We had Leaf come out and they promised us it would take care of our problem with our glasses coming out of the dishwasher with etching. The etching will not come off. We called several times, a gentlemen came out did some adjustments etc and nothing worked. I had to throw away all of my glasses. I purchased new ones, better quality, expensive glass ware and the same thing has happened. Spent $5000.00 on this system and not only has it ruined my water glasses, it has ruined my wine glasses, glass bowls, etc. I am just sick over this. Unfortunately the company will do nothing for us - they offered to send us new glasses??? Why??? The same thing keeps happening over and over. I would definetly stay away from this company.

We called your company out to test our water. We were so excited to get a system and have better water. Unfortunately, the salesman lied to my husband and told him the system would have our water clear and fix all our problems. Now after months of disgusting water, spending the money to completely redo my water heater, and paying for a tech to come out to service my system.. I'm told the system is not able to fix the problem we had from the beginning! Why was I promised clear water before we signed the paperwork, when the salesman tested and knew the issue we were having? Why is my water nastier now then before we even called the salesman out? This is so unprofessional and upsetting. We just want the clear water like we were promised, without the lies from people just trying to make a quick sale!!Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

Wouldn't recommend charged us $13,000 for a system that never really fixed our water issue. We still have hard water the only thing it did was soften the water a little and reverse water system was the only thing that works. We could have bought one of those for less than $1000. Now they want $700 to replace filters and a uv light We were told was free for the first replacement. Now we still owe bunch due to the bs loan we got through theor company when 90% of payment is interest to their own finance company! How is that legal. Nothing but issues. Plus the system was installed incorrectly at the beginning but even after fixing that it's still smells bad.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

We purchased a water softener system that cost me $8,000, we had no problem getting an appointment for our Annual inspection last year. However, this year, I have made multiple calls, sat on hold for several hours trying to reach the service department. To no avail I have not been able get an appointment set up and I'm running out of patience. The next step will be filing a complaint with the BBB of WI.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

Worst experience ever, DO NOT RECOMMEND! If I could give negative star rating, I would. The system has not worked since initial install and the company has done nothing but give me the runaround and excuse after excuse as to why it has not worked. Ive asked multiple times for them to remove the system and issue a complete refund well within the terms, however due to them dragging their feet and insisting that they must service it until resolved, I have missed that window. They have lied directly to me on multiple occasions and after numerous requests for proof of a water test post-installation, they have yet to provide. Completely unreliable, scam and ridiculously overpriced, I urge everyone NOT to use this company for any of their services.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

Service has been out four times already. Water still smells bad. Base system is not sufficient enough to handle iron in water (well water). Sales **** promised it would be, it's not. Don't buy this product. You'll regret it.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

I purchased a system that does not work. I have been trying to get someone to come out to fix it and no one will come out. When I call customer support they just keep saying they will send an email to the office. They refuse to give me the offices information. I can not use my water in my house now.
