I am getting at least two phone calls a day from Leaf Safety Solutions. They have called from at least 19 different phone numbers. I have contacted them on three occasions and requested they stop calling. I have also stated that I am not interested in any service or product they offer. I have filed two complaints with the Ohio ************************** I have attempted to block the numbers they are calling from to no avail. This has been ongoing since the beginning of June. I believe this constitutes harassment.Leaf Home Stair Lift

Once they get you phone number, you are pounded with calls all through the day and evening! High pressure sales are not appreciated. They don't listen to you when you speak and try to shovel their product down your throat. All of this just asking for an estimate which I did not receive. Leaf Safety calls several times each day. They call from different phone numbers each time (robo-calling), therefore blocking the number is useless. I have answered the call but no one responds. I have answered the call and stated, "Do not call this number again!" They still call several times a day. This has been going on for almost two weeks and is nothing short of harassment.Leaf Home Stair Lift

Terrible customer service. First, we were given a quote of almost $25k for a new shower only. Magically they were able to reduce that rate to $9,500, with a start date of 06.12.23. Second, when contractor came to do a walk through, he stated they couldn't start until 06.19.23 (this is after we signed a contract). When I mentioned we were told a start date of 06.12.23, he reluctantly agreed to that date. Third, imagine our surprise (not) when we get a text at 9:00 p.m. the night before the start date informing us that their tile guy had a "family emergency" and couldn't return until 06.19.23 (the original date the contractor gave). It is amazing that this company knows that an emergency is going to last exactly a week. When I asked for an update, as we were not getting any from sales guy or contractor, we were given the runaround. I should have listened to my gut and not go with this terrible company.
