      The lady I talked to was extremly helpful. She did not rush me off the phone, and continued to ask if I needed additiional support. She also assured that I would be totally happy with my internet. It was also refreshing that she was located in Ohio and not in another country.

      Door-to-door Salesman with a purple Omni-Fiber shirt in Greenville, OH cornered my wife as she was leaving our home. She repeatedly told him to leave, as we weren't interested, but he stood in front of her and blocked her exit. I came outside to see this and told him to leave. As I escorted her to our car, he continued to follow us to our car. I told him again to leave or threatened to contact local law enforcement for harassment.

      I just wanted to say that your customer service rep was great to deal with. He did not set up anything today, but I will be calling back next week. I greatly appreciated how he helped me get what I actually needed and wasn't trying to oversell me on stuff I could not afford. He was extremely pleasant to deal with, versus people from other companies.

      I am beginning to think this PHONE SERVICE is a joke. Have had trouble with calling out, receiving calls and CANNOT retreive voice mail messages. Have called twice, first time was on phone with CS for 1 hour, second time was on phone for 1 1/2 hours. The FIX does not hold over to next day. Wish I had stayed withd *********!

      Since Ive switched to Omni Fiber, my service has been incredibly faster and Im saving close to $40 every month now. I was getting the 500mgs with ******** and my bill continued to increase every other month. Since Ive been with Omni Fiber, Ive paid $75 for 1G speed which is literally double the speed I was paying for with ********. There will always be a few quirks with a new company but the only time my speeds were down, I called the number online and they had this issue fixed within half an hour.

      I just got my service and surprisingly it's exactly what I paid for I got the 2 gig checked my speeds and there running at 2 gig. Definitely better than ********

      Worse company ever! Schedule for them to come out for service never showed up for appointment and I called them to see what is going on. Got another call said they would be out a few days later and then they show up six hours later and still can't do the job. They want your money up front but cannot provide and do the job. Never seen a company like this! Nothing but lies and take money. Be warned what you will get into with this company.

      They cut off service with bill paid 10 days prior,they merged another company into omni fiber ,suppose to have online payment sent up 2 months ago and still nothing,every sense omni taking over **** ******* I've had nothing but problems, when it was **** ******* I had only lost service once,now I loose service nearly ever day and even if you pay your bill they still shut off your service,after 3 phone calls I still don't have service, I woul definitely look elsewhere for different provider

      Not sure how the internet will run yet but figured Id try because better prices. They left a wire cable strung out across my front yard and into my neighbors yard. I had to bury it myself. How it reliable if its left strung out across mine and neighboring yard to their hook up? What if it gets ran over with a lawn mower? And the simple fact I had to spend hours digging up mine and part of my neighbors yard to bury the wire. Was not informed this is how internet installation works. I considered canceling and having them take it all apart.
