If I could give -5 stars I would. Long wait times for lech support, their people have no problem lying to you and increased prices. We were without internet service for 6 weeks while they were switching out equipment for supposedly faster internet speeds. We were promised things and lied too so many times and then only received a $38 credit for everything they put us through. Up until now we had no other choices but now we do and watch has been cancelled at our house and our new carrier is wonderful. If you have any other viable choice than Watch seriously consider the other choice.

The issue is for people that ACTUALLY use internet. Watch steaming services, work from home, ring doorbell. My sales person was a liar! If my internet service ran below 86% or the service was out, i would automatically get a bill credit. Wow! amazing! LIES! Anytime you call CS, The first thing you hear are the outages. I go down mid Dec, We arent getting a signal so we have to send out a tech. Day 4 still out, Tech cant find anything wrong. My husband drives by the tower and IT IS LAYING ON THE GROUND!! I get a LTE router box in the mail, no instructions just plug it in. Even worse!! Uses a ******** cell tower to make a wifi hotspot. THE WORST Call them again, well this is all they have, ok will i get reduced bill since I cant really use the internet now? NO because this dumb box is actually l $200 regularly! OMG. Ok, whatever. Fast forward to mid January. Internet is out. Call tech support, come to find out it has a data ******** have used it in 2 weeks. ***** says I am apart of the ******* outage they will raise the cap but I will have to call when it goes out so that they can raise it. Week later goes by and we have reached the cap again. I call back, get told they can only raise it once a month. Ok, can I get a bill credit for the remaining days. I will have to forward that the Super. Left a VM that they are trying to find out about the tower, if there is a long time plan & call back. No call back, No bill credit. Feb 1st, internet restarts. Lasted until last night the 20th. Call again. Tech guy sends me to a supervisor because they are the only ones that can approve the increase. **** the supervisor gets on the phone and is instantly hostile. No Hi, how are you tells me the only way they will raise my cap is if I pay $117 a month!!!! Absolutely not! I can get the exact same data cap from ****** net for $65 a month. He said well good, go with that then, anything else? no good bye AND HUNG UP ON ME!

These people when I first contacted them told me that they were building a new broadcasting tower just a few hundred yards down the road from me. I wanted to wait until the tower was finished before signing with them. When they told me the tower was up, I told them to get me set up for service. No contract was involved. This was for internet and television service.I had so many times that I wasnt receiving a signal from them, I signed up with another company and eventually was able to contact them to come and get their equipment. Normally whenever I tried to contact them, I was told that I had to be put on hold, constantly, for about 160 minutes. It was nuts. When I finally contacted them to discontinue the service, it was about a week or so into a new month, but they told me that I would have to pay until the next billing cycle. This was a pathetic way to conduct a business. To this day, they have not come to pick up their equipment.

Horrible company. Internet was out more often than it actually worked. Was promised multiple "credits" but never received a single one. When I finally did cancel they had overcharged by one month. Have called three times to get a refund. I am always told " it's on the way" yet 5 months later I have yet to receive it. I feel they are crooks and have zero intention of refunding my money. I feel they are thieves just betting no one will take them to court over a hundred bucks.

Watch Communications is a ruthless company to deal with. Living in arural area, I do not have many choices for internet service. Service was unreliable with frquent interruptions, some long and some short. The call wait times are unbelievable, I called once and was told the wait time would be 232 minutes. One hour plus was the norm. Finally I was able to move to a new home with cable service and contacted Watch to cancel service. Unknown to me, they allegedlly have a five day notification period for cancellation and I was calling one day late. There is no prorated charges, you have to pay for the whole month, $88.14. I'm sure the cancellation clause was in the 20 pages of leagalise you agree to when contracting for service, but I didn't see it. Immediately, I started to receive late notices, they wanted me to pay for whole month, 30 days of service I would not be using, plus, I receive a bill for ******** event though I was no longer a customer. In my opinion, they are a ruthless disorganized company with extremely rude employees.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ridiculously long wait times to talk to someone who does not know anything. They say they will have someone call back which never happens. Would not recommend this company!

We went to their listed address at ************************ as multiple calls with 3+ hour waits to discuss no service, only to see sign on door stating this is only a warehouse. I am not sure if communication should be part of their name as they completely do not understand the meaning of the word. I have never had a company so difficult to communicate with.

We got service the middle of June, and it was great in our rural home. However, it was not long before TROUBLE began!!! The end of June we lost service. When you would try to call, you were on hold for hours!!! If you would send an email (that they said they would respond to), you would never get a response. We were always told to "reboot" the system. That did often times not work. After a month, a tech came out and moved our receiver and told us that was the problem. In mid-August after receiveing a bill for Spetember, I called to check on the credit I had requested for the month we were without service. I was told the outage was a wide spread problem, and they were working on a "Magma credit." I was told I would receive a call back, but the call never came. I called a week later and was told the credit would be applied the following month. The internet worked for a couple weeks again, and then went out again. For two weeks we were without internet. This time when the tech came out, he said that our SIM card had been fried. Our internet has been okay the last two months, but not great! Now, almost 3 months after the initial month long outage and two months after the shorter outage, I again called about a credit for no service. I was told the July outage is still being reviewed and worked out. The other credit request had not been submitted. I am about ready to call my credit card company and have them go after my money because of fraud!
