They did my bathroom for a reasonable price and very happy with the job they have done it took them a couple days they got it done before anybody else could do it and I'm very very very satisfied and happy

BUYER BEWARE!!!If I could leave zero I would. Only being honest, nothing but headache and frustration. These guys are consistently rescheduling last minute then showing up late, or not at all. Did not finish job. Were coming up to a week and project unfinished. This business needs to cease and desist. 100% unsatisfied and not trying yo be that guy, just terrible results. Will tell anyone and everyone to find another company to use even if you have to pay a little bit more. Save yourself the stress. Very unprofessionalLeaf Home Stair Lift

Rude sales person, seemed to be upset at the fact was having multiple quotes for a shower, became very rude and abrupt when we said we wouldn't sign for the job the same day ( nothing personal we would just never sign for anything the same day) left a price sheet with an absurd same day offer almost 40% lower than the 12 month price. Very disappointed in the professionalism won't be using this company soley on this even if they are cheaper, if this is what the sales person is like I would hate to think what the work is like ( the contracted out work by the way ).Leaf Home Stair Lift

RE: LHSS LIFETIME WARRANTY - WALK-IN-TUB water leakage. We are 66 and 72yo & Purchased this item March 2021. We sent emails on Dec 28 & 31, 2022 regarding repair service. On Jan 12, 2023 the Service man suggested we clean the door - that didn't work!! March 8 & 23 sent emails again. March 23, the Service man didn't show. NO CALL or anything. March 30 the Service man loosen the door handle and glued a piece on the handle. He couldn't remove the handle but left it loose than put glue on the handle TO TIGHTEN IT. The next day the handle is worse than before. At least the door was able to close before - even if it leaked at the bottom. We paid Several Thousands of Dollars to have this installed due to HEALTH ISSUES, however NOT of Use to US since DEC 2022. What A Waste of My Money!!!! WE ALSO MADE SEVERAL CALLS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE ALONG WITH THE EMAILS WITH OUR CONCERNS. ORDER DOOR HANDLE PLEASE! Thank You for your expedited response. -**** * ****.Leaf Home Stair Lift

We discussed the issues and emailed pictures of the damaged door handle. Was told the supply Order arrived late Aoril 27, 2023... so appointment is delayed again. Possible appt. next Tues or Wed. We're still waiting patiently for a Service rep to fix the issues. ??-Will & NeTT.

LIFETIME WARRANTY??? WED., MAY 3, 2023: RE: WALK-IN-TUB still leaks after Service man came TO ATTACH THE NEW DOOR HANDLE -- SUGGESTED NEW DOOR IS NEEDED!!! THE DOOR IS STILL LOOSE AT BOTTOM so it still leaks. Need this fixed soon please. We've been waiting since Dec 2022. What a waste of my money paid $15,000 for a tub that's not useful for our medical needs of a 66 & 72 yr old retirees on a fixed income. I really had a wonderful experience with Leaf Home Safety Solutions with my recent conversion from a tub to a walk-in shower. My salespeople, **** and *************************, answered every question and came to my home three times to make requested changes in the contract. The installer, ****, was fantastic. He was very careful to minimize the dust and fumes, and covered the floors with drop cloths so that no dirt was tracked in. And my new shower is perfect and I love it. I cannot say enough about how great everyone at Leaf was to work with. I am so surprised at the negative reviews on this website - I had a totally different experience, and I highly recommend Leaf Home Safety Solutions.Leaf Home Stair Lift

We got 3 different estimates for a tub/shower to just a walk-in shower. All 3 bids were relatively close but Leaf homes might have been a bit lower but they did seem to have the best warranty. They took all walls down to the studs so they had great access to all the plumbing. The team we had, ******* and his crew, were just awesome. The worked great together. Everyone had a job and the project moved right along. They might have had a few hiccups, but they worked through them and everything was done in one day. WOW!, I thought that was impressive. They worked long and hard and got it completed in one day as promised. The work was also excellent down to the smallest detail. I definitely would recommend Leaf Home Safety Solutions for all of your bathroom or kitchen remodeling projects.Leaf Home Stair Lift

I am 68 years old and partially paralyzed in my right leg. I have stability problems. I needed a larger SAFE walk-in shower. Leaf Home Safety Solutions said they had a very safe shower. Their brochure is impressive. Non skid floor, safety bars and other features. The main things I definitely needed.It took Leaf one day to install the shower in my home.The date was 2-27-2023. The installers did not take precautions to prevent the dust and fumes from spreading in my home. I had to go to the Emergency Room that night for: headache, burning eyes, burning lungs and coughing. Dr.'s evaluation was I had a severe allergic reaction to dust and fumes. **** mounted the shower head on the wrong wall, which prevents me from turning on the shower unless I walk through the front of the shower and then to the back of the shower to turn the shower on, thereby getting hit with cold water until the water warms up. The ledge by the window holds water. I informed the regional manager about all this. No reply if **** was going to correct these problems. The first shower I took, it was obvious the non-slip floor was defective, I almost fell when I walked into the shower due to the floor being very slippery. I informed the regional manager about the defective floor. The manager never replied back. I installed a Safety mat on the floor to help me from falling on the slick floor. When I went to turn around to exit the shower, my foot missed the mat and landed on the slick floor. I slipped on the floor, hit my head on the wooden chair and was knocked-out. When I awoke, I was dizzy, had a large knot on my forehead, a bad headache and the entire right side of my body was badly bruised. I informed the regional manager, he did not reply. I want to have a safe functional shower and **** refuses to provide me one. I will not use or recommend Leaf Home Safety Solutions.Leaf Home Stair Lift

Installion was fantastic along with ****** who was doing the work! Had a small drain problem a few days later and it took 2 weeks to get someone! ***** made an appt then no show no call! Had to call 4 times each time told he will call, no call! Finally requested a manager which I was told was *****! Requested anyone but him, and ***** called. After 2 weeks ***** finally shows.Leaf Home Stair Lift
