As I sit and read all the reviews of frustration over receiving a call back after reporting an issue I would completely agree. We had a softener and under the sink filtration system put in that the drinking water still tastes like well water after a year and just had our yearly maintenance done where the under sink filters are new and the water still taste like well water. Called service and was told would get a call by the end of the day, never did of course as this is the 4th time we have called for service and never been called back. For the money you spend on this system do your homework and dont fall for the buy right now to get the better price guarantee you will find just as good a system with better customer service and at a less amount than what you will pay for customer service that is less than top notch.

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding a recently purchased water system that does not meet our expectations. Additionally, I have been experiencing difficulty in finding a contact number or email to reach the management team.The water system we purchased was expected to fix the smell and odor, but upon implementation, we have found that it fix the issue for a few months only. This has caused inconvenience and inefficiency in our daily life.Furthermore, I have tried to locate a contact number or email for the management team to discuss this matter further, but have been unsuccessful. It is important for us to address this issue promptly to ensure that our needs are met and that we can continue to operate effectively.I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. I moved here from ******** right before hurricane *** hit. I have never been on a well before. The water in ******** is wonderful, but, I did not like the water in **********. It sometimes had a smell! I have a new (2022) home which came with a softener system. I have had other people out here to test my water and one said my water was bad, but most of them said there was nothing wrong with my water. No one gave me any suggestions. In a last ditch effort, I called Leaf Home Water Solutions in *****. They sent out *****. ***** was knowledgeable and told me he would not sell me anything because the only thing I needed was an aerator, and his company doesn't sell them!!! He sat with me while I researched companies and decided on one. I had it installed last Monday 03/04/24 and what a difference it made! There is no more smell!!! Thank You *****!!! GREAT customer service!!! I highly recommend this company and *****!Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

I filled out my info online and within a minute, a Leaf Water Systems representative was on the phone and had set up a sales meeting for me.The salesperson was very thorough and spent two hours explaining the system to me. He took a digital reading of my water and told me that the nitrates were through the roof. This was quite worrisome to me since my well is 150' deep, but I live in farmland. Then, it came time to reveal the cost of the system that would best serve my one-person home: $5700, including a carbon filter and a reverse osmosis system for drinking water. Even in these money-draining times, this amount seemed excessive. I was given 36 hours to make a decision or the price would rise by $1300. Most estimates are good for 30 days; not this one.Concerned about the high nitrate level of 24, I took a water sample to the local Public Services Lab where they tested it. The certified results showed a 5.4 ml per liter nitrate level, well below the danger level of 10. The pricing ploy and the scare tactic did not work for me.
