      I have had the worst experience of my life with macys. I will never recommend macys to anyone!I ordered two full beds and two full mattresses. I paid for white glove service. On the day of and at the time of delivery, the individuals delivering the items tell me their tools have been stolen and they cannot provide white glove service. They just deliver the products. I go through a harrowing process on the phone asking for a refund on white glove service. Following this I open packaging to start working on building the bed and realize it is broken! I call and go through another long process and ask to return all products except one mattress which I have no choice but to keep because I have guests staying over!I was not told that there would be two separate pick ****** I sit at home and wait for 4 hours. The first pick up is past the pick up window time. Then I receive a call with the second driver at the WRONG ADDRESS! They were sent to my billing address. The driver also managed to accompany this mistake with a special gift of attitude directed at Me!: client, who did NOTHING WRONG, other than trust macys. I called customer service and was told they have to reschedule the pick up! I have to work and cannot do this another day! I dont even know if items will actually be picked up. They did not come through on their return policy. They just tell me lie after lie with no resolution. This company should not be trusted with online orders, delivery, or returns!!!!

      I paid Macy's card off . Then they said I owed another $83. I pulled the last 3 months of statements. For 3 months they have been saying I was only making a $29 monthly payment . I paid $55, $50 and $35. They are rip-offs. I have no idea how long they've been doing that. I will check my older statements . They are dishonest about posting the correct payment. I'm sure I'm not the only one. I am (was) a platinum customer but I will no longer ship at Macy's.

      Macy's sent notice they were send a credit card I did not ask for and did not want. They didn't answer the phone either time I called. The card arrived today, and I wonder if it's a scam to collect fees. I would rate Macy's zero stars if it was possible.

      Macy's store credit card issued by ****bank,N.A. sent me a letter dated July 11th, 2024 they are increasing my Annual Percentage rate to 34.49 percent due to market changes. I say this is made up because I know other people who admit they are less credit worthey saying they have offers for under 20 percent so what is the market condition. I am cancelling this Macy's card issued by ***ibank, **** ** *** ***** ***** ***** ** *********** Horrible company both Macy's an* ****bank N.A. to think such an APR is acceptable, loan sharks are more fair.

      If I could give negative 5 stars I would.I ordered an item that was listed as in-stock in 6/21/24 According to the Macy's site, standard shipping has a 3-6 day time frame. It was initially marked to arrive on 6/27/24 However upon checking my order on 6/26/24 it still hadn't shipped, so I contacted "support"They tell me to wait until the 5th. I ask for the order to be cancelled since according to my account it hasn't shipped. They refuse, as cancellation can only happen within 30 minutes of ordering.Then all of the sudden they say it HAS shipped. During the chat. Suspicious. A tracking link is provided to **** However it is just "label created".Today it is 7/7/24 and *** tracking still shows they have not received any package.So it's been a full 2 weeks since ordering. The item hasn't shipped, they've lied about it, failed to come even close to quoted shipping/delivery times, and won't refund an item that will now be useless to me as I ordered well ahead of when I would need it to no avail.Macy's is engaging in fraudulent behavior. I will never ever consider purchasing from them again, not in store not online. What a joke.

      They started a 4th of july sale yesterday 7/1 which stated it runs till the 7th. I went to purchase a ring on sale and the sale was gone. The Macys agent claimed the item was never on sale even though I took a screenshot of it at 10pm last night. I noticed the other items I was watching increased in the sales price. Will never shop at Macys again.

      Complaint Regarding Emma from ******- I arrived with my 15-son and seven-year-old daughter to visit the Mac department. I noticed no assistance in that department and left, I returned to the Mac department and waited for assistance. A lady in a white jacket approached me, raising her voice and insisting that I should not be in that area, citing I was behind the counter, which was an open space without signage indicating otherwise. My kids and I moved and I politely clarified my intent to wait for assistance but was met with further discourtesy. another employee named Antoinette explained their service limitations, stating they only do consultations offering to take my contact information . Despite this, I chose to continue waiting. Frustrated by the initial encounter, I sought out a manager to discuss the issue and lack of customer service. Antonitte did come back and informed us the lady from Mac was not there. After our conversation another employee, Emma from *******, walked up to the manager, upset, speaking to manager, waiving her hands, Please review camera footage! , I noticed and asked her was there a problem, she stated she was told by 2 people alleging I had spread misinformation about her involvement, which I had not. I do not remember speaking to her. Our exchange escalated into a heated argument, during which Emma used inappropriate language, called me a STUPID ***** and behaved aggressively, causing a scene in front of my children and other customers. Despite requesting security, no assistance was provided. I am deeply distrub especially as it occurred on my birthday, a day I intended to enjoy. I am requesting immediate access to the store's security footage to verify the details. I urge Macy's to address the behavior of Emma from the ******* department, whose conduct was unacceptable and deeply upsetting for me and my kids, after waiting 30 mins and have to experience that with my children, I was attacked and belittled!

      I am absolutely furious with Macy's. I've been a loyal customer for years, and order nearly everything online. I ordered a diamond bracelet today for my niece's upcoming birthday and about an hour later was informed that my order had been canceled. I got in touch with them to ask why and was told to call customer service. When I called they told me that because I had made so many reports of receiving damaged items they had decided to restrict my account, no longer allowing me to order anything online and I would only be able to use my Macy's credit card in store. I had NEVER reported receiving damaged items. Every piece of jewelry (I almost exclusively use that card for jewelry) that I've received has arrived in perfect condition. I told them that and they still tried to claim that I had repeatedly made those reports, so I demanded they give me a single example. Name one time that I have ever reported anything damaged. Name one time that I have ever even returned anything because I haven't. I have no idea what they're talking about, and I don't appreciate being told how I can spend my money.

      If I could give ****** furniture no stars I would. I bought a lether reclinning sofa with *** ports. I bought the insurance they claimed covers everything from frame, mechanical, saging.... 3 yrs into having my sofa, the *** ports take 4 to 7 hrs to charge a phone and the middle seat of the sofa has a big indent. The insurance from the store and the extended insurance are giving me the run around and claiming the damages are not covered.. ****** lied about these insurances completely cover anything wrong with the sofa. The no worries insurance, which is the extended insurance is a fraud. Buyers beware!

      this is by far the worst company i have ever made business with . I made a purchase online because it said it purchase was made before 12pm i would get same day delivery . i placed the order and no delivery . its been 13 hours and still no delivery . i reached out to company and they claimed i would not be receiving my purchased until june 25 ! i called and ask to cancel order since i would no longer need item they said no i have to wait til i receive item to then drive over 10 miles just to return . i tried getting the approval 6 digit code or athorized purchase code so i could cancel through my bank and they denied me that right . HOW CAN THEY DENIED A CUSTOMER WITH THE PURCHASED APPROVAL CODE ? Ive been on hold for 53 minutes no supervisor wants take responsibility for their lack of support . When they were supposedly gonna transfer me to a supervision by the name of Eymard they instead put an automic system and hung up !
