1 starI wrote a review a few days ago giving this company 5 stars and now I regret it. This company has very poor communication skills where I have been reaching out for days but and no one has returned my calls. My contract needs to be fixed for payment and now I feel like this company is now avoiding me. At present, they want me to pay for an equipment I do not have. This company is coming off like a scam. If you haven't purchased, and are currently doing your research, please take heed to my comment. I do not want another potential customer to fall into this issue that I have now gotten myself into.Review fromNina R

I received excellent service from ****************. He was very professional, polite, patient, knowledgeable and made sure he stayed in touch and was very good with correspondence. Our service tech ************** arrived with a smile - ready to work and help out. He had a very warm spirit and stayed professional and polite with us as well.

We bought a water system last 02/03/24 and it was working for only less than 3 weeks. The water softener stop working and i report it. But they dont wanna fix even though it still has a warranty. We only enjoy the water softener for less than 3 weeks. Most of the time they dont show up for service. Yesterday 06/17/24 they were scheduled to fix it but they did not show up again. Hope they will replace the water system so we can enjoy it.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

The installer who installed my RO u see the kitchen sink really did not do a good job. There was a leak and some one came to repair it and when he left the leak was still there as he did not turn on the water to the spigot to test it. The third person who came to look at it and realized the original installer did not even drill a hole to install the tube. The tub was just stuck to the attachment that was screwed i. Ti the pipe so the water had no where to go but to spill all over in the inside of my cupboard under the sink.It is now fixed. However, I was not a happy camper as this unit was installed 6 weeks age and the first time I could use it was on Friday May 31st. Hopefully, there will not be another leak. Thank you to the last repair man who came out to fix it.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

From the beginning the sales man lied saying that if I requested annual service before the year end it was not charge, of course was not true. horribly customer service to do my first service I called and then have to wait for 2 days for a second customer service representative to call, just to tell me to wait for another call from a service ***** it took over a week. Horrible product, my water still has sediment (rust) and a week from the technician service now I also have cloudy water, so cloudy that looks like milk, called and they are making me wait another 2 to 3 days for someone to contact me back to see if the technician can come over again. Product is expensive and is a piece of c*** The costumers service is only good when they want to attract customers but when something goes wrong with the system they dont have the decency to call back. Hopefully someone can do something about this company scamming consumers Thank you *************************Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

I am disappointed in the service (or lack thereof) that we have received since installation in November 2023!! We have had representatives from Leaf to our home on 3 separate occasions, but there has NEVER been any follow-up without my initiation! We have been told that someone will contact us ... but that has never happened! I've even called and asked to speak to someone about our "issue" but no return calls! In the 6 months since we've had the product installed in our home, I have repeatedly asked questions about the quality of our water ... but never gotten a response! We have had 3 separate water samples taken since November 29, 2023 ... but have not gotten any feedback (and I've requested it!) I am not convinced that the product is doing what they advertised it to do ... and not being able to discuss this with anyone from the company leaves me no recourse but to write this review! We spent a significant amount of money to have this system installed in our home, and I expect to get decent customer service from it! So far, that is NOT happening! Installment and information on support was indeed wonderful. I have been using the system for over a month now and can't been happier to finally have filtered water without me having to carry 5 gallon jugs.
