Our water treatment system was severely damaged by hurricane Ian. Had been waiting months on the company that was contacted to take care of it. I went out one day looked in the brine tank full of water and bugs, every fixture inside broken. Looked on the Internet found Leaf Water Solutions, called, gave my info. Within an hour 1 was given an appointment for the next day. ***** showed up , tested the water had high concentrations of bad stuff. Gave us a quote that included a RO system for the kitchen. They came the next day had it installed and running within 2 hours. We are immensely impressed with the system, taking a shower leaves your skin feeling like just had a spa day! And the RO system makes the best drinking water and coffee we have ever had! It is a system well worth the money. We have well water.

So far (about 2 weeks after installation), I am very happy with the operation of the saltless water softener, and reverse osmosis systems! We had Leaf at our home on 11/2/22 to test our water, the beginning price for a system was ******* and when we told them no, the price dropped to ******* again we said no, the price dropped to *******, again we said no and finally got them to drop the price to *******. 2 days later the system was installed and our check was cashed 3 days later. After they system was in our home for a week we had yellow water (we had a culligan system that worked great but my husband wanted a system that he didn't have to change filters every 3 months). We called service 11/15 and we were told that they water was yellow due to sediment in our pipes, and it should clear up within a few weeks to a month. The problem continued and would get worse on some days we called for service 11/18, 11/23, 11/29, 12/5, 12/7, 12/27, 12/28, 1/2, 1/12, 1/18, 1/25. We have had service 4 times from all of those calls. each time the service guy would change our backflush to less days, first it was 5 days from 7, didn't work, then to 3 days, then down to 2 days. After changing the system to 2 days we still experienced very yellow water and had to put salt into our system every week instead of every few months with ********. We buy water to drink; the extra flushing is lowering my well level and is flooding my yard. The last visit from service the water was yellow, and we were assured that was what they needed to make a decision. After a week we called to see what was happening with our results and we were told that our warranty was void because we have a cistern (we have a well) and we would need to Deal with it or escalate our case. We asked to escalate. I have reached out on every possible avenue with this company, and I have received the exact generic reply from them all but no actual contact from anyone who can remove the system and return my money. **************** continues to send a generic reply. It took them 5 days to take my money and now 3 months later I have poor water quality and I wait.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

The generic replies do not solve the problem. I have contacted your company in every possible way, and I still have no resolution to my water being undrinkable and yellow every day. If you would have read my review, you can clearly see I have contacted your company on numerous occasions and all that I am told is someone will get back to me. Unfortunately, the person contacting me cannot help me. This is possibly the worst Customer Service I have ever had to deal with. Nobody can give contact numbers and names so that you can have an actual conversation with someone that is working on my problem or any updates on when this system can be removed.Review fromMichael J

They did a great job! The install was about a month ago and the water is clean and odorless. Even my wife who wouldn't drink the water before enjoys a glass right from the tap. The water system itself is excellent. The salesperson was very knowledgeable. The installer was very professional and completed the installation as stated. Our only problem comes from the flush drain line that exits our garage to the outside of the house. It is a 1/2 in. solid pex line that freezes every time we drop below 30 degrees. Then when the system cycles, the salt tank overflows inside the garage.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

This water system has gone far beyond my wildest expectations. I have had to deal with rust for 27 years. We had a water softener and whole house filter. They did nothing for rust. I saw an ad for Leaf and called them. Boy am I glad I did. NO RUST soft water and great drinking water. Great co. The installation was quick. The young man was very polite and respectful.
