      Great service for what I need. My other service was running slower than what I needed. Theirs were limited mbps. Omnifiber service is more than sufficient and I cannot be happier. No more buffering while watching tv.

      They installed my line underground and it was only 2" Deep. My landscaper cut through the line with an edger. Its been almost a month and we cannot seem to get them to come out to fix it correctly. Terrible after sale.

      I love the Omnifiber internet,so far. The television is not user friendly and I may cancel. I've had three Omnifiber representatives at my door saying that my lawn damage would be repaired but it still looks awful.

      The high pressure salesman came to my door and talk me into lit fiber but I told him I wasn't interested and I would think about it. The next day I got an email saying that I had signed up for lit fiber and they were coming out on May 22nd to install the internet cable. I called and told him what the salesman said and he said that he shouldn't have said that. I called and made sure that the service call was canceled. I am staying with *********

      Omni fiber they don't offer an app they don't offer to pay your bill online and if there is an issue with billing they don't contact you they just charge you a service charge they are unreliable they don't help you when you need help and every time you call customer service unfortunately there's computers are always down and they're not able to help you

      I just wanted to let uh you guys know one of the factors in deciding between you and ******** was the fact that when I called ********, I could not really understand the Customer Service Rep. When I called you guys twice, I knew you guys are in the United States and easy to understand. That was a big factor along with the internet Speed that my family are enjoying.

      Quick installation and polite customer service. And our new fiber optic Internet service is much faster than our old cable service. Plus it's been super reliable. A big thumbs up from me!
