when we had water system installed we were told it would cost 99dollars a year to change a filter and test are water! last year it cost us 199 to change a filter and test water.this year we were shocked to find out that it would cost 299 to change filter and test water.we are praying leaf wont raise the cost for a filter change by another 100dollars we are both in are 60s money is tight i feel like we were scamed by leaf because we have there water system and we need filter change once a year and they keep raising the rates. the service man takes him 15 minutes to change filter and test water they dont clean or purify the water tank or lines just in and out fast. very unhappy now we are stuck with this company and raising rates....SCAM!Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

We had a representative come out to test our well water in September 2024. He recommended a whole home system and a reverse osmosis system for a total of $11,253. We financed this with their finance company that gave us a year with no interest to pay the total. We have paid $1000 thus far on the loan. Our system has not worked since they put it in. They are very very slow to communicate and get back to us. They have now sent out 3 different technicians over the last six months to "fix" the system. At one point they replaced the system, only to have that system quit working about a week later. They have given us all kinds of excuses. We woke up this morning at 6 am with no water coming into the home at all. We had to put the system into bypass, so that we can get the unfiltered water coming straight into the home. The water now has all kinds of bacteria, iron and other toxic substances coming into the home, ruining our pipes, and staining our toilets and sinks. Please help us!Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

Star 1 only because there is no lower. They told me I had dangerous levels of nitrates in my water and sold me a system to take out my nitrates. There result was 10. *** says above 10 is not good. Other companies result 2.36. Another company 0.1. Another company said all my levels of everything is very safe. They sold me a system to take out my dangerous nitrates. My water was very good and now we are forced to buy water.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.
