      I purchased a system that does not work. I have been trying to get someone to come out to fix it and no one will come out. When I call customer support they just keep saying they will send an email to the office. They refuse to give me the offices information. I can not use my water in my house now. I paid ***** for this broken system. We also have a 7 year warranty.

      Their agent that was sent out to me was very knowledgeable and friendly and overall the reason why I went with this company after 4 different presentations. The problem arose after I got to the terms of the loan. When discussing with the sales *** he went over the options with me and I got pre approved. I had seen a 18 month deferred interest offer that I was "pre-approved" for so I selected it. The sales *** stated that it would send me the contract and I just need to sign it. I got it and I signed it. That is where it went wrong. No where was I informed that between the pre-approval and the contact being sent to me was I informed that they could and will change the contact details. They took my 18 month and changed it to 3 months. This was vastly not what we had discussed. After calling the finance company and being told they didn't care I went back to the sales agent. I feel he attempted to try and help me but I could tell the upper management had no want to help me. They offered to let me reapply for loans and maybe I could get approved for something else. I ended up paying for the loan in its entirety (Which I didn't want to do as I was taking my mom on a vacation soon) but had to due to being baited to just sign it. I would suggest if you work with them make sure you read everything as they may try and just push you through asap to get it done and leave you high and dry afterwards.

      I bet a customer with them over a year the service department or installation people are absolutely wonderful to deal with. They certainly know what they’re doing and Steve the salesman was wonderful to work with.

      I bought the filtration and softener system. I live in the city, so my goal was to have filtered water, and softer water than what the city water tested at. The system runs fine, but I still have build up around water fixtures and if the water test kits from hardware store are accurate, it's not filtering much of anything. The biggest issue I have is the fact that the salesman consistently pressured the sale. Eventually calling is manager to get authority to give me the "friends and family" discount. He literally told me that my interest rate would be, yet when the contract came in the mail, it was completely different and higher. I called the salesman and the finance company. The finance company was willing to make a change but said that the salesman needed to contact them. The salesman said that he has nothing to do with it. My credit is above 800. The solution would be to adjust the cost to make up the difference on the higher interest rate. Even better, don't make promises as a salesman if you dint set the rates.

      I had an ultra filtration water treatment system installed under my sink. The salesman told me that would cure the problem with the cloudy disgusting, looking tea that I have. The system does not work. How do you spoken to two different service **** one name, *****, operations manager, **** And finally today A service *** named ********. All three of these gentlemen assured me that the system should be removed and funds refunded. Yep, their manager I said they will not refund or remove the system. I was sold a system that was told it would work on the problem that I have as far as Im concerned its junk.

      Please please save yourself the trouble and DO NOT buy from this company. Don't use this this company for your water filteration system. Don't use this company. Save yourself the headache and the disappointment. They will say everything to get you to purchase their product. During this time, they have no problem picking your calls. The moment you have an issue, you will call them continuously and their customer services will tell you someone will call you. But no one calls back. Now like many of us here, you will be stuck with a bad product you paid thousands of Dollars for. Read the OTHER reviews... they are all the same. I see their responses to the previous negative reviews. You will think they have amended their ways of dealing with clients but sadly, I am writing this review because they have not.

      Leaf Home Water completely mis-informed us about their product and its quality to provide us with safe drinking and clean water. We paid over 8 thousand dollars for this water treatment system and have filed a complaint with the corporate office and have been told for over two weeks that a ***resentative would contact us with in 24 hours. Have been told that twice, with no response and still have bad water. The salesman came to our home and tested our current water system and guaranteed their system was far superior water and stated we would have perfect water with no odor, wrong, no spotting, wrong and perfect water wrong again. Our dishes come out of the washer coated with salt, just an example. I will say they did send a service *** out on three different occasions to make adjustments and on the third attempt stated that we should have never been sold this system.

      Installed a system but did not connect it correctly. I have to choose my sprinklers or my water conditioner. The system downgrades your line from 1 inch to 3/4 so there's not enough flow to pressurize the sprinklers. I contacted them, but they claim it my problem. I'm actually considering filing a lawsuit, but I did one final complaint with Corporate.

      Honestly, I've never seen a more poorly run and non-consumer minded company. I hope others read the reviews and avoid mishaps others have suffered.Unfortunately, the company has poor communication, follow up, and avoids solving the issues at hand. Never have I ever had a salt tank collect dirt and mold, and profusely smell up a home before. Not to mention (even seeing all of these other complaints) they deny any recollection of this ever happening before and place the blame on the consumer.The water is affecting our daily lives as we have sensitivities to mold. We may 'clean' ourselves but end up itching the day away just because we need to have hygiene - and yet no one is taking action on our behalf with the company.Calling in to 'corporate' is calling into their call center - which one is told they must call in order to escalate the situation. This results in a call and personnel visit to the home to 'fix' the issue, have you sign off, and they walk away saying they are covering their bases. However, no real issue is resolved. You will be back in that boat again within a week or two playing ping pong with an agent, and field **** No true ********* first 'tech' out dumped all the water in my tank (including my salt) into my yard. Ran the regen. Told me to buy more salt, wipe the tank, and it will fix itself. Turns out at that time the 'hardness' of water was turned way up.Second 'tech' out fixed the water setting. Told me to wipe the tank weekly. And add more salt. Nothing was truly resolved.A few weeks later - you guessed it. A third 'tech' (really the first guy) came back out and told me its operating the way it should all with horrible smell (he remembered my address) and told me there is nothing he can do.The second call in to 'corporate' resulted in a conversation in which the lady taking the call told me the previous agent had not submitted my removal request and she would at that time. Now do I believe her at this point? No Do Not Purchase.

      I was told this system would improve my water per a re-test. The water showed no improvement on the retesting . Also after reaching out to discuss this with management I only get replys from the service *****
