      I worked with Elliot Fisher, and as a first time user of Secure Data, I was impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the whole process. My outcome was 98% data recovery.

      I am so grateful to Secure Data Recovery Services for retrieving computer files I thought were lost forever. The files were stored on a thumb drive that got damaged in my purse--so much so that no device would even recognize the thumb drive. I was upset to think I'd have to recreate so many work files, and distraught to think I'd lost years and years of personal photos that are irreplaceable. But Secure Data Recovery Services was able to quickly and efficiently return my list files to me. The process was quick and **** was extremely helpful and professional. I highly recommend Secure Data Recovery Services.

      I sent my clicking harddrive to SDR and their team investigated the problem and said they could recover 99% of the data and file tree structure. They have been excellent to work with, provided constant communication throughout the process with me on both the business side and technical side. SDR was flexible in timing to complete the work to reduce the cost (about 40%) which was very helpful. At the time of this review, SDS still has my harddrive so I'm looking forward to getting my data back.

      Secure Data Recovery was able to recover ****% of our data. They were very thorough in explaining everything to **, from before we sent the drive in to following up after. It is VERY pricey, but if you value your data you will pay for it. This company had great reviews and was half the cost of another reputable company that we contacted. They answered all our questions before, during, and after the ************** was received faster than expected.
