    Initial contact was very positive. Due to the positive reception I ordered a control box for my ******** lift since our lift was not working. Jacob from Midwestern was aware of my emergency situation and assured me this part was available and would be shipped immediately. He contacted me an hour later indicating the part was sold out at the factory and would not be available for at least 10 days. Due to this delay I verbally told Jacob to cancel the electronic control box and order the manual lift. He indicated he was on a delivery and would call me when he gets back to rectify everything . I did not hear from him but due to my emergency I ordered the lift on their website. Both orders have been charged to your credit card. For the next four days I have repeatedly tried to contact Midwestern. They’re not answering their phones, not responding to voicemails or emails. I feel I’ve been duped. At the moment there is nothing positive to report.

    Sold us a very expensive lift for paraplegic patient. Battery stopped working and they won’t return emails or phone calls to advise on replacement battery purchase option, etc. Totally unprofessional and so disappointing.

    Outstanding company brought a lift from them 2 years ago what a lifesaver it has helped me get my 6'6" 250 lb father off the floor numerous times Jacob and Heath are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products that are being sold 5 Stars all the way

    I needed customer service. But surprisingly enough there was no issue with the medical equipment as I had assumed. The associate was outstanding and helping me sort out the worries from the solutions and quickly got my issue resolved! I can't speak highly enough for my experience. My issue didn't need to be fixed I just had to put things together properly as technically I forgot a few details when originally assembling my equipment.

    We've been using the 400HE mini sit-to-stand lift for my mother for about 18 months. It has allowed my mother to stay in her home with the help of 24/7 caregivers who could not transfer her without this lift. The lift is dependable and has worked flawlessly, and customer service has been great whenever we've had questions. I would highly recommend this product and company.

    Customer service and shipping was amazing. They know what they are talking about!! The lift was a life saver in getting mom to for different surfaces. Without them and the lift mom would still be in a nursing home..

    I am so thankful to Jacob and Midwestern. I have a best stand mini sit and stand . Without it I would be bedridden. It lifts me to bed, toilet, wheelchair. It’s small enough for my room. It can also put you in your car. Jacob goes the extra mile. He is honest and kind. We are in good hands with him. I am overweight and it holds me easily as it can contain 400 lbs! Stay with this company also for the best prices **** **

    On the occasions I have delt with this company the experience has been very good. The lift they sold me has been a life saver as I care for my husband at home who has Parkinsons disease with dementia. I highly recommend this company as the equipment they sell can make your life so much easier if you are a caregiver.

    What a wonderful company! I came across their website when I was looking for items for my ***** lift. They were beyond helpful and told me the exact products I needed for my situation. They helped expedite the product to get to me in time and they also helped me With questions on how to install my product on my *****, which I did not think could work. I would not hesitate to order from this company and would recommend them to any family and friend. Do not look anywhere else. This is the company that you should work with!
