Joke! I had them install a water softening system in January. I was told by the installer, and his boss that the system wouldnt work. They told me to have it escalated, which I did and they would return my money and take the nonworking system out. I received an email advising they were closing the matter!! I have spent about $**** for my water softening & ** and was told by the sales *************** that the annual maintenance fee is $** which includes the ** light that need to be replaced every year. I called as its time for my annual service and was told $***. Also I have asked to sell the ** bulb so I can fix it on my own, they denied to sell and I can't find online for purchasing ** bulb. I would stay away from this brand for water softening system.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

HORRIBLE customer service. My newly installed ********************** softener malfunctioned 5 months after it was installed and I called customer service a several times before I got a call back. Technician made an appointment with 4 hour window but never showed up or called to reschedule. I called back their office and was told a service manager in the area will call and look into the problem. Never got a call either and it's been more than a month since I've been calling for service. Don't spend your thousands on a unprofessional company like this. Brand new equipments should not malfunction a few months after it's installed. Possibilities this happened was either their equipment is not as good as they claim it to be or it was improperly installed.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.
