      I was happy with the entire process. From start to finish everything professional if I had any questions they were answered immediately ****** was experienced courteous, and attentive to all my questions . He asked me did I have any questions. At that time I didnt so he went right to work after everything was done he gave me the rundown on what to do, when to do, and how to do it.

      I wish I can give less than 1 star. It has been a year and our water still smells like swamp water, taste awful, every bathroom sink, bathtub, toilet, and washing machine is orange. We paid more than $5K this system has not worked properly since day one. Let's start that we paid for a whole house treatment system that we did not get. Leaf Water told us that it was our "the homeowners" responsibility to know that all our pipes were not piped to the softener. They say they are not plumbers and do not check to ensure the piping is correct before install. Therefore, it is our responsibility to pipe our kitchen and downstairs bathroom to the softener. We were told we needed to replace the water heater because the anode rods were bad. So we replaced the water heater. They drew a sample of our water to test it. We waited 10 days only to be told that if the water above the line is black means there is bacteria in the water so we need to shock our well. So we chlorinated our well. They could not provide any information what bacteria was tested in water. We were told we needed to replace our filters more than 1 time per year. We agreed. When you call, you can never speak with anyone immediately. You must make multiple calls only to get a return call 5 days later from the last time you called. They refuse to give their legal department information. They refuse to provide the CEO information. They sold us a system that is not working and they are refusing to figure out the problem. We are buying 5 bags of salt every month. They will not acknowledge the system is not working properly. All the repair expenses just keep getting put off on us. They literally tried to say we have never called about a problem in the past. I have all my phone logs where I have called. I am tired of continuing to pay out of pocket for a service we are not getting. We now have health issues because of bacteria in our water. They are the WORST company . I will NEVER refer them to anyone.

      Worst company you could deal with! They sold me a 6k system which never worked! Spent a year with them coming to check the system and refusing to fix it unless I spent another 11k. My water is brown and un drinkable!

      Very good whole house system .Water was clean clear and taste good. Removed hardness and bacteria . Great value for the money. Sales person was very informative and not pushy. This system works better than a much more expensive it *********** far so good.

      I purchased a Leaf Whole House System in June 2024, and an RO system for the refrigerator feed due to colored water in the house. The colored water continued. $5625.00. I also had the city due a test as well as a flush at the hydrant. This was done and he showed me 'clear water' sample.
      In March of 2025, due to salty tasting water, i was told I need a Carbon Filter. $1500.
      On April 23, 2025, we continued to experience colored water around the sink/Faucet areas. A technician came out, performed some water tests with samples. I was told the colored water in the sink areas was caused by 'airborne contaminants', as there was no colored water in the toilet. I asked 'what are airborne contaminants. His response was I don't know.
      I proceeded to ask, why was that not mentioned BEFORE I installed a $5K system to eliminate the colored water? He did not know.
      I requested he have his manger call me to explain 'airborne contaminants' and how they get into a 'closed' system. I also discussed my concerns with the Corporate rep, and requested a manager and a regional manager call me to discuss my concerns. I was told that they would call me by EOD 4/25/2025. It is now 4PM, and no call. I AGAIN discussed this with a Corporate rep and was told she would escalate my concerns with management and someone would contact me. I requested a time/date frame, but she was unbale to provide.
      I am attempting to comprehend 'airborne contaminants' and find out why the colored water continues and why that issue was not discussed at System install time.

      I installed my water filter system in August 2024, since day one it has a smell on my water. They told me it will go away one I start using the water. It's been 8 months now and still has the rotten egg smell. Called them numerous times and left many massages, never got a call back. I just wasted over $5000 dollars for the system that is not working. Don't do it, it's a scam. Call your local water treatment company. They give you better service.
