It was an easy transition and made my bathroom look newer and function more efficiently. The process was a pleasure. My only concern is price. After watching the installation, the price seems high for the work involved. But I am happy with the result.Leaf Home Bath

Great sales person **** visited. Had 2 bathrooms to install a tub in one, a walkin shower the other. They do not do other parts, like flooring, cabineta, just the tub area. **** stayed almost 5 hours with this double project idea. Showed me examples. I picked new groutless tiles. She measured, did the math, applying any discounts, gave me a number, agreed. You can email sales person, but you won't get a call or see sales person again. Takes a couple days to get email response, usually passed to ****, the install manager, or scheduler. They address each question as a "concern". Know that the installers have plumbing experience. I was legit concerned about that. Are they licensed plumbers to fit the faucets? I never found out specifically, but I am very happy with the result. The installers arrived in their personal vehicle and a flatbed trailer of the supplies and tub. No uniform, I did not ask for ID and it was not offered. Very nice couple, said they were trained and had experience with other companies. Took shoes off to see the work space and started immediately. ***** to them! Took 2 days, 2 bathrooms. They let me know any questions they had on how high shelves should be and where I would like grab bars. All ordered items were there to install.Took a month to get the bill, not sure if it was 2 calls to ask where it was, or if that's SOP. I received a blunt invoice by *** overnight after my call asking where **** was, with only the words, "...please pay immediately." With an enclosed self add envelope back overnight **** I am old school admin where we sent invoices with at least a "thank you for your business. Enclosed is the final bill for your services on xxxdate.We have provided an envelope to enclose paynt and return. Please contact xperson at xphone,or email, if you have questions.THANK YOU."I found their urgent *** envelope tacky and invoice a bit demeaning. I spent 5 digits with this company. People, great!
