5 starsWe recently had a remodel of our master bath shower stall. The installers arrived on time as promised. *** and ****** entered our home and began protecting every area where they would be working or passing through. After that, *** informed us as to what we could expect for the day. At that point, the demolition of our old shower began. Upon completion, *** and ****** looked for any damage to the wood and base, and inspected the area for any mold. Finding nothing, they began replacing all necessary plumbing, wall structures, and flooring. The work was done with care, and they included us in the progress, being certain of our approval. They completed the total replacement in a day and a half. The finished shower stall is amazing, and the end result was everything we were promised. *** and ****** were a pleasure to have in our home throughout the entire process. *** went over a complete final inspection with us, and gave us instructions to follow so that everything would work the way it should. We will recommend Baths R Us to anyone looking for a bathroom remodel!Review fromAmy E

5 starsGreat company to work with from beginning to end. ***'s in-home sales estimate was informative, and he left us feeling confident in our purchase. Our installers, *** and ******, were super. 5 starsVery satisfied! ********************* spent significant time with us in our home providing information, ideas, and response to questions in a comfortable, efficient and professional manner. ******************* was open to a sight visit to their Medina location allowing us to view a shower setup - he was pleasant and open to questions and provided clear, professional responses.The installers, *** and ****** were professional, pleasant, efficient and open to questions and explanations throughout the 2 day process. Baths r US did a fantastic job installing my new shower. The team was professional, respectful and maintain as clean of an environment as possible while the construction occurred and did a great job cleaning up each evening. They took 2 days to demo the old shower and install the new one. It looks beautiful.Baths R Us
