*** and **** were fabulous! Very thorough. Went above and beyond to troubleshoot and find a solution to our drain problem. Went a few steps further by speaking to the plumber about their concerns and tried to help keep my mind at ease through all of it. They make a great team and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Day one of the 2 day install, faucet would not shut off and arm coming out of the wall was too short. Came out next day to repair and replace parts. Two days later discover leak in the basement, carpet is soaked, wifes purses and a computer bag of mine ruined. Called back in, got a very cold supervisor that had no apologizing her system for what we were going through and said it would be two days later before someone could be here. He shows up and shoots more caulking on top of the piles that were already on the tub (the original installers must have knew there was an issue) and then told us to wait another day for his half a tube of caulking to dry. Waited another day, still leaking. Called back in again and now its going to be almost a week before they can get someone else out here to repair this tub.I am sooo disappointed with this purchase. I told the repair supervisor that if this were a car it would be on his lot, however I am stuck with this overpriced item. I am leaving my sign in the yard so everyone who asks gets the story about shotty the workmanship was. My neighbor was looking to do both of the houses he owns with new enclosures, but I told him he should go elsewhere. I have let everyone at work know about the terrible experience. I didnt want to make this purchase because I thought I could have done it a lot cheaper, but was sold on the one day (actually it turned into two) install and the trained technicians that would be doing the installing...what a line of BS. Buyer beware!!! if you do use them check their work before they leave!!Baths R Us

We had our walk-in shower replaced. It is beautiful!!! From the beginning when we talked to *** about the job to the very end of the process we were very pleased! Everyone was very kind and respectful. They also kept the area very clean.Baths R Us

1 starAVOID! They don't even deserve 1 star. 2 years ago... Yes 2 years we started a project with this company. Before the job was even started, we were told, give us a 5 star rating on Google and we'll give you an additional discount. This is how they get their high review rating. The first time they came to install the shower, the door was too small, it was put in backwards, it leaked out the bottom, when the door swung open, a waterfall of water went to the floor, and the black was all scratched up from being installed. They said, we'll get everything fixed. Well... This included 4 to 5 doors, once again another one was too small, another one the door was coming off the hinge, so they had to drill a screw in to make it usable, one time they came to install the door, but didn't bring the door with them. The caulk in the shower quickly turned yellow, they knicked a wall putting in one of the doors, the caulk job is all messy, they put caulk in the window portion of the door instead of rubber (we know that will result in mold at some point and the tech admitted it shouldn't have been done like that). We went with a shower curtain for months. When I called to voice my concerns with the shotty, unreliable work, I was laughed at and told, if you get the shower in the end that you paid for, isn't that all you want? Not really...I can't be certain the work was done correctly behind the walls because they couldn't even figure out how to measure a door. To this day, we have a door that was put in, however, it squeaks when it opens, it's tough to close, there's scratches from installation, the knick on the wall is still there along with the messy, yellow caulk. So no, in the end, I did not get the shower (I paid way too much for be honest), but I'd like to have a functioning shower after 2 years of back and forth, so I gave up. Oh and by the way, don't try to get any answers from the owner. I was told everything goes through management.
