      Cintas is a business of professionalism. Its very important that my work clothes look and feel good. Jonathan and Ronnie really take pride in their work and take care of me. My work uniforms are always clean and fitted to my liking. If there is anything I need changing on them like sizing or wear, they make sure to take care of it for me. Thank you Cintas for having employees like Jonathan and Ronnie.

      This company is a major rip off. Do not sign a contract with them, you will be sorry. I can't believe they are still in business. I am person who never leaves reviews nor has the time to but people need to know not to waste their money and stand the chance of getting locked into a contract. I downsized my business and am being forced to pay a $150 per month for 1 roll of paper towels. Poor commination from the management plus they wait months to drop off anything while your still being charged for the service.

      Same as all the other reviews, this company is a joke. It seems like we get a new person every week to change our mats and service the building and they have had no communication with anyone regarding the layout of the building, so I have to take time out of my work day to show them where everything is. We WERE the "largest account" in our area, but taking a closer look at our invoices, they were charging us for double the amount of dispensers we actually had in the building. It took over a year for them to fix this. It was problem after problem with them. Our service rep was also a joke and never helped us with anything. For the love of god choose a different company or purchase your own dispensers and refill them, the prices for renting them is outrageous, and we were constantly having to go behind them and make sure they replaced everything they needed to. I can't believe how large this business is with the lousy service they provide. I absolutely do not recommend this company to ANYONE.

      Horrible company. We have so much proof and documentation that we were not receiving the services we were paying for and then they try and hit us with a letter from a lawyer when we get out of our contract. Stay far away from them

      This company is a joke. They are overpriced and you cant cancel at any time even when they said you can cancel at any time. The billing lady is not good at her job. The money is automatically coming out of my checking. She calls me every month saying she never received it. I have to send her my bank statements every month to show her. I have so much to do on my own job, I have to stop my job to do hers. The uniforms don't last long, they rip easy and they charge every time to fix them. The supplies are no good. It's all-around, not a good company. I don't write reviews but want to let other's businesses know before they get into scams. I wish I would have known sooner. I would give a 0 if I could.

      I would love to know why when our uniforms where ordered in October 2021, all the people that ordered after us got theirs but we cant get ours? Leaving a disabled women who cant do the stairs and/or carry laundry baskets to do a extra 5 loads a week cause we cant get our uniforms. Thats great customer service right there! Called too many times, got no help to solve problem. Thats 8 months so far without work uniforms.

      I have had nothing but issues with this company since we opened 6 months ago. We get shirts, floor mats, towels, chemicals and bathroom supply.From the very begining they did nothing but lie to us about what they offered & Their pricing for everything. They would come i weekly and charge us a rediculous ammount of money for things they never did or never refilled, we were told We would never have to touch our bathrooms they woild be emptying garbages filling hand soaps/ paper towels. Never once happened. Then after we started complaining they started physically and verbally harrasing us at our buisness and home. Our **** would be over 100 a week of wrong or not done services always had to check and make sure they would remove the charges every time then apparently our weekly amount was to "low" so they just started charging us whatever they wanted. We turned off the card that it was attached to cauae we never agreed to any of That. Then they suspended our account and services because we refused to put a new card on file. Now their threating to *** us... Which I wish they would so I can counter *** for loss of buisness, breeching contract, physical and verbal assult & harassment/ trespassing. Emotional and physical damages and so much more... Don't waste your time with these people theyre thugs, criminals and con men

      I would ive zero stars but it seems as if my complaint is going to echo everyone else's complaints. Horrible customer service. They do not leave the correct amount of product, they add items that are not on the contract. They refuse to let you out of the contract even when they fail to perform at their promised levels.
