Purchase a 3 tank system on 7/30. The contractor (****) came out on 8/1 and installed the system. When my husband got home he realized that the contractor did not installed correctly. We call the 888 number and ***** called us back and did argue stating that it was done correctly. My husband submitted photos to **** and he than corrected himself and said he would be back on 8/2 to correct the problem. **** returned at 8am on 8/2 and corrected the problem. But now we have NO HOT WATER THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE. My husband went to Lowes and changed out all components of the hot water heater. But still no hot water. We have called the 888 number back several times asking for a supervisor or manager and have not received a call back. My husband did called **** at 8:30am on Monday. He said he would talk with his supervisor and get back to us. It is now 1pm est and no one has called us. When I called the 888 number ****** said someone would call me by 4pm est. I said I called yesterday and left a message with ***** and he said the supervisor or manager would be calling me this morning. She had No apologies just that someone would be calling. I'm totally disgusted with this company. It started the day the sales person came out. Was told by the sale person that someone would call us on July 3rd to confirm if we still wanted the system and to set up a time for install. July 3rd came and no one called. On July 5th the installer calls to inform us that he was running late and would not be here until 2 or 3. I informed him that I had no idea he was even coming and we had plans and he couldn't come out. I told him the best I could do was Monday July 8th. He said he would call the office and call me back with a time. Never heard back from him. Monday July 8th came and I just assumed he would be out, got up at 7 am thinking he would be here by 8 never showed up until 9:30. I'm retired, so I don't get up early any more. He installed the system and left. My husband asked me if he left and documentation for the system we had installed, especially for the Reverse Osmosis system under the sink. No documentation was left. On the faucet of the ** it has these numbers that fluctuate when the water is running and it also has ** and CF on the the handle that you can select. Have no idea what the numbers mean and what CF is for. Also, the water coming out of the ** faucet and the sink faucet is very cloudy. On Wednesday I called service to tell them that the water is cloudy and that we had no documentation on the system. she said that are far as the water goes it's only been three days and it could take a while to clear up, but she would have someone from service call me by the end of the day on Thursday July 11th no later then Friday July 12th. No one called. Called again on Monday July 15th because on Sunday the system back washed all onto my floor and walls, left a white residue on everything in there and ruined 10 bags of pellets. Was told on Monday that someone would get back to me by the end of the day, NOPE. Here it is Tuesday July 16th and I have called again. I WANT THIS SYSTEM REMOVED!!!!!Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

We purchased a Leaf Home water Solution filtration system on April 28, 2024. Our system doesnt seem to be functioning as expected and getting a service technician has not been successful to date. We had an appointment for first appointment this morning 07/15/24 and we had no confirmation and no show as well after taking off from work to meet technician. Their customer service wait times are long and manager (*****) told me two weeks ago that our address is 1hr and 45 minutes away and they cant just send a technician just like that. Thats when I made the appointment for today with that manager. That was two weeks ago. We are very disappointed with the follow up service.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

I agree that is what is happening to us; we bought the system a year ago, and the salt is the first thing causing us trouble. Next, the ** lamp stopped working; we had no idea it needed to be replaced for several months, and when we attempted to contact the manufacturer, they gave us a runaround. They promised that someone would call us back, but no one had. I've been contacting them repeatedly for the past two and a half weeks. This company is a complete waste of money; I will inform my friends and relatives not to use it.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

The salesman came to our house on 6/24/24 and we had the system installed on 6/26/24. We got the whole home water system and the installer was supposed to be at our house at 8- he showed up at 10 for a 2 hour install-the install took until almost 430 so I had to take the entire day off of work instead of just the morning. The next day we looked at the system and it didn't seem to be doing anything, we called and they came out to let us know the head wasn't working. Scheduled a time to come out, no one shows up. Schedule again, a serviceman comes out installs a new system head. New system head- doesn't work. Schedule another time for him to come out- no call no show. Schedule another appointment he shows up and installs the 3rd system head - this was on July 3rd 2024. He lets us know that he accepts tips and if we think hes doing a good job we really should be tipping him. (WHAT) After he leaves i realize he didn't turn the water on and i have no water throughout my house. I call the support number again and someone then started texting my husband different ideas of how to turn our water back on, He figures it out so luckily we had water over the long weekend. At this point i am frustrated with the company, i emailed the company. I never heard back from anyone. During our salesman pitch he pulled out a TDS system reader and our kitchen water was at 304. He told is that its a very high number and that the system would bring it down to under 100 and that showering at such a high level for years can cause cancer. We bought our own TDS system and have been testing our water to ensure its working- its still over 300. We were told today it doesn't change that number and our salesman lied to us. I called today to try to get rid of the system and it appears our acct has been deleted. no record of anything. I was supposed to get a call back. I'm still waiting for a call im certain will never come. This entire process has been nothing short of a nightmare.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

Do Not do business with this company unless you just love to be scammed. 1st quote *****, 2- *****, 3- 9800 4- 8000, 5-7000 They sent out this snake oil salesman who deliberately tried to scam us almost double what they were able and willing to sell the system for. He told us that this system would create a white residue for about the first 3 months and then it would go away, that it was removing the calcium build up from the water lines, well the white calcium ruined every faucet and shower fixture in the house with so much white stuff that when trying to clean it off it would take the black right off the black stainless fixtures, it ruined the glass shower surround to the point that you cant see through it unless you spend countless hours with a power scrubber just to get enough to come off that you can see through, and then it comes right back again. This water treatment does something to the water that makes all this calcium coagulate into globs that ruin everything they touch, our shower head has white stalagmite looking things growing from each pore that the water comes through until they eventually plug up completely. This does not stop in 3 months it is a continuous process, if our water was was so bad when they tested it that there system could not clean it then they should have told us that at the time. We filed a complaint with the finance company and they notified leaf home water and they sent a guy out to inspect the system and reported back to ******* financial that the system was working correctly, it might be functioning correctly, but it is not doing what we were told it would do when we purchased it, it is so much worse than the $500 water softener that we had to start with. We asked them to remove the system and pay the finance company the balance owed, and they refused to do anything, the finance company refused to put any pressure on them to do the right thing, we just got scammed out of $7000 by a company that claims to be legit.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

Purchased a LHWS(Leaf Home Water System) a year ago for *******. Service has been here 9 times and no resolution. ** light stopped working a month ago and they said for ****** they would replace it. My husband said, "Why would we put more money in a dead horse". We were told it would save us money buying salt it barely uses any. LIE # 1. We were not told the ** light would have to be replaced every year for ******. LIE #2. We were told the hard water spots and the rust stains would be no more. LIE #3 Every time they have come out the service repair employee would tell us "that should fix it", LIES X 9 #4. One of the 9 times the repair guy said he was headed to another residence for the same issue. We bought a ****** water treatment system 6 yrs ago that worked better without all the bells and whistles. We told a LHWS to come and get and get it. They informed us we would still have to pay for it. Does anyone know if there is a class action lawsuit ? I seen on this website we are not the only ones with problems from this disappointing company.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.
