Installers were very professional and took care of our house as if it was theirs, drop cloths down, clean up.Amazing work very pleased how the new walk in shower looks, and the professionalism of my Installers, highly recommend this company.

I had my tub converted to a shower. We love it!!! Thank you for sending me two great hardworking young men to do the job! They kept me updated and asked me questions on what I wanted. They were punctual and kept my home clean while working. I had a drain problem on the second day. He came out the third day and only took about an hour, if that, to fix it. Problem solved. My first day of my quote was also a great experience. Very informative. Answered all our questions. Great company. As I told ****, I saw they were on the show NEW DAY ********* show! I was sold then. I knew I wanted them to do my bathroom. They were as they said they were on the show!!! Thank you *** and ***** (sp)!!!Baths R Us

They did a great job. Very happy. They were very professional. The salesman ***** was very helpful and kind his supervisor. ** also known as ******** was very helpful also and very kind. **** and ****, the installers were very good at what they do, and considerate definitely would have them back in my house. We moved into our new house and wanted to remodel the bathrooms. ***** the sales person was awesome and we agreed to do a shower and bath tub. A week later we had water coming through the ceiling from our old shower. I contacted the ****, the warehouse manager, and he was able to move things around and get our install started a week later. ***** and his team were on it and had both done in a weeks time and they look amazing. The quality of the work really looks unreal.Baths R Us

1 starI did something very simple and requesting a quote from this company. The brief pictures that I was able to look at online made it seem like a viable choice for the bathroom project that I would like to complete. I was told that I could not get a quote without my spouse being present. The first person that I talked to was honestly kind of rude and directly told me that maybe their company was not the best fit for me because my spouse had to be present. While the second person I talked to was a lot friendlier and gave an explanation from the example of Professional Knowledge and history, I was a very put off by the fact that as the potential customer I am deciding not to take that route because it does not fit my particular circumstance. I am the homeowner, primary decision-maker and earner in the home. The bathroom remodel is my deal and the only satisfaction in this particular case with this particular bathroom is my satisfaction. I found it extremely discriminatory that I was not able to even have a quote free or not without my spouse being present and providing my spouse's information. I am only at the investigation stage and looking around to see what we can do about the bathroom period to require everyone in the home to be present during this conversation not only seems like a bad use of time it also pushes the narrative that women cannot make the own decisions. Part of me wants to have my husband call so they can have his approval to come and let them do the quote just to see what the difference is. But mostly I've decided to just move forward with my project in another way. My husband would be extremely disappointed in me if I allowed a company that we would spend thousands of dollars with treat me in this dismissive unimportant and undervalued way. **** and **** installed our new shower today and yesterday! All I can say is WOW!!! They were super polite, professional and just all around amazing! Thank you both for doing such a great job and being who you are! I would highly recommend requesting these two young men because when we redo another bathroom down the road they are who we will be using! From being on time, checking to make sure everything was how we wanted it to perfect clean up and getting everything done on time!Baths R Us

Guys did a good job. Let me know what was going on. Clean up after themselves every night. Only think they had to order me a new back splash the one had a crack. Be back when it comes in to replace it and hang my mirror. Great job guys.Baths R Us
