      i made an order online and it was shipped when received there was an item missing. i called and spoke with rep who reshipped the item but sent it to my old address which i dont know how that happened because i erased and entered my new address on my account through the app. anyway the missing item was shipped to my old address i called and rep advised nothing can be done must wait for item to be delivered then call back. i called back this morning per ************** cannot get a refund or the item reshipped to correct address. so i asked who i can speak with never heard of something like that he said no one. no one can help me so i lost out on the item i ordered and my money they refuse to give a refund. There is proof i did not receive the item and proof it was delivered to incorrect address. i guess i was supposed to drive to my old address and sit on the porch and wait for the package.

      Macy"s sent me a letter telling me if I didn't place an order by the end of June 2024 they were going to close my account because I hadn't made a purchase in the last two years, Haven't they heard of inflation and as a 82 yr old person I can't afford to order right now but I may want to in the future. I feel that the are co-ercing me to order.. shame from them them.

      I purchased a mattress on 5/6/24 at ********************* at 12:50 pm. Husband and I decided we wanted an extra firm mattress, so we cancelled the order the first order and paid for a firm mattress at 3:12 pm on the same day. We have been unable to get a refund of ******* from the first mattress. MADE 3 VISTS TO store and several calls to customer service with success. Fed up . Will have to hire an attorney.

      I placed an order for 2 items and immediately returned them due to the quality of the items. This order was on my credit card. I received a refund for only a portion of the total and it was in the form of a gift card. I immediately called and told them the refund should have been to my credit card and was for the wrong amount. I was transferred to 3 different people. This call took an hour. But I was assured I would receive the full refund to my credit card within 10 days. Well over 20 days later, I received PART of the total on my card. I called them again and spent another 30 minutes on the phone. They again said they will send the remaining amount due to my credit card and it will take up to another 10 days. TO RECAP, I DID NOT ORDER BY GIFT CARD BUT WAS REFUNDED AS A GIFT CARD - AND REFUNDED TOO LITTLE. IT IS NOW WELL OVER A MONTH SINCE THE ORDER AND I'VE WASTED 1-1/2 HOURS ON THE PHONE. STILL WAITING FOR MY FULL REFUND TO MY CREDIT CARD.

      Bloomingdales has a racial profiling system in place for specific customers.They mis-use your personal details and then share your I formation without consent.

      I was discriminated at this location by 3 Mac employees. I stood there & watched 2 of the employees ask the white customer if they needed any assistance, when they said no the walked right past me like I was invisible & ignored me for very long time. The entire interaction is on ************ stamped. I usually never file complaints but I will not allow another black person to feel the way those employees made me feel today.

      This review is about a mattress purchase through macys.com. I have never had worse delivery experience and customer service. First, upon delivery, the crew broke a floor lamp in my stairwell and hid it behind a potted plant. We heard a loud crash as they carried the mattress up the stairs. When we confronted them they played ignorant and said they didn't notice anything, even though they clearly tried to hide it. Then the two person team couldn't fit it up the final flight of stairs in a duplex apartment. They gave up and just left the enormous mattress in my living room. They said the warehouse would contact us ASAP but they never did. Macys customer service would only offer a "re-delivery" in one week. They wouldn't accommodate at all given that the mattress was sitting against a wall in our living room. I had to hire a separate crew to move it to the bedroom. We ended up returning the mattress anyway for being too firm. On the return date, the truck arrived and claimed the street was "too narrow" and that they "couldn't park". It's the same street it was delivered on in the first place! Trucks constantly come and go and deliver stuff! We saw them through the window idling in a spot. They said they were going to look for other parking and just drove away and left without calling. I went outside and measured it as 18.5 ft wide. Again, we had to be the ones to call customer service. Again, the soonest re-delivery they could offer was 4 days in the future, even though it was their fault. The mattress is again in my living room as I receive a new mattress (from a different company). Customer service refused to waive the delivery fee even given this experience. I will never do business with Macys again.

      Ive read reviews where people say if they could they would leave less than 1 star but I dont think I would ever use it but here? Ugh, not only was the wine awful-I didnt even want to try it but after calling to ask ***** & asking them to pick up the wine & refund me I was told I first had to try 3 bottles! I tried 2 (I just couldnt try another) 1 was drinkable, the other was awful. Bottom line? It took hr arguing with rep to finally get my $ back. Terrible experience!

      I Purchased my sofa from Macy's Thousand Oaks five years ago and was talked into the Worry No More Ultimate Plan. Well, five years later, no claims and got a Voucher in the mail after phoning them, for the $368.00 that was spent on this useless plan. My original brochure that I kept with my receipt states this GREAT GIVE BACK, if I didn't initiate a claim, that I would receive a voucher good for the purchase of new furniture, BEDDING, or area rug at Macy's upon expiration of the plan. Now I get this voucher in the mail, and it states it good for furniture, mattresses or rugs, no mention of BEDDING! Also, you cannot buy anything and "take it" with you according to this voucher. It all has to be delivered and voucher doesn't pay for delivery or taxes! Delivery on mattresses along is $185.00! Not to mention how expensive their mattresses are and the rest of their furniture and rugs! Macy's was deceptive in the original brochure stating it can be used for bedding when you cannot! Salesman at the store when asked about this was very defensive and after calling the Worry No More number, they couldn't help either; although, the woman was sympathetic and stated that Macy's should be clearer about his program. Voucher good for 90 days and as far as I'm concerned, it's useless and a rip off! I want to be able to use this voucher for BEDDING as is stated in original brochure, buy it in the store and take it with me! Everything else is too expensive. I do not want to buy a piece of furniture, a mattress or a rug at this department store, and never will again. Nor will I encourage family or friends to do the same since they are quite deceiving about this "GREAT GIVE BACK." They are not giving back anything but taking your money for a useless and deceptive service. p.s. You cannot use this voucher for anything online as well! Their "GREAT GIVE BACK" GIVES BACK NOTHING!

      I had an order cancelled by Macys due to the item not being in stock. They sent me a coupon code and when trying to claim it it was not working. I contacted customer service and they declined to offer a new one. I asked for it to be escaped and the person said sure but just ended the chat. If they arent actually going to help the customer they should not have a customer service chat in the first place
