Leaf Home Water Solutions came to my rescue after my home was flooded in 3 feet of water during Hurricane ******. I had no safe water to drink other than out of plastic water bottles for more than 2 months. I couldn't get a reverse Osmosis system set up since I had no kitchen with running water. I researched Leaf Water Solutions after receiving a flyer in the mail. Wow, I didn't realize the ***************** also did many other household duties to make your life safer.I got a quick response when I called the number and a wonderful sales **** *****, when she came to my home to evaluate my situation. I told her that the sink side of the kitchen was being rebuilt within the week and that I wanted the Leaf RO system installed after seeing the water test results that was in my water at my home. She said they would wait for me to call them when the sink portion of the kitchen was completed and they would install it the next day.....and they DID!I feel so relieved having safe water to drink again that I've told all my neighbors about my experience with Leaf Water Solutions from testing the water to installing the system very quickly. Right now I am not feeling good about my purchase. After reading the actual service manual and the warranty, my sales person was not being honest with me. I was told the warranty was 7 years and covered anything that went wrong with the unit, including an issue with the resin, it fully covered the service and parts. I was told during that time there would be no yearly maintenance cost. Now I find out there is a yearly maintenance required to keep the warranty valid and a qualified service technician must complete it. After the install, they give you a checklist, one of the items is that the installer tests to make sure the unit is softening the water. I asked about that and was told he does not do that. I called my sales guy, and his voicemail said that after the installation, all questions should go to the help desk. I called them, they were very polite and said someone would get back to me yesterday. I did not get a call. I will wait and call back Monday. I hope they are able to make me feel better about my purchase.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

You say all the right things, but I still have not received anything to confirm what the salesperson told me prior to purchasing the system. He did come back and test my system to make sure it was functioning correctly. He also repeated what he had told me prior to the sale, even though I had shown him the installation manual and the warranty information. I was told his manager would send me updated warranty information. At this point I feel like I was no told the truth. I feel I have overpaid based on what I was told. Here is what you can do to make it right: Honor what the salesperson told me: No cost for service or parts, including resin and carbon for 7 years. If you need to service it once a year, that is fine, but there is no charge to me.M. V.

After a long wait, our salesperson finally responded. It turns out that the Warranty Card is correct, and the story he told us at the time of sale was incorrect. He is still trying to convince us that he did not mislead us, but it is clear he did. So now we wait and see if the system makes it the 7 years without any issues and go from there. I would have picked someone else if I had been given the correct information at the time of sale. So far, the system is working, I just hope it keeps working. I understand it is buyer beware, but I still wish to believe someone until proven otherwise.M. V.

My new water softening system has really improve the quality of our water. My hair feels great and I am not quite so dry skinned. Our installer was the best and went over everything with us. System smaller than I thought and fits perfect in a much smaller spot than I thought it would. Water smell in the bathroom has mostly gone away. Hoping in time it will disappear all together. Feel like our water flow has improved. So far, really like my water system.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

We intalled their filter system to filter the water coming into the house. There is carbon fiber pellets in the plumbing in the house. We have contacted the company 3 times. The system they installed was a whole house system that only filtered from 210 to 160, acceptable value is below 30. This system is not great.
I cannot get a refund because it has been over 3 days since contract was signed. NOT HAPPY at all with the company or its service.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.
