Had walk in shower installed, by *****, he was by himself, doing all the work. It took a total of 3 very long days. His work was very good. After ***** left, a few days later we had a plumber come over for our new vanity. He noticed standing water in our crawl space, and hot water leaking out. My husband and the plumber had to shut off our water. Called ***** and couldn't get ahold of him. In the meantime, called company and was told someone would call me, which never happened. Could not go without water all night, my husband and plumber found that the weld that was performed had blown out. We saved the piece that had blown apart. My husband and plumber went and purchased $144.00 in parts to fix the leak, so we could have water. I called and spoke with *****, an installation manager and sent pictures and copy of the receipt. He said this should not be a problem to be reimbursed. That was a week ago and have called daily, texted and left messages. He will not respond to me. I paid ****** for my shower and don't expect to be reimbursed for labor from the plumbing, but expected to receive my 144 dollars in parts. June 5, 2025, I would like to thank the installer *****, he did call back and apologized and said to call the company and they could bill him. Again I will say the company will not respond to me.Leaf Home Bath
