there. Zales is willing to lose a 30 year customer over $60.00. ********************** it will cost you more than that to gain a new customer. Decisions like this is the reason for your low ratings and eventually your demise.Unhappy customer that won't rest until justice is maintained!More to come
