      I have recently signed back up with Progressive and just found out back in January of 2020 when I was driving down a road that was under construction new bridges and stuff but the State road failed to maintain the temporary ramp leading up onto the bridge that my vehicle is drug on and busted my radiator and spoiler I filed it with the Department of High way and they took responsibility all progressive had to do is summit it to them since they had paid but now I have gotten commercial insurance through them and found out they are claiming that I had a at fault accident because they paid 800 dollars out because they didn’t do their job. Now I have called several times and no response and I have started a complaint with the insurance commissioner because of their bull

      Tried to get a quote for my daughter I just moved out of state for college. Mentioned to the rep numerous times that my daughter and the car were out of state. The policy was for her as the car is in her name but I was paying for it. In the end, they sold the policy and wrote it in my name as me as the driver and not my daughter. Talked to another agent there and he mentioned it had to re-written in the state my daughter lived. They re-wrote it at an absurdly high price. I canceled the policy and went with another company. Very poor service and nobody at the company listens to the customer what so ever!!! Horrible experience!!

      A Progressive policy holder hit my car. It has been a week, I am without transportation until my car if fixed. Called the Progressive agent 3x, each time he says he is still waiting on the police report. I cannot go and pick up police report as I do not have transportation and I am waiting on Progressive to provide a rental car. They are doing nothing and dragging their feet. Their policy holder ran into me yet I am the one not able to daily things like go to doctor, pick up kids from camp, etc. Worst experience ever.

      This is the worst experience of my life. These are the most horrible people to deal with. They lie, lie, lie, and lie again. They don't return calls. They are always "out of the office". I have a simple auto claim that should cost around $5,000 to handle, and they are treating it like it's a million dollar deal. How do you people sleep at night?
      They claimed they hired an "independent" adjuster to go look at my car over a month ago. Never happened. Person did not show up, nor return my calls. Progressive had another 2 people from the same place promise me to show up the next day. Neither one did. Neither has called. I have gotten no answers...just run around. Now ENTERPRISE rent a car is claiming that their contract for the rental was only good for 30 days and as of now they say I owe them over $400!!!!!!! Why is it my fault that progressives people dropped the ball?
      Oh, and STEPHANIE ******** disappeared from her office for about 3 weeks right in the middle of all of this. Her boss won't call me back. People have claimed to email ENTERPRISE about this, which has turned out to be a total lie. PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my entire life, and I will be back to post these people's phone numbers very soon if this is not taken care of within a week. ALL OF IT. How can they be allowed to still be in business? Look at their rating score and F they have received from the BBB? STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AND DISOWN ANYONE YOU KNOW WHO WORKS FOR THEM! THEY APPEAR TO BE NOTHING BUT CRIMINALS! I wish I could give them a negative 10...they do not deserve a 1

      Someone burned our truck in the middle of the night. We made a claim to progressive and they only offered a very small amount for the truck my husband counter offered for less than 1800.00 more just to be able to find something to drive to work. They refused told us to higher an appraiser and they would as well. I could understand if it was a bunch of money but it isn't and I even ask Caitlyn to speak to her supervisor and she said their was no need she already talked to them. I ask her if she was willing to negotiate at least she said no. Not nothing. This company is horrible I put my trust and my money into it for nothing.

      WORST company ever! I did not get the email they allegedly sent out raising my rates $50+/month, nothing changed but their greed, and when I contacted them because I can't afford that amount (I did end up switching companies) they treated me like absolute garbage. I reached out again because I canceled the policy yet they continued to attempt to pull money, that I don't have, from my account. When reaching out their representative berated me and talked down to me like I was a moron. Said "let me try and find a way to talk that you'll understand" then repeated the same bs with more attitude towards me, because I asked more questions and "argued" back that what my bank is saying vs what he's claiming are different things. His claims were wrong and I was charged additional NSF fees, after the policy was already canceled, because they're continuing to attempt to pull money for a policy that was canceled

      I was hit by one of Progressive Insurance rear ended at 55 mph the girl admitted that it was her fault I feel like a crash dummy and on top of it now they make me feel like a rag doll.I in to add insult to injury I used to be insured with them they're a mess then and their mess now they should be responsible and try to help whoever has been impacted by their insurance but one minute Christine is nice and the next minute she's evil and she tries to put words in your mouth and then they try to analyze your injuries and I'll play them they're not a doctor they make everything a lot harder than when it has to be. It is and Christine's boss is not any better I asked for them to correspond with me a email and what they say but they don't want to do that so that you don't have it in black and white what they're saying so that they can change up their mind whenever they feel like and give you the worst possible customer service that one could ever want to receive it's totally insanity is what it is

      I've had Progressive insurance for 15 years in more than one state. I had one accident nearly two years ago. They never paid the claim and closed the case because the other party disappeared. However, they have raised my rates three times in a year even though I've had their insurance for 15 years. They think I'm going to pay three times the amount my insurance was two years ago. WRONG! I'm finding cheaper insurance. Goodbye to progressive. What goes around comes around.

      Honestly speaking they serve 0 . I have filed a clim 7/7/22,ms.Tanail was assigned to my case she called RN and told next day she will go and inspect my car but she did not do it for whole week to inspect my car she did inspect my car 7/14 after that I did not like the body’s shop so I took it to other body shop to fix my car the car is fixed now however the progressive is not releasing my thr coverage money to pay for the repair I have been calling last 15 days no proper response I am getting from the company yet. My car is stuck in garage from more than a month .
