Good product, Salesman and scheduler for install weak. Neither seemed knowledgeable of product and shipped wrong type of rail for wrong side, requiring another lost day waiting for them. Installer was great and actually gave us more info than the salesman.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

I had a water system put in several months ago. I wanted/requested 2 small reverse osmosis systems, one for under my sink & one for my ice maker. They were only able to install one for under my sink. I went through their finance company and I'm being charged for 2 systems, and only received one. They do agree that I only received one, but they continue to charge me for 2. I have called numerous times and they always answer the phone and say that someone will call me back, never happens. I also own a ********* *** am totally disgusted with the way their handling this issue. Please help me and take off these extra charges. I live in **********, **. SCAMMERS- beware of this Company.My system has been installed for three months now. The ** has crack in it after the little freeze in ***** and I have been calling the office for someone to come fix it. ****/***** is now telling me that the warranty does not cover it and it is my responsibility for the repair cost almost $2,000, after paying almost $8,000 for the product. This is a natural disaster and I got nothing to do with it. The company should have a better way to protect their product in cold weather. I also realized that they are taking advantage of a black woman who is trying to have a better life. Poor customer Service, communication, and personality.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

I have well water and over the years have struggled with our water ruining about everything inside the house that it touches: sinks, faucets, toilets, washing machine. I found LHWS on ******** and decided to get in contact with them. The appt was set up, tests on my water done and I was given a price that I felt was fair and would take care of the problem. I financed it with no interest for a year (their money not mine being used), AND my water quality is so so much better. I don't have the yellow water (we have HIGH iron content), I don't have black water in my bathtub (YEAH, I can see my feet), it feels good taking a shower/bath, and I don't have to worry about ruining my new toilets, washing machine and can replace my faucets now. Our system has been installed for over a year now. We still have terrible water with odor and still have rust stains coming out. They have come out various times made adjustments and still have the same results. I have pictures of the system to anyone that needs it. I am also thinking of filing a law suit as this company should not be installing there system on well water as this system doesn't work 5k later it is beyond a ripoffLeaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.
