      I filed a claim with my insurance company, Progressive and felt lied to misled. Throughout the process of my claim I was told and sent information for one thing and because they dropped the ball and didn't communicate with the repair shop the left me holding the bag. I even have a recording of the representative stating she had no idea of what was happening. But this was the person handling my claim. I'm utterly disappointed in thier business practices

      Progressive Auto Insurance are criminals!!!!!
      Bunch of Crooks sitting there like they (adjustors) are righteous judges. I got into a car accident on 7/31/2022. Progressive insurer drove into me. He hit and ran off after hitting my car so I chased him and he then stopped. I called his insurance Progressive and sent them all picture and the story. The next day Progressive adjustor "Liliana" called me and told me that I caused the accident and that they will not cover me.
      1. I got hit by Progressive insurer. He didn't see me (he admitted) and scratched hard into drive side and completely destroyed my car to a point that I cannot drive that car anymore.
      2. Progressive insurer hit and run and only stopped when I followed him.
      3. Progressive insurer lied to Progressive that I hit him and Progressive believed him and told me that they decided to that it was not their insurer's fault and that I hit him instead so it's my fault.

      Worst Insurance company. No one ever calls back. They ignore messages. My car was in the service shop 5 month, because the insurance adjuster was back and forth arguing with the service advisor. My cars value has plummeted and its still not fixed!! They owe the service department money for a check on services rendered that they canceled. I had 3 different adjustors plus their supervisor. No one seems to care. Where's the customer service these commercials claim to have?! It's a joke.

      I called Progressive about an insurance claim auto that I feel was not properly handled. Speaking to Progressive one out of four were professional. The other staff was voicing their opinions on my claim that they only had limited information concerning. I was told by Ryan ******* whom I had no recent contact with until today that I want progressive to show me special treatment. One representative said your not getting a payment that would be coming out of my pocket. I have been a customer with progressive for years and have never been spoke to this way. Where is the professionalism. Debbie was one service representative that handled the phone request professional. She put notes in computer and request the appropriate individual call me back. Ryan ******* I had to ask multiple times to speak with his supervisor and he says there is no one over him I could speak with and he does have a supervisor. I need someone professional, nonjudgemental, and knowledgeable about insurance claims to speak with regarding my claim. There has been no communication from any of these representatives until this week. I also feel Progressive is not to blame for employee negligent on the other hand they are who make up a company and as a loyal progressive Auto and Homeowner policy holder I am due an apology and someone to listen with facts and not preconceived judgement.

      I got the small chip on the windshield of new bought BMW while driving on highway. I took my car to safelite on progressive’s recommendation. They broke the whole windshield which needs to be replaced now. It’s not even a month old car. I was told by one of their that Progressive or Safelite will fix the windshield with original OEM glass but now they are denying that. They are not responsive at all. I have to call progressive or safelite all the time. They are not even good with following up with their customer. It’s so frustrating.

      Progressive cancelled our insurance policy after a miscommunication we had with one of their reps. We were talking with their reps about our medical coverage, the rep advised that we don’t pay our bill on the due date because charges are gonna change. Because we didn’t pay our bill on that date our whole policy has now been cancelled. When we called to reinstate our policy, they said we have to sign up for a whole new one! And of course that new policy required a down payment of $5,000 and a much higher premium! What happened to human remorse ? This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company in the United States in my 61 years of living. I truly can’t believe how bad they screwed me over

      BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! BAD FAITH!!!!! PROGRESSIVE IS UNETHICAL!!!!!!!!
      * My son got hit by Progressive's insured customers
      *He was stationary in a parking lot, and honked as Progressive customer backed up
      * Progressive insured apologized upon backing into my son's car
      * My insurance company investigated location, the damage (how/where/way) on car, interviews with drivers and found Progressive driver 100% at fault
      **** Progressive agent with no reason, evident or proof is saying that my son is "40% liable". AFTER THREE MONTHS OF INACTION.
      *Bad Faith!!! Insurance - I believe Progressive is taking advantage of their big company position, and playing games. This happened in MAY!!! BEWARE of Progressive and their lack of Integrity!!!

      Was involved in a hit and run incident from a progressive driver. Police were provided at the time of incident with valid insurance information from the driver of the other vehicle. After filing a claim through progressive, they called back about a week later to inform me that they were doing a "coverage investigation" on the driver who committed the hit and run. A couple weeks later, we call in for an update and are informed that the drivers policy did not have active coverage at the time of the incident, even though he provided the police with an active policy. A week later, we receive a call from the original agent handling our claim named Noel, who then informed us again that they found no active coverage at the time. It's incredibly suspicious that the driver had an active policy at the time, but almost a month later progressive determined he did not have coverage. Even more suspicious that the information was available weeks prior, and the agent Noel, decided to wait weeks to pass the information to me. It's my belief that progressive cancelled the policy once they were informed of the hit and run because of the amount of evidence on it. They knew they were going to be paying out, so they dropped the client and are trying to scapegoat their way out of it. I wouldn't trust this company with a penny of my money, and I feel sorry for anyone who is actually a customer of theirs. Good luck getting your vehicle's fixed.

      I moved from my residence to another. The new tenant who acquired my apartment was added to my policy and my payment tripled. After being told that over the phone they casually mentioned oh by the way, your policy was canceled due to four claims in 36 months. 2 were kids vandalized my car. What am I paying insurance for then if I can’t file claims? Insurance is a scam. It’s been difficult finding insurance i can afford sue to this. Now I have to pay a higher premium due to this! Thanks progressive ??

      Multiple policies, multiple vehicles on auto policy and they canceled my policy for not even a month late on payment. I was a customer for years at this point. Auto pay was declined due to fraud on my card. Balance was paid asap and still no re in statement and stuck shopping for new insurance!
