  Cintas is as bad as it gets. Horrible customer service and, if you complain to management, be prepared for initial indifference followed by threats of litigation. My company made the mistake of doing business with the Lawrenceville, Georgia location and I am having to deal with a person named Juan P**** A*****. Again, as bad as it gets. Stay away from this company.

  Cintas is a deceptive and blatantly has corrupts business practices. While my saga with Cintas has extended more than a year now, it began with a sales person that completely lied about the contract. As my first, and most serious concern expressed to this individual was a none binding long term contract. Now I have sent certified letters explaining the failure to fulfil their side of the contract and to remove all Cintas equipment from our facility followed by continues request and demands to stop all services that falls on a deaf ear. I am continued to be invoiced for services I am not receiving. Avoid this company like the plague!
  There is not a ngitive value I can select for this dishonest company.

  We have a cintas rep who constantly adds things to our first aid boxes which we have REEPEATEDLY told him not to add.Very shady!! Watch them like a hawk as they're refilling your boxes!!

  I only give them one star because ZERO isn't an option. Already outrageous prices are always increasing. Completely misleading long term contracts. Awful for a small business!!!!!!

  Terrible company.always short on uniforms.they lay the clean ones on the floor getting them dirty.also delivery guy named **** yelled and screamed at me for accidently ripping one shirt..wtf. Thats how to treat customers.all ive got to say about that

  I wish I could give 0 stars! This is the most deceitful company I have ever dealt with. We get billed for services they don't provide. They email invoices that do not have a signature from someone at our company as we have told them numerous times they MUST get an employee to sign. We NEVER see them in house and then we get the bills. The supplies they say they deliver are not delivered. Stupid to bill for tangible items when we can easily prove they aren't there!! We asked for copies of the contracts for all our plants and they cannot provide any. When we try to cancel, we are told we can't, "under contract" (which they can't produce). Then the reps say let me come in and speak with you to make things better. NO, cancel the services, stop billing us for supplies/services you aren't providing. I don't know how this company can still be in business. Maybe their uniform business works but we don't use that part of their business. Oh wait, they can stay in business, we aren't the only ones who get billed for supplies or services NOT rendered!

  Looking down through the rest of the reviews about Cintas, I am not surprised to find that my company is not the only one that has received deceitful and unprofessional service. I'm also not surprised to learn that Cintas is not accredited by the BBB. Because we were not happy with Cintas' product (namely towels), we started the process of cancelling our service WELL before their 90-180 day notice requirement before our contract renewed. Cintas drug their feet and gave me the run around on the phone and dropped the ball numerous times until that magic date came about that we could no longer cancel our agreement within the 90-180 day allotment and not have to renew. SHAME ON THEM! The kicker is that we are no more happy with their product than we were before we had to renew, plus, we've now received an invoice that has increased by 30-40%! I realize that their agreement states that they have the right to increase prices, but 30-40%??!! That's ridiculous. I am starting the process of formerly challenging or rejecting this increase. Wish me luck on that.

  This company is very misleading and will lie straight to your face. They raised the prices on us 5 times in less than a year and told me i was wrong when i asked them why.. I had to print out my invoices and show them they had raised them and all they could say was oh oops. Then i spent the next 3 months waiting for the cheaper prices they kept promising only to get told they were and once again had to print my invoices to prove they were not. We dropped all but one rug so they said they had to raise the price to adjust for that. Plus they raised the price of their service charge to accomodate themselves. I was told they no longer went by the 5 yr contract but when i said i didnt need their services no more he told me i was locked in to a five yr contract. make my mind up liars. No wonder you never hear anything good about this company they take you to the cleaners for real. Horrible company would not recommend to anyone. Horrible company Horrible business manners. LIARS. They get a negative star rating from me and thats even to good for them. To leave this review they even force bbyou to give a star rating so im going to put one star but they definitely DO NOT DESERVE IT.

  Horrible service don't do it. When you review your invoices they don't provide all of the items they say your receiving. They will tell you they don't have the items in stock and they will return with it, but it never happens. They will get you to sign a contract and lie about it locking you in to 5 or more years. They are liars!!! Run when they try to come to you they will make it sound great, but will not hold up their end. Horrible Horrible Company. Their management will say something like, unfortunately we can't let you out of the contract and their prices are continuously increasing. Do not sign off on the delivery unless you make sure you read it and verify you have received all of the products. Worse company ever. I don't see how they have an A+ rating the must be paying the BBB for this with all of the bad reviews they have.
