      I decided to switch over to omni fiber from ******* broadband and will say the price and speed dont compare, but notice a charge on my card from omni fiber a few days after paying bill in full.. contacted them, they "see nothing". no autopay enabled, refund has been issued. My whole issue with this situation is why it happened? what if i didnt notice it? how many others have they done this to? The questions go on and on. Omni Fibers customer service still has yet to answer why this happened. Just Beware. they will steal your money if you dont pay attention

      We are extremely happy with Omni Fiber, LLC starting from the installation, free equipment and friendly and informative service. The price at the time ($65/mo. with auto pay) was so much better than the local company that was giving inconsistent pricing for the new fiber service, but also was not forthright in telling us that we would eventually have to use fiber anyway. When that happened the price would be more...what a fiasco. Now, this same local company has decided to compete with **** by offering lower monthly amounts than Omni, but beware; read the fine print. Omni has none of these hidden agendas; everything was upfront. AND, we have never had any reason to call for repair, etc.

      My husband and I decided to switch to Omni Fiber internet. We live with our daughter and her husband and 2 kids. My son also lives with us and his 2 kids. There is always someone using the internet. My son told me a day after installation that his connection improved greatly. His picture on his tv was clearer and the response time was better. The technicians were pleasant and efficient.They answered our questions and did the job quickly. We have had no problems since the installation. Anyone I spoke was knowledgeable and pleasant. Thank you Omni Fiber .

      Installation took longer than expected. Have had one outage and still have short intermittent no service. Other than that it seems to good. Grateful for the lower price than current company who keeps raising their prices. I have only had Omni for a few short weeks but for the most part Omni Fiber gets a thumbs up from me.

      Recently switched to Omni which was a tough decision. Had been with previous provider for over 30 years, and was concerned about tackling the learning curve. Switched mainly because of pricing. Have to say, it has been a breeze! Installer was extremely helpful in giving us advice on several issues, and reassuring about the plan that we chose. Internet is lightning fast and we have had no issues! They came a buried the cable within the timeframe promised. Cant comment on customer service because we have not had to use!!! Highly recommend Omni.
