      I wish I remembered the person name but they were rude and not understanding my issue. How can I give you all of the information about my account and yet still couldn’t help me. I feel bad about other people who have to deal with that person.

      Terrible experience! So unprofessional. The agent was nice, but the underwriting team is awful. I purchased the auto insurance, no problem signing up. I paid my premium on time and the get started fees.
      Two months later I get a phone call to prove myself which should have taken place in the beginning.
      It is from the underwriting team. They ask me for proof of registration, and prior auto insurance and pics of my car on all sides. Which I had auto insurance for years with two other companies. NEVER was I asked this before. So I sent the stuff they requested to me even though I never heard of this. It doesn’t make sense unless you’re filing a claim.
      And plus instead of dealing with one underwriter only. I am passed between several ones saying different things, giving them what they want but never good enough. Well anyway they are threatening to end my auto insurance off of their negligence June 30,2025.
      I am writing this review to warn others and to say not to deal with them. Their practices doesn’t make any sense and you have to jump through all these unnecessary hoops. Now I have to go through the trouble of looking for another place.

      If I could leave no stars I would I have homeowner insurance with them for years, and the first time I have to make a claim it’s the worst process I just got a letter from my adjuster a letter of status saying “We have responded to your claim by contacting you and discussing the claims process.” A BIG FAT LIE! I even emailed my adjuster before hand asking for the process wanting to know how the the stages go and upset it was gonna be further adjusters coming out after the first one said we were clear so they lied at least mine did it’s almost over a month later and still a hole in my roof and I can’t fix it she absolutely did not discuss the process I hate that my family and I are dealing with this.

      I want to tell everyone about my experience with Progressive. I had an accident 15 days ago and I have no answers for anything and it was not my fault it was the fault of the person who insures Progressive, but I have called the adjuster more than 10 times and he does not respond and they send me a letter saying that he cannot fix my vehicle because the total damages exceed the amount of money covered by his insured's insurance and that the damages are not covered in advance and that I am responsible for the damages. I have a video that proves that he was at fault, that is Progressive, an insurance that is useless and I do not recommend it to anyone.

      Bad support and customer service. I DO NOT recommend this insurance company to anyone! my agent is not helpful at all, never keeps his word and moves at a very slow pace. I am frustrated, it's been exactly a week since we got rear ended and they have not moved a finger yet. I call, and call and never get answers at this time I ended up just crying and very angry. They do not care about their customers at all. I will cancel my policy as soon as I can and will never use them again.

      After being a Progressive customer for 16year on Auto, I decided to get home insurance through them. Easy, affordable until they ********** sent and inspector that indicated I was not insurable as the inspector said my 2 month old roof 'was warn and requires total replacement' and my garage and barn need to be 'painted'. Progressive just lost all of my business due to this incompetent inspector. If this is the quality of their adjustors, then I want nothing to do with them. I suggest looking at other providers.

      Cancelled my policy after stating I was set for renewal, leaving me uninformed on their true intentions AND without insurance thus damaging my ability to receive lower quotes. Totally a scam.

      I am a new customer - I started with Progressive on 5/2025 and on 5/17/2025 I paid want I understood to my monthly payment to be $314.00. On 6/19/2025 a withdrawal from Progressive $1512.00 was pending on my checking account. And withdraw on 6/20/2025. I call to find out why this was. I was told that they tried reaching via mail for me to sign paper work to exclude the young adults in the home and for PIP. I did receive a copy of my policy with the insurance cards attached. Which is what I expected. I never knew prior to my call that my new policy was an increasingly higher amount to pay. So let me get this straight because I did not e-sign/sign and authorized the policy for a monthly payment of $314.00, Progressive takes it upon themselves to authorize an unauthorized payment of $1512 by me without so much as a courtesy call to inform me of the changes! Then while I am calling and I speak to a representative who can not assist with a refund so I request to speak to a manager who tells me that, the rep told him the issue and that he does not know what I want him to say different. They will not be reversing the withdrawal. Now I call 4 times between 19th and 20th no time have I been explained what the new policy entails and what are the steps to move forward so that this does not happen again, as a matter of fact I was told that my next payment on 7/17 will be $832. I asked that this matter be escalated to corporate leaving my contact information. No one call me back as of today 6/21/2025. This matter has caused me extreme financial stress and hardship, it has left my bank account in the negative rears because only $986 was saved towards my mortgage in the account. They took a difference of $1200 unauthorized by me, because I did not sign paper work. What paper work did I sign to have $1512 withdraw! I am so dissatisfied and I feel Violated and Scammed!

      Warning – Do NOT Use Progressive!
      Terrible experience. I signed up thinking I’d save money using the Progressive Snapshot program—but it was a huge mistake. The devices didn’t work properly, and instead of helping, Progressive charged me even more for the malfunctioning devices with added cumulative fees.
      When I called customer service for help, the agents (Amina) were extremely rude. They talked over me, lectured me, and made me feel like I was the problem. No respect, no real help—just frustration.
      It’s not worth saving a few bucks upfront if you end up paying more in the long run. I highly recommend avoiding Progressive.

      3 weeks ago my 2 week old 1st brand new truck was parked and hit by there client. They will not return my calls. Will not help me at all. Told me to call my insurance company! Told me I needed a statement from the driver I got them that they won’t take her statement and will not cover damages at this point. I can go after there clinent on my own.
