From the salesperson to the installation manager to the installer, I would say they were pretty professional. I am very pleased with my walk-in tub. I love the surround and the window kit that keeps the water from damaging the windowsill around my window. The finished product looks like it was custom designed just for me. After about two weeks of use, I had a problem with one of the hydro jets a part came out because of the force of the air I suspect. I contacted customer service who put me in touch with the service department. They returned my call the next day, within a couple days I got a call from the actual installer who asked me about the problem and told me that it was probably a defective part. He said it might need to be ordered and would call me back when they had it and was ready to install. About a few days later, I got a call from someone else who wanted to schedule the repair. They came out right away (within a couple of days. It didn't even take 5 minutes to fix. I am very happy with my walk-in tub and Leaf Home Safey Solutions customer service.

Unprofessional and a waste of money.Day one of the install arrives with the understanding that they would arrive at 09:00 am. 11:30 rolls around and we call and find out that the installers are at another location but will be here shortly. 1:50 pm rolls around, they still have not shown and after a second call they offer to reschedule. This time they show up. Demo was done quickly and they start to install the shower. Mold was not removed and sheetrock was put up with gaps. Day two they "finished" the install. While looking at the "finished" project I found large gaps in the shower that were missing caulk and the general look was haphazard at best. Called the company to let them know and I was told they would send someone out to fix it the following week (never showed).The odor of mold and stagnant water (the reason for the renovation in the first place) was still present after a month so I opened the access panel to the shower. There was a large puddle of standing water sitting under the house. Turned on the shower to check for leaks and found a steady leak from the drain. Called the company and ***** came out and was able to make a temporary fix but said he would have his "master plumber" come out to check if there were any other problems. ***** advised that if it was okay with us, the other guy would cut the access hole larger and put a bigger cover on it so he could get to the plumbing easier. I approved as long as there would be a panel to cover the hole.The "master plumber" showed up late and ended up being the original installer. He cut a 2 ft by 2 ft hole out of the sheetrock to access the plumbing and when asked about the cover he said he is not given those and he would just put sheetrock back up (no access panel). He "fixed" the leak by filling in the edges of the drain with plumbers putty. He ran the water to check for leaks immediately afterward which has caused the putty to pull away from the edges he was filling (hope it holds).Leaf Home Stair Lift

Reference Job# HRAL *****. We had two showers remodeled and during the agreement phase, the term SAME was used for materials for both showers. However, the shower walls in the master bath are a very nice, glossy finish and the shower walls in the guest bath are a dull, flat finish. On 23 Sep '22 my wife called CB, Master *********, to express our dismay with the two different shower walls. CB told my wife he would order glossy shower walls and call her to install. He never called. On 24 Oct '22, I texted CB and JH, Territory Manager, for an update on the "redo". On 25 Oct' 22, ***** told me ************** are ordered and to expect a call". Here we are 104 days later and no call. I'm highly disappointed!!! I don't want to see Leaf back in my home. What I do want is a refund for materials and labor saved for forgoing the "redo".Leaf Home Stair Lift

I never thought I could afford a walk in shower professionaly installed. I was wrong. From the 1st phone call, 1st home visit until call after installing this company has been nice ,informative, price stayed the same throughout,no surprises.1 employee did an awesme job in 1 day and it looks beautiful. Our relationship with Leaf Safety Solutions has been fantastic. The man who presented the product was totally professional and gave us an amazing price. He explained the system, the installation, the payment plan, and all the miscellaneous details. We signed the paperwork and were done. There was no pushing, no shoving, no overselling. The system was put in within a few days. The installer was also a total pro, quickly put the system in, explained how it worked, and was gone in just a few hours. I LOVE IT. All I did was research a stair chair lift and this company hasn't stopped calling! From Nov 11th 2022 to Nov 13th, 2022, this company has called every 2 hours from 6am to 9pm. On Nov 13th I answered and told them to take me off their call list. The next day they continued to call 3 times from 8am till 10:30am. (The time I wrote this review) If I EVER thought I might use their services prior to this, I know after this unprofessional conduct I will NEVER use them ever!Leaf Home Stair Lift

If I could give 0 stars I would.We were looking for a contractor to replace our bathtub/shower combo as just a walk in shower. We were told during the initial sale with the salesman that it would be a 1 day job in and out and that he was putting one of the best installers on the job. Sounds reassuring... right? The installer who came was professional and kind. I thought it was weird that his brother in law showed up to help him after a couple hours each day, but thought maybe this was normal? I was scheduled off for Wednesday Sept 7th so we planned it for then. It wasn't finished that day, so my husband had to take the 8th off to be at our home during the install. Friday the 9th my husband stayed home for the 1st half of the day and I the 2nd half of the day as the job still wasn't finished. Mind you, I manage a retail store and he is a service manager. We both have demanding jobs that we need to be at. We'll Friday the 9th the installer tells me he's just about finished and he will go get the paper for me to sign off on the project. To which I told him "the work is not finished and I will not be signing anything until its done correctly." I've shared pictures below of the " finished " product. The corner shelves weren't level, the groutless tile didnt line up properly, shower doors weren't even adjusted properly and had a gap when closed, silicone EVERYWHERE including on the new shower doors and fixtures, etc. The guy stayed and attempted to "fix" these issues. My husband got home from work and the installer was still here about 7pm. He then told the installer the issues he seen as well. To which the installer said he would have to come back out to redo it all. He did come back out to redo the tile etc. But is still sub par work. The shower we used for about a week, but it started leaking water in the basement and we had to have a bucket to catch the water. When the "boss"came out and looked at the final project. Leaf Home Safety Solutions replaced our old bathtub with a walk-in shower. Experienced and knowledgeable field rep responded within hours of our inquiry and patiently walked us through our options without pressuring us for the sale. The new shower was installed in a single day just 3 days after we signed the contract! The installers arrived as scheduled, were friendly and efficient, and did a good job of cleaning up after they completed their work. I used Leaf Home Safety Solutions to convert from a bathtub to a walk-in shower. The salesman ********************************* was not pushy, and he worked with me to make my payments fit my budget. ******* was very helpful, and he showed me all the samples he had and made sure I was happy with my choice. I was called in less than 2 weeks and offered a sooner time slot than originally anticipated. The job was completed in a day and a half (the work normally is complete in one day but since my home is 105 years old so there was a lot more to work with than in a newer home). I am disabled and getting in and out of the bathtub was a hassle, so this was perfect for me, I only wish I had done this much sooner. I recommend anyone with disabilities to consider having this conversion in their home. The Shower is not only convenient it is also beautiful, everyone is in awe of the quality and beauty of the workmanship. Recently I had a walk in shower tub installed for my wife who has suffered some health issues. Leaf Home Safety Solutions were the contractors. The contract was drafted in the middle of July. Our original installation date was for the beginning of August. After at least 10 rescheduled appointments, the company sent a subcontractor to do the installation, which did not begin until the beginning of September. The subcontractor came uninformed and unequipped about plumbing and installation issues. He was also missing several parts to the tub and had to continue to reschedule to come equipped. It is now the end of September almost the beginning of October and the job is still incomplete. For $18,000 this job and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable! When I contacted the company about completing the job which entailed painting and replacement of the baseboard, I was informed that I can do it myself. I have yet to receive an owners manual or completion of the above.I have reached out to HR both the Headquarters and the Houston branch, both by mail and email, and havent received a response. The lack of communication ,consideration ,and professionalism results in me never recommending this company to anyone.Leaf Home Stair Lift
